A2Z Roofing is a very good company and I would definitely use them again. The product they suggested was as expected. The sales rep that came in before hand was very receptive to my questions and the work was done on time. The workers were polite and answered my questions when they were working on the roof.

A2Z understands that the labor involved to install this product should be done by trained and experience individuals. They train their staff and, from what I can see, keep them happy. So many roofing companies do not focus quality control. And this is something that A2Z understands from what I see.

I had A2Z install our roof in 2021 and they did an amazing job. I did my research, and had quotes from 3 other companies (all referrals), and A2Z was competitive in price. The deciding factor in choosing A2Z was the service right from the start. Sometimes when you first meet someone you know that they are really good at what they do, and that was my initial impression of both Ali and Kayla. Any questions I had were quickly answered, and they went above and beyond assisting in product and colour choices, and never tried to up sell or pressure you. They were a pleasure to deal with. The installers were friendly, professional, and left the site spotless at the end of each day. I was expecting some collateral damage in some of our gardens, but nothing was disturbed, everything was left immaculate. A2Z is truly a great company and they care about delivering a great product, and taking care of their customers.

A2Z Roofing is Beyond Excellent. I had a few roofing companies knock on my door this summer and give me quotes because my old shingles obviously needed replacing. I'm a single mom and know nothing about roofing or why there was such a difference in the quotes I was getting. My neighbors used A2Z Roofing and were very happy, so I gave them a call to get a quote. Ali came out and used a drone camera to inspect the roof, and explained everything to me as we were seeing it. He noticed missing shingles exposing damaged wood and two actual holes in the roof! It was obvious my shingles needed replacing immediately and shouldn't wait for spring. Ali even said he could suggest other companies if they couldn't do it. Lucky for me they were able to squeeze my roof in! Ali took the time to explain the different shingle packages and even explained why I didn't need the more expensive option. I can't say how much I appreciated this honesty! The quote was below what I expected, still using the quality shingles other companies had offered at a premium. The A2Z crew were friendly, respectful, polite, fast, clean and did a beautiful job! My new roof was done in days, there was absolutely no mess (they sent out someone after the job was finished to make sure not a single nail or tiny roof scrap was left behind), it looks amazing and I have piece of mind knowing the roofs of my house and garage will last for years and years to come. Thank you A2Z roofing, I would give you more stars if I could!

They were the only company to provide quotes at multiple price points and thoroughly inspect our roof from the inside as well. Couldn't believe the roofers worked so hard on hottest day of the summer and completed the work on time. Highly recommend!

I had my roof replaced by A2Z Roofing in the summer of 2022. I was referred to A2Z Roofing by my father, who also had his roof replaced the previous year and had a good experience. I liked that I received five quotes for different packages to choose from. I also liked the payment term in that payment was not due until the project had gone through quality review and was signed off by the Director of Operations. Ali was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. I was also impressed that he remembered my father. He asked how my parents were doing and recalled conversations with my father from the previous summer.

The overall roof work itself was done well. The workers were polite. They did all their work with minimal disturbances (as little as you can for working on a roof!). When other neighbours had their roof done, we often heard loud, blasting music or workers shouting at each other in conversation. We didn't get any of this from A2Z roofing, which we greatly appreciated. They started their work at 9 am and finished just before 9 pm, which was great. We have also seen some of our neighbour's roofs take several days. The clean-up was done well too. I did find a large piece of debris in my garden bed. To be fair, it was easy to miss, as the black shingle was on top of the soil underneath some bushes. I wasn’t too fussed about it because I didn’t find anything else. I mentioned this to Ali, and he graciously accepted the feedback.

Coincidentally, we had several thunderstorms occur after our roof was replaced. We didn’t see any issues with the roof installation after the thunderstorms. A2Z contacted me a couple of days later and offered to install drip trays for high drainage areas. It was a small cost, so I agreed. About three and a half weeks after the roof installation, Ali contacted me for the final quality review and project sign-off. I liked that I had about a month after the installation to see if any issues had arisen. I had no issues with the roof, and Ali provided me with some pictures as part of the completion process. I also liked that no payment was due until I was completely satisfied with the project.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the work. I would recommend A2Z Roofing to anyone who’s looking for their services.

Was very professional and knew what he was talking about when consulting as to what type of shingle and the extra care they take replacing a roof. After deciding which option to go with they communicated well during the delivery of shingles and when the crew would be out to do the work. We were impressed that they got the full roof done in one day with a crew of 8. We had other quotes done and let me tell you because of the care Ali took to explain roof replacement there was no hesitation going with A2Z.top notch people top notch company with many options to choose from.

I found A2Z on ThreeBestRated (and appreciated that they were on Better Business Bureau) and asked for a quote. Ali came to my home and spent as much time as needed to talk about every detail of the job. He was super helpful and informative. He also went into my attic to try to diagnose why I was having staining around my bathroom fans, and he ended up recommending a great insulation company to solve that problem. Quote for the roof was competitive and decided to work with A2Z. Crew came on time, and you could tell the company is focused on quality and building out the culture of their business by truly caring for their employees. The job was done right and wasn’t hurried, which I really appreciated. Before starting, the crew helped me move items off my deck to avoid any damage, and they returned everything themselves after they were done. I also really appreciated how cleanly the job site was after completion of the work. Roofing is typically a male dominated environment; however, I really appreciated the gender diversity on the crew, which was awesome to see. QC came after and suggested some drip trays for draining the upstairs downspouts into my main floor gutters. This will really help protect my investment and A2Z came and installed them right away. Highly recommend A2Z to anyone!

We had a great experience with A2Z Roofing. Ali came out to measure our roof, went through all the products, answered all of our questions. Left us with information. No pressure. We chose to go with A2Z Roofing as they had the best price but we liked all what they had to offer. We have a fairly large bungalow and he had two crews working on the roof and finished it in 2 days. The crews were excellent, very hard working, polite and respectful of our property. They cleaned up all the debris, garbage etc and then Ali came for the final inspection and that is when we paid the whole invoice. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof. We were very happy with the entire process and did not have any complaints or negative feedback. The crews were working when it was 29 degrees and they worked very hard to get the job done. Very professional project from start to finish. The office staff were also very helpful.

David was a fantastic onsight person and was great to explain the many issues they found on my roof that needed to be addressed. Kayla, the operations manager, was fantastic with providing us with lots of detailed information and keeping in touch via phone and email every step of the way. Ali, one of the company owners, was equally knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process of the actual roof installation while providing us with plenty of options and product samples as well as five different estimates, depending on which product we'd go with. All of the estimates were highly competitive and no downpayment was required. Finally, the crew who actually installed our roof arrived on time and worked super hard to get the job done in one day. We were really impressed with that since other companies told us it would take about 2-2.5 days for a house and garage our size. The whole crew was highly competent and performed their job very carefully. Nothing was broken or damaged, and they left the site spotless. The next-day inspection was equally thorough. Finally, we did not get the final invoice until Ali himself confirmed with us that we were fully satisfied with everything.

It was truly a five-star experience and everyone - from the office staff, to the management, to the roofers - was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. The communication flow was flawless. The highest quality of service at a truly reasonable price. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been searching for well rated roofers to replace my roof this summer. As A2Z is rated highly, I decided I would contact them to get a quote. I also contacted multiple other roofing companies for comparison. The man who came out to inspect my roof was at my place for all of 10 minutes. I have a security camera facing the street, and while I saw him put the lader on the roof, he didn’t actually go up on the roof. I was also home the entire time. Strange. In comparison to other companies- the other guys were out on top of my roof for about an hour taking measurements. I then got a call from the office about a week later, asking to schedule a call to go over the quote. Just out of curiosity, I still scheduled a call to find out what the quote was, knowing full well I wasn’t going to be hiring them anyways due to them not even taking measurements. The call was scheduled for today at 10am. I repeated back to the lady on the phone the date and time to make sure I put it in my calendar correctly. I made myself available for the phone call, but never received a call. So, overall, my experience has not been 5 stars like the other reviewers, and I will not be giving them my business.

We were so impressed with the workers that did our shingle replacement. So professional.even moved my tomato & bedding plants to a protected area. The yard was so clean, not even a nail left when they were done!
