My experience with AAA Rightway Moving and Storage Ltd.has been outstanding. With little advance notice, AAA sprung into action and were accommodating above and beyond. With genuine compassion, they worked diligently with us to resolve our unique situation and timeframe. The move itself was seamless and quick. I absolutely recommend their services and have already passed on their contact information to a good friend.

We cannot speak highly enough of Paul and Vic! We moved from Ontario to Alberta and needed help emptying a 20' crate on very short notice. He was extremely flexible and worked around our schedules. Without hesitation, Paul scheduled us in! They arrived promptly, and we're extremely friendly, cheery and eager. These guys worked tirelessly, up and down stairs, in and out of the freezing cold weather, and took great care to be respectful and cautious with our belongings. Easily one of the best moving companies in Edmonton! I've dealt with a few in the past but none come close to AAA Rightway. They had great communication, were well experienced, and took care of all my furniture, none of it was damaged in the process. Definitely pleased with the way the crew handled everything. Highly recommend!

I have never used movers before (my friends and I have helped each other out enough we could open our own company lol) but with social
distancing making it impossible to get the manpower I needed I ended up calling these guys to help us out.

They called ahead to make sure they brought what they would need and were on time.
Everything was wrapped properly and loaded with care and in a way that nothing was damaged.
Once we got to the new place they were good to make sure everything went into the right rooms and places.

25 large pieces (no boxes) moved in 4 hours, which is reasonable because everything was properly wrapped and loaded.

Would recommend this company and these two awesome guys!

I had to move my mother out of her apartment unexpectedly at the end of January and the company I originally booked for the job bailed on us at the very last minute. Luckily, AAA came through for us. I called them at 11 am on a Sunday and the owner had a crew on the job by 1 pm that day. It was a 4-person crew and they took care of absolutely everything. They brought the moving supplies, disassembled furniture, packed everything up, and moved everything into storage (AAA has a contract with Sentinel storage). They moved out the equivalent of a 4-bedroom house in the span of about 10 hours. It was very reassuring to work with a company that offers a comprehensive suite of services. And to top it off, the guys were nice, professional and efficient.

We spent $3088 (including tax). That was for everything —- the supplies (ie.boxes), packing, disassembly of furniture, moving, and one month of storage. For the peace of mind they offered us, it was well-worth the money. We would be happy to work with AAA Movers again in the future.

If I could give this company no stars I would but unfortunately it still asks for one.

I spoke with multiple places and decided on this one since we needed a storage unit and would be easier since they have the moving and storage unit all in one service.

I agreed on this company because the rates were a lot cheaper for everything and I was made to believe they covered the couch and bed for safe keeping at no additional cost. $110 per hour with 2 guys + truck. There is a 1 hour min travel time added on to it but as per Paul there was no min amount of time we would have to pay for. The storage unit would be $125 first month then on going $140. I asked them to go through the back alley as everything being taken out was going out the back door straight up the stairs from the basement. Well the movers A) show up an hour late B) argue saying it's a 4hr min charge service C) the guys park the truck in the front than have the nerve to complain the back alley is too far from the door. C) never covered the bed from the house to truck which of course resulted in more complaining then finding out it's added costs which keep in mind I was made to believe they did that service at no charge. D) Paul canceled the storage unit as he assumed I said to cancel it when I ever stated anything of the sort. So then we ended up not getting the monthly rate that was promised since this new storage unit was only on a discounted rate for 6 months and this is not even a storage unit through this company it was budgets rate. To add to this drama. The guys while finished moving stated they would meet us at the storage unit but then took a whole hour since they went for lunch and failed to notify us of this. They arrive and don't even apologize for keeping us waiting. All said and done, apparently it takes 3hrs to move a sectional couch, a queen size bed, a dresser, some side tables, boxes and a dining table and 4 chairs. 2hrs from the house to truck. Then a whole 1 hour from the truck that's parked in front of the storage unit into the storage. What was supposed to be under $400 worked out to be under 500 and that total cost would have been with the storage unit. So under $500 for them to simply move those simple things. Worst company and I would absolutely never recommend them.

Staff friendly and efficient, but received a scratched and dented dresser and ripped box spring. Both items were expensive and brand new. The worse part was the stress caused by them being 3 1/2 hrs late, showing up with 4 movers instead of 2. And charging me $200 more than expected for less than two hours of work. I don't recommend.

Please don’t deal with that company! We set up a date for moving for today 1pm and they didn’t arrive! Now we have stuck with all house packed with two kids! Shame on you!

From my first quote to delivery Paul was very pleasant and Patient. On the actual moving day all my concerns were addressed by his team. My one bedroom suite was packed and delivered from Edmonton to Calgary by 3pm that day. Price was competitive and Paul added some complimentary last minute packing. Thank you Paul and staff.

Paul was great. Very friendly. The movers worked SO hard. We received most of our belongings. Some were damaged, but I feel that would likely have happened at some point (other than my dresser - that was wrecked) The packers, I would not recommend at all. They did a poor job. Nothing was packed together that should have been. Still have a lot of items that have not been found, there was absolutely no rhyme or reason to their packing. They didn't finish the job at all even though they left a note saying they would be back the next day. There were a few things that I was told were going to be done, that weren't. Fairly minor things, but nonetheless they weren't done. With a hiccup in regards to miscommunication, Paul handled it great and professional - I was happy with that. I wish I could split this review between movers and the packers but I can't. Over all, good company. Love the movers. Paul was easy to deal with.
