Average service. Donair seemed to be some cold cut variation warmed up. Two pieces of tomato.no lettuce! So no flavour. Unfriendly service.

I was so surpised to see this place didn’t have 5 stars, the food was so good and just amazingly fresh.you are able to create pretty much any sub u want and they give u full freedom. Don’t let some of the lower reviews stop you from trying this place. I woukd def go back.

Poutine was perfect! Crispy fries, stringy cheese and great gravy! Lots of options for toppings!

We got subs here on Monday and they were awesome. I had a favourite sub place in Ontario and this one was just like being back home for flavour, staff was super nice and our order was quick and so good. Definately recommend. Also prices were way less than chain places. Well be back again!

Pizza and poutine was decent. Quick service in a busy spot in Banff. Was pressed for time and this place was a good, quick option. Very limited seating.

Lorielle and Mark were so lovely serving us late at Ardvark. Their vegan options are so good and they stay open so late for everyone. Very good customer service! Recommend coming here if you’re looking for fast and tasty food!

Absolutely delicious. The best food in Banff, and you can't beat that free delivery. The Caesar salad is to die for and the subs are scrumptious. I'll be thinking about the deluxe cheezie stix for days. The sweet garlic sauce is outstanding.

My new favorite place to eat in Banff. Everything is delicious, but the Caesar salad and Cheezie Stix are especially good. Literally the best salad I've ever eaten. I cannot praise Aardvark enough.

Whatever you did to your pizza crust since January it hits different! I’ve had a slice and a half and It’s amazing now. Thank you aardvarks! If I may, there Nachos are top notch too. Order now and find out for yourselves!

Don’t order from here. We ordered late night, took the stoners working there 45 minutes to call us back and say they don’t deliver to where we are…. When I asked why it took so long to tell us this they said it was because they were cleaning … awful service, seriously order from somewhere else

Good food, bad (delivery) service, seems like they never care about customer notes. Very not cool:/

Reported on the app that it was delivered at 10: 45, didn't arrive until 12: 00. I called the restaurant at 11: 00 and they said it had been made and they were waiting for a driver. So $40 with tip for food that was an hour and 15 minutes old. Worse yet the driver has instructions to phone and wait in the lobby, instead he phoned and started wandering around the building. Oh and not only was the order cold it was also wrong. Avoid.

Most annoying and frustrating experience tonight. The person that took my order asked me nearly 10 times to repeat my phone number as well as my address. I instantly knew that he was going to mess up my order or details from not paying attention. I called back to check the status of my order and to see if the driver was lost as he told me 20-30mins and it had been over 1.5 hours. The same guy answered and rushed me off the phone in hesitation saying that he thinks the delivery driver was on his way which he clearly didn’t even check. I called back a second time as nobody showed up and the guy tells me that the delivery driver was lost because of both a wrong address AND phone number and was calling me and there was no answer… I have been holding my phone this entire time and come to find out that he was lost the entire time. He asked for my address for the 15th time. Finally got the food and it was cold of course. Such horrible service tonight!

2 A. M, you've been out dancing, a sheet or three to the wind. Need some ballast in the belly. Aardvarks. Prices are proportional to quality and convenience, which is rare for Banff. Love it here.

Dry, undercooked, not enough sauce, toppings or cheese, flavourless and delivered cold. Would never order from here again. Honestly the worst pizza I have ever had.

Always such friendly staff, they’re open late (perf for Fun-days in Banff IYKYK) and they cater for vegans too which is amazing! Love your work guyssss ️

We had the vegan pepperoni and the vegan poutine. Both delicious! Very generous with the pepperoni, great tasting vegan cheese, and the poutine was one of the best vegan poutines I have had. Quick delivery as well. We will definitely order again!

Stayed in banff for valentines. Had pizza, wings, Ceasars salad. It all was extremely good. Highly recommend.

Once waited over two hours for delivery. Called repeatedly and told the pizza was ‘on its way’. Unfortunately, it was late night and not many other options in Banff at that hour. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. Also did not taste good (bitterness aside). This incident occurred Sept of 2021 and I’m writing this Feb of 2022. That’s how upset I was about this. To top it off, the driver was unapologetic, and seemingly perturbed when I told him to take the pizza and leave when he finally arrived. 0 out of 5.

The breakfast burritos smell terrible and tasted worse. The hash browns smelled like fish. This place is gross. If you’re a tourist looking for a place to get a good breakfast burrito, this place ain’t it.

They forgot my side of anchovies and must of mixed up my chicken wings, I ordered extremely hot chicken wings and got honey garlic chicken wings. I feel bad for the person that accidentally got my order eeekk
