I want to make a complaint that Phil store manager is very rude, unprofessional, yells and swears at his customers. This is very poor business ethics and he accuses customers for being mad. He needs to stop making excuses, covering up for his stories and stop blaming his customers, the truth always comes out how poor his standards are. When asked to return the item for refund, he said their are no refunds and that he would pick up the item. I will not give it back to him.
Adrian the manger told me after the I made payment he promised me he will look at my bed what piece I need for my bed he told me on phone I will be there 4pm Saturday he didn't show up at my apartment he could told me he had day off why would he tell me that on phone I find him very disrespectful of him not tell me the truth he also told my wife he was coming on Saturday he could of phone me tell me he can't come i want him reported to head office
If I could give 0 stars I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! THE GENERAL MANAGER HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE IS RUDE AND IGNORANT. NOT TO MENTION THEY SOLD ME BROKEN FURNITURE and every interaction he has with clients is an argument. He inquires about where we are getting money from and when. I'm almost done making my payments to own my furniture and he's threatening to take it away over a partial payment because I told him he has no business in where and when I get my money to pay. I asked for the complaint number and suddenly no one has any information. Oh and the GM gave me 2 different names in the 2 times we spoke. I wonder if it's because he gets complaints all the time.
Unfortunately I have worked alot of low paying jobs. So I had to go the payment route as far as furniture went. And yeah. I wish I would have just saved the money I gave them every month for a year and I could have got everything I rented for a third the price at the brick. These places prey on ppl who don't make much money. Plus the store is super GHETTO a/f it's the most decrepit building on stoney plain road.
The staff are very understanding and friendly, they take the time to explain there deals in detail. And they do have great deals. I totally recommend Aarons 100%
Aaron's on stoney plain Road were great people to work with. My daughter is building her Credit. They were helpful and friendly when we went in. After approx 1 yr. She decided to buy her own sofa set. They did not mind. They actually thanked her for being a great customer.
I wouldn't recommend! Discrimination and young ladies who are running the business that have no clue what there doing! I will be reporting the the Better Business Bearu! We were disrespected and lied to several times! Any respectful business would work with clients. Aaron's needs to hire professionals not individuals who judge people! Aaron's states no credit check! Why the hell are they printing my bank statements! None of your business what goes out or in my account! There are ways to find out income its called pay stubs! STAY AWAY! Easy home is a better choice if you have to rent furnature, there selections are just as good! I'm glad it went the way it had and I got to see their true colors! By the way dont go alone as the area is not the greatest and it's high risk to be alone, there was a fight right in the parking lot when we got there and had to leave and come back! Aaron's locked the door with customers in and out of their building! I had to give a star - if it was up to me they get zero! BUYER BEWARE! Learn respect, process and get rid of the unprofessional ones who lie to clients. Thanks Asheley for leading us on for a month was full of lies, then leave on holidays and drop us just like that - no call nothing! Oh but you stated "the furnature is on it's way to the store and once it gets here will call you for a delivery date"! Due process - communication is key! Learn it Aaron's!
