A great location has awesome management and has made getting furniture and electronics for me and my family a lot easier on me they have always been easy to communicate and work with

I arrived on Friday at 7: 45 pm they were already closed and I had an urgent need to pick up a package that they have in the store from Amazon

After dealing with Sam for many years, never jacking him around for payments (the bank once cancelled my card due to suspected fraud). I was told that he didnt need my business and he can do what ever he likes. He needs to hire staff that can comprehend english. His staff threatens and when you speak up about it, it is all your fault.

Friendly staff Sam is very polite and will bend over backwards to help

Stay away from this place. They will sell you some really poor quality furniture 5 x times the price. Customer service is terrible. They will charge you some expensive late fees. Update: the day we decide to clear the account we told the store we will come before Thursday 5 pm to make the 5000 left owning so we don’t ever have to deal with theses guys.they will harassed you constantly multiple time a day even if you make your payment on time. This Thursday they call 3 times and send 2 texts messages from different phone numbers before the agreed time. Their business model and the harassment is next level. I will be filling a complaint with the Alberta consumer protection
