I am very happy with professional service I got from AB countertops. Their pricing and service is excellent. Highly recommended.

We started off with the fireplace instead of tiles, we wanted marble. When Mike showed up, it was quartz even better. The fireplace looks amazing. So we decided to change the black countertop to quartz from the kitchen and 3 bathrooms too. The crew were professional, timing of installation was quick. It was a great experience with this company. I would go back to them again and refer friends and family.

They definitely have the best customer service! They have a great selection of stone and their service is something that is very hard to find in today’s marketplace. I built a house and AB did the countertops for the whole house! There was an issue with the stone on the kitchen island. I contacted them they stood behind their product! I didn’t have any stress because they took care of the issue professionally and efficiently!

I'm so done with this company all talk and nothing behind this
I'm so mad and disappointed, I can not express this here.

With the last update on July 10th we did set a new installation date for August 10th. Enough time to choose a new Granite and enough time for installing. On August 04th Ramit told me they have a lot to do and I agreed to move the install date to August 14th. Yesterday I got from Ramit this Friday is set to go.
I took Friday off and my husband too. We did turn the water of, removed the sink and cook top.
Now this evening 5.30 pm I got the call: So sorry but no install
tomorrow.update: the last 24 hours were pretty productive.
The company offered now definitely a new kitchen counter top.
We will go earliest possible for a new slap and hope all will be done quickly and to our satisfaction.

If you look for smooth counter tops without cracks, chips, stains then
this company the wrong choice!
If you look for good costumer service - wrong choice again!

My Granite kitchen counter was installed on March 06. Immediately I complaint over the condition of the counter.
After couple appointments, where nobody showed up. The costumer service did come and explain to me that all is fine! BUT he did show me some cracks where they do have to do something.

On March 26th I got a call from the costumer service. They asked me if I want a price reduction or new counter. I immediately chose a new counter.
After giving the company some time on May 22nd I ask when they want to change the counter. May 25th the answer: I will get back to you.

This means the phone offer from March 26th was meaningless, because now the demented the supplier has to take a look. OK, this was done on June 11th.
Both (AB Counter tops and Supplier GS Granite) inspected my counter again and agreed the counter looks bad with all this cracks and chips.
The reassure me they will find a solution.
Now another 4 weeks later and still Nothing. No Solution or Offer with what they want do.

Great experience. The countertop looks awesome. Turn around and Installation was quick. The guys did a good job cleaning up. Will be using them again on other projects.

AB countertops did a fantastic job installing my countertops, even though they had some issues out of their control they worked very hard to make it right. Ramit is a hard working salesmen that works 24/7 even helping me out after hours. Overall I recommend AB countertops to anybody who is looking for great service and value at a good price!

I really don’t know where to start! But I found AB Countertops on a random Facebook search for granite countertops and sent them a message! I was contacted right away by Ramit who was very personable and pricing seemed good. I was taking a trip to the city from Edson for my daughters dentist appointment after being quarantined for a couple of months so pre booked an appointment to check them out. Ramit showed me a few granite and quartz samples but we knew what we wanted so Ramit sent us to their granite supplier where we found what we wanted quickly with so many slabs to see! (I also got to pick the 2 slabs I wanted) I already knew the price as had discussed with Ramit prior over Facebook. After confirming with him he sent me the invoice/quote right away where we paid our 50% deposit. A week later our countertops have been installed and look amazing. We had our kitchen, laundry and two bathrooms done. Our installer Balli was super sweet and kind and did an excellent job on installation and he knows what he is doing. We noticed a small hairline crack in one of the porcelain sinks which could easily happen on a two hour journey and of course no questions asked replaced it with another he had on his trailer! Sorry for the long review but when you get a good deal and it’s not a cheap sloppy deal it’s worth writing! Price point was perfect for us and cheaper than our other quotes minus one quote but their reviews were bad so kept it here with these guys and we are so happy we did! Also the granite we chose was in our eyes the best we had seen! We are super happy and will be recommending these guys to friends for sure!

We love our new countertops. Thanks to the AB Countertops team. Ramit is great to deal with, he's effecient and yet patient to his clients. Ashwani is precise in taking the measurements that makes the installation completed perfectly. The installers (sorry I can't recall their names) have done a beautiful job together, so everything was finished in a timely and professional manner. We are extremely pleased with the price as AB seemed to beat every shops we have checked within the city. Good selections and competitive pricing.

The team at AB Countertops were fantastic from start to finish. The salesman gave a fair price and he was always there to answers any of my questions nearly 24/7. Well when i was looking for countertops I looked all over and had about 25 quotes. Im not sure how I came across AB but im glad i did. I got quotes from many places that contractors I deal with on a regular basis for my work recomended. All terribly priced compared to AB. Ashwani was the only person that took us through the shop to see a slab like what we wanted and explained the process and showed us the cnc machine they use. Quartz is imaculate and time line was amazing. Measure up Wednesday. Thursday we accepted the drawings and we had installation on the following Tuesday. They put down floor protection basically everywhere they stepped. Even outside on our front porch. I dont think I can say anything bad about or interaction that we had, all the way to the final payment (which I wasnt expected to pay until I saw counters and was happy). Great service through and through.

Just had quartz installed in remodeled kitchen - it looks amazing. Great company, friendly people, and quality products for way less than other retailers. We got 3 quotes and the others didn't even come close. Remove your old countertops yourself to save even more $$.

EDIT: a week after they installed the countertops, we found they had chipped a corner off of the island slab and didn't tell us about it. They only had two people installing and it's enormous. They patched it back on pretty well and if they had told us, we honestly wouldn't have made them order an entire new piece. Some accountability would have been nice though.

The fellows just finished the install of my customers new tops and they did a wonderful job. They cleaned up very well after themselves and spent time instructing them how to look after them. AAA!

Had countertops installed, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway desk. Not only did they install the wrong 2 sinks, but also installed the wrong countertop! Very disappointed! They were confirmed at least 4 times of the counters and sinks we wanted.

We hired this company to replace all our countertops (bathrooms and kitchen). They did an excellent job at a very competitive price. Chahal's measurements were perfect and best of all, they accommodated our schedule. They came to install on a long weekend! Thank you.

Awesome - It was a pleasure dealing with Ramit at ABC; right from the initial conversation he was professional and ever willing to make suggestions. We were given a factory tour to put our mind to rest that the work done would be all in-house. We did decide to move to a Quartz product and love it - No regrets.
