Friendly staff and Dr. Donald Sheppard is amazing with his technique, highly recommend this place.

Just finished my second massage therapy treatment today from Carolina. She is a great therapist! Very knowledgeable about the human body and treatments. She has great communication with the client during the massage to make sure everything is perfect and to explain treatment practices so you know what is going on. I appreciate her sitting down with me before treatments and asking questions about previous treatments and how I felt after. Then explaining what the plan for the days treatment is. Most therapists I've been to just say "hi, ok, lay down, I'll be back in a few. " And that's it.
So I really appreciate the communication!
My body is feeling much better already! Will definitely continue treatments with Carolina!

I highly recommend seeing Jody for your next massage. She really listens to you when you’re explaining what’s bothering you and gets right to the bottom of the problem. I like that she doesn’t chit chat all through the appointment but will periodically explain things. During the appointment she makes sure to check with you that the pressure she’s doing isn’t too hard or if it’s not hard enough. Book with her, you’ll come away happy!

Dr. Puhl & Dr. Aridas are amazing! I had a bulging disc that was causing numbness in my arms. I would stop anything I was holding. Now, no more tingles! And Dr. Aridas did ultrasound and laser therapy on my biceps tendonitis and it worked wonderfully! I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Middleton is fantastic. Notnthenusual cookie cutter "cracking". Focuses on the area that's bothering you. Doesn't seem like he does a lot but the results are amazing. Yesterday I could barely walk before seeing him. Today I feel like I could go for a run.

Dr. Aaron Puhl is amazing, takes time to explain what is happening, why things happened and how the body works. Polite friendly and listens to issues. Strongly recommend.

I have been going to Able Body for 25 years (I'm 35) as I have had back issues from a young age. My parents, children, and family in the area still choose them as well. I enjoy the open and free-flow type of feeling and the lack of flat-out sales pitches. I feel when I'm recommended something, it's with me in mind. When I get an adjustment they communicate well and treat me as a person. I don't feel overburdened or ignored, I feel appreciated and understood.
