About Staffing

We have a small, family owned business and were referred to About Staffing through a family member. It was a big deal for us to add another staff member to our company of three people, and we were really looking for the right personality fit. I am happy to say that About Staffing sent us a number of wonderful candidates, and we did find our new team member. The process was professional, clear and timely. Cristina checks in periodically to see how things are going with our new hire. I would definitely use About Staffing again, and have no problem recommending them to others!

Interview was awesome with Melanie; but I never had any success finding a placement. I think they pick and choose their people they like and call the ones they don’t like to jobs they can’t fill.

Terrible service. Contacted me about a role I had applied for that they were running the hiring for. Appointment set and had the first line interview with Brooke. Was told all good, next steps would be an intro with the actual About Staffing recruiter for the role to get me ready for first interviews with that company. Days go by and nothing happened. Called them back and was told my contact was "in a meeting" but would call me back. Days go by and nothing. Emailed her directly. No response at all. Called them again and was told she was "busy" but would call me back. More nothing. No explanations, no support and no responses. Complete ghosting and a disrespectful waste of my time. If they ever call me about another role, and I hope they don't, I will tell them no thank you, not interested in further wastes of time. I hope your experience is better than mine.
