I just returned from the Wild and Free 2023 retreat in Mexico headed up by Trista from Above Average. It was a wonderful and uplifting experience. I spent the time learning about the spiritual culture while visiting some beautiful out of the way locations. I also met some wonderful women who have helped me in my journey. Thank you Trista for the opportunity to participate in this great retreat!

I’ve attended classes here for a while now with different instructors and I can honestly say all of them are great. I love the open atmosphere and how they accommodate students where they are.

I have been attending Trista’s studio for six months now and love the classes! It is so refreshing to find a size inclusive yoga studio where anybody, and any body, can feel comfortable practicing. Everyone can reap benefit from practicing yoga, and Trista has created an environment that provides an inclusive experience. I have had the opportunity to build community through the studio and the women who make up this extraordinary team have been nothing but welcoming and genuinely accepting. Highly recommended to explore the classes at AAW!

Wonderful place to buy rocks and gems, attend great class such as yoga, reiki, etc. The staff are amazing and super friendly Would highly recommend.

Signed up for a beginners yoga class and it was fantastic! Can't wait until the next one.

Love the idea of a space for larger bodies to enjoy movement BUT too good to be true as they are just selling ideal protein.

Above Average Wellness is more than just a body positive, inclusive yoga studio. Trista has built an incredible community of thoughtful, caring, inspiring people. She also has multiple products in store; crystals, metaphysical supplies, books, cards, jewelry, gifts, home decor, herbs and medicines, and more! There are a variety of modalities offered as well as workshops and retreats! I’ve been attending for years and appreciate the welcoming, comfortable environment that has been created here.
