Acadia Drive Animal Clinic

As a CAT owner, I would NOT recommend this vet. My cat was very UNCOMFORTABLE at this vet, because of the high presence of dogs. I ended up wasting my money because my cat was misbehaving due to the presence of dogs, therefore the vet did literally nothing to my cat except send me off with medication that did not work.
If your cat does not like dogs, I would NOT recommend this vet.

We have received only the utmost care and compassion at Acadia Drive Animal Clinic. Laurie Weber is an excellent vet whose cares about our whole family! Can't say enough good things all the way around about everyone and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

My experience was awesome, from making the appointment to the appointment itself, and despite the circumstances that came from the check up I felt supported and everyone at the clinic was extremely friendly and compassionate.

This vet is awesome! Doctor Laura McKenny is so great with our kittens. She takes really detailed notes, always remembers what has been happening in previous visits. Laura is so patient with us as we usually have a lot of questions and she always provides us great, helpful, in depth answers. So happy to have found this clinic!

I have taken all of my dogs to this Clinic. The staff is friendly and listen to my concerns. They don't do anything without my approval first. When my dog got her eye scratched by a cat they told me that they could not handle it on the office and advised me to go to the emergency clinic where there was a specialist on duty and advised them we were on our way. Thanks to them my girl not only kept her eye but the vision in it for many years.

Dr. Mike Phillips is kind, caring and attentive. I enjoy taking my dog to Acadia Animal Clinic for her yearly visit because Dr. Phillips truly cares for her.

Dr. Phillips is such a wonderful vet! We were so nervous for the surgery but knew our little furball was in good hands. Cheewa is recovering so well after just one day home and I know Dr. Phillips took great care to expertly help him and make this whole process as least evasive as possible! The staff was also very caring and reassuring too. Thank you so much everyone for your tender, loving care, it means the world to us!

We love that you are open more days than a lot of vet centres and Dr. Laura is very compassionate, thorough, actively listens and explains everything clearly

On the financial side, charges are slightly higher but not by much and we appreciate that they direct bill Trupanion insurance.

We’ve been taking Pete to Acadia animal clinic since he’s come to be a part of our family and even before that, he and all of his siblings (and parents) used this veterinary facility. Dr. Mike and his team are amazingly caring, loving, supportive and knowledgeable individuals with all of their pet patients. Pete loves walking through their doors. Dr Mike is amazing. Our dog had a hip replacement and has vet aggression ever since. Dr Mike spends every minute socializing our dog in such a positive way. The muzzle is only worn for shortest time possible and is followed with all kinds of positive reinforcement, treats and a happy dance. All the vets and support staff do an awesome job!

This animal clinic has been wonderful at looking after our pets for several years. I’m always grateful for the amazing vets and staff.

Time was taken to do a thorough annual exam of my cat, Bella. Dr Mike was courteous, professional, personable and knowledgable. I feel confident in bringing my cat to your office and having her under your care.

The staff are all always extremely kind and helpful. I have never been made to feel like my pet is not important or that we are a burden on the staff's time. My family started bringing our pets to this clinic when I was 2. Now I am 30 and still utilizing this clinic as my primary veterinary care.

I brought my dog in to one of the Vet Techs to have her nails trimmed. We were greeted promptly, they took my dog in and five minutes later she was back with her nails trimmed. Very satisfied.

Always feel that Dr Mike is knowledgeable, kind and cares that our pet is getting the best treatment. We always leave feeling satisfied and that our concerns have been addressed.

It's obvious that the staff really care about the wellbeing of the animals, and that is so reassuring. Thanks!

I am a first time dog owner and new to Calgary so I really wasn't sure where to bring my puppy when choosing a vet. I decided to give Acadia Drive a try and they have been wonderful! I have brought my German Shepherd to see Dr Mike and Dr Laura, both have been amazing. The admin staff are always kind when booking appointments and Dr Laura was very attentive and helpful during our most recent visit 2 weeks ago. Thank you!

The staff are always friendly. They try to make you feel welcome and they also want to make sure your every need is looked after.

It can be hard, taking your furbaby to a vet but I recommend this one. The prices are always cheaper then I expect. The staff are great, they really do care. From the receptionists to the Doctors to the help staff in the back.

They will ensure that your furbaby gets the care he or she wants. Frankly, coming to these guys for my veterinary care was one of the best choices I ever made.

Without question. I give them five stars every time. It only took two minutes for my cat to like the Doctor who was giving her the checkup. You misunderstand me. Ares HATES everyone. LOL. She does not get along with anyone, except me and my dad.

I can feel safe and secure in bringing my furbabies here. I 'know' they will be looked after and whatever issues they have will be addressed and resolved.:)

Amazing as always. Dr. Mike is fantastic with my cats & all my families animals. No better vet in the city
