Their clear communication about the goals of therapy, combined with a tailored approach to my needs, made the sessions highly effective. They explained the treatment plan thoroughly, emphasizing the importance of active participation in my recovery, physiotherapy is always going to be almost always your responsibility to work on yourself and their job is to guide us through the process.

I thought it was originally my wrist, looking to be like carpal tunnel syndrome but with her extensive knowledge, she was able to identify the main core problem which is my neck and shoulder area. Their expertise and commitment significantly contributed to my improved mobility and reduced discomfort.
