I came to this salon for my first time as a last minute booking. I was scrambling to get my hair done as I had a wedding to go to in 2 days & my original stylist got sick and had to cancel last minute. They got me in the same day I called with Mustafa, and he was absolutely phenomenal. The colour was exactly what I wanted, and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a better haircut before. I will 100% be coming back to see him:)

Worst chair cut ever, my hair is very fine, so when a mistake is made it really shows, the sides are really short, the back is longer, it's a mess, I can't even style it all I can do now is grow it out.

So I tried a new to salon hair artist today, and she wasn’t great. Showed her a sample (wig) of hair cut I wanted and she wasn’t able to deliver any where close to the sample. She also did not offer to clean me after the hair cut. When I came out I had hair on my shoulders and arms. Not a big deal, but I think this is part of their job.
Accentric is great at service usually. And Stacey is who I usually go to. But time crunch and all, tried this hair stylist and was disappointed.
Accentric - don’t write back to me, I would not come back for any price.

I booked my first hair cut appointment with Briana, I found her to be very attentive, understood my vision and not only succeeded in achieving my end result but she went above and beyond and I’m absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. She has definitely gained me as a returning client and I look forward to future styles with her.

Kim is great! Thoughtful and careful, he doesn’t whip through the haircut. He spends time with his clients and will take time to make adjustments and recheck the cut. No rush, great style, I trust him implicitly with my hair! The salon is bright, welcoming, very clean and professional. All staff seem genuinely friendly anytime I have been there. Atmosphere is very relaxing. Highly recommend this salon.

Yesterday I decided to come in to see if I could get a hair consult since feeling extremely insecure over my hair recently, and I wasn't even sure if there would be anything she could do, or if I'd even get in. She made time to see me THAT DAY after seeing how distraught I was about my hair and I was/am so very grateful. She made time for me and gave me a boost of confidence overnight. I would like to acknowledge an incredible team at Accentric Salons & Spas located on Country Hills Blvd in Calgary. I called in one day with several very specific and challenging requests hoping that someone could guide us and suggest the appropriate stylist to meet our needs. The receptionists, Brooke and Andy were so lovely and very accommodating! I am completely blown away by the fabulous service we received. We schedule an appointment with Olivia, the job was hair wash, dry and stile. The hair had no shine and the shampoo was not of good quality so the job was not really great.
Seen better jobs.

I must say the staff is honestly respectful and focused on their work I like everyone there. They were being so kind and friendly. I love to go there whenever I need special treatment for my hair care

Thank you to Olivia for fixing the terrible idea i had to dye my own hair. Olivia got me in on very short notice and as able to not only correct it but create a color and style I really love. I am so grateful for your help and compassion.

This was a positive review now changed to a disappinted one. First attempt of hair cut by Olivia was bizzare with uneven hair length and wrong hair cut. And also her attitude when i said i asked for a different cut than this, n she just kept on justifying that that is the same where as it clearly was not and ended up saying pay at the front. Like as if I will leave without paying? So disrespectful. And then i was told to come back later the next day where manager tried to fix the cut and i was happy at the moment as it was all blow dried at the end, which is such a trick to cover up for the mess. I washed my hair the next day and the layers are sooo uneven, My hair looks like a joke and i am extremely upset with this unexpected experience as their reviews said otherwise and was the whole reason i went there. This palce is. NO fr me.

Nice decor, friendly bright and warm atmosphere. My stylist Francesca just moved to this salon so I've started going here. I enjoy it very much so far.

They were able to squeeze me in next day and I believe it was Renee who cut my hair and she did an awesome job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted, discussed expectations and results based on my hair type and she delivered!

This salon has a great atmosphere. Fun friendly staff, beautiful and clean facility, with a lot of natural light. Steph cut my hair and I dont know if it's ever looked better! It was exactly what I wanted. She even cleaned up my beard. I would definitely recommend this place. Especially Steph.

Olivia cut my hair last weekend and she did an amazing job. I'm very pleased with the results and she was very pleasant to deal with. This was my first time visiting this salon and I will be back again.

I've gotten my hair done by Breanna 3 times now and it has been a wonderful experience each time! She is professional and kind and tries her best to get your hair exactly how you show/tell her. I've told everyone that asks about my hair where I got it done and who did my hair for me! This salon is also very clean and it is a positive environment to be around! Will definitely only come to accentric from now on!

Great Salon and amazing customer service! For the last 5 years that Sam was doing my hair I haven't had a single issue. Sam is very professional and always knows what works best for my hair and I change my color and hair style quite often. She is very patient explaining the procedures and the final result is always great (even better than I could imagine).

I have been going to this salon for 3 years now since Sam moved there. Sam is an awesome stylist, always knows what I want, and executes it 100%. I definitely recommend this place and Sam!

Received a trim from Sam a few weeks ago for $60. She spent about 15 mins total washing and trimming my hair and with the added bangs which were supposed to "blend in with the rest of my hair" it ended up looking like a mullet or little boys cut. Walked out putting my cap back on.

I got an awesome haircut here and it was a nice relaxed environment, I would 100% reccomend it to others.

I’ve been going to this salon for about 3 years, and my go-to is Renée! Every time I go there I leave happy. Renée is amazing at what she does and always ensures you are content with your look at the end of each appointment. The staff are always very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and the environment is extremely clean and well-maintained. I also really appreciate that they call a day or two in advance to confirm and remind you about appointments. I would HIGHLY recommend this location!
