Do not go here. Dr. Boyd just refused to see my daughter and I after arriving at the clinic 5 minutes late (I called to let them know we were on our way). We were booked for 2 appointments so there was clearly still time to be seen and she refused because she was going on holiday? Terrible patient care. We were booked specifically because my daughter needed to see her before her holidays. The receptionist knew that when she booked it. I now have to explain to my daughter why her Dr.refused to see her. It's completely unacceptable. I work in the industry, and if I treated my patients this way, I would have no clientele.

To the reply below. I was 5 minutes late. We were booked for 2 appt's, which means there was time for at least 1 of us to be seen. Refusing us both was completely unprofessional and seriously questionable behavior/patient care.

To be clear, the reception was empty. It was just my daughter and I in there.

I first saw Dr. Boyd for neck pain a few years ago. The treatment plan we discussed was thorough, caring and efficient to enable me to return to health quickly with reduced pain. Over the years since, I see her for maintenance treatment to keep on top of aches & pains. She always takes the time to listen to any concerns that I have and treat them as needed, right down to adjusting my feet when I had some problems there. As a part of treatment there is always a plan for mitigation via exercise or stretches and an understanding of why we got there in the first place. I would recommend Dr. Boyd, Dr. Bajor (my son had treatment from him and he was equally as thorough & kind) and the whole team at Access Chiropractic for all Chiropractic & Massage needs.

We visited for the first time last week. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and accommodating with booking appointments etc. Dr Bajor is really great with kids! Thank you again ~Lauren and Freddie!

So thankful for the patience and work that is done during my visits. The team here has made me feel so comfortable and supported in my health journey

Booked in with Alyssa two weeks ago with severe neck pain causing headaches. She focused on treating that one area and I can’t thank her enough. Although I’ll need to go often to prevent it from keep happening I’m glad I found her!

Caring staff from reception to Dr's. Knowledge based and open to all questions. Massage, acupuncture and naturopathic services by experienced professionals.

Staff are always extremely friendly and pleasant. Appointments are very time efficient and accomdating. Wonderful office and treatment experience.

They were good at first and fixed my hubs back, we even referred many friends here and we had no issues for a year and when we returned they said they dont have us on their system and had to treat us like a new customer? And had to pay as a new customer to have any service? Do you expect people to be sick and keep coming back every month? Horrible. They need to upgrade to a better system and stop losing customers.

Dr. Bajor is extremely gentle and always listens to your concerns. I couldn't recommend him enough! All the staff are extremely helpful and accommodating.

Staff are very friendly, and very personable. Dr. Bajor has helped me with many chiropractic problems and overall back health.

I slipped a disc on a Sunday morning. I called early Monday morning and was brought in that afternoon. They made appointments for me 4 days in a row. By Tuesday I was already moving better. Now on Wednesday and at 80%. Cannot say enough, from reception to assessment, cold laser therapy, adjustments and after care. Absolutely, top notch! They will be apart of my regular wellness routine moving forward.

My massage therapist Alyssa is wonderful. I am her permanent client, she is working from Access and I love her new room settings.
