We've had ducts cleaned and a Furnace fixed and have had nothing but great experience with acclaimed.

We first encountered Acclaim Heating and Cooling two years ago. We called another company who came out to clean the furnace and they told us that we would have to spend around a thousand dollars to repair some parts on the furnace. We decided to get a second opinion and called Acclaim, we explained the situation and they sent out a repairman who went in cleaned the furnace and replaced one part that saved us about six hundred dollars from the original estimate. Since then we have used Acclaim to do our cleaning of air conditioner and furnace, and we have always had good, friendly service, who takes the time to explain as they work. Since using Acclaim we have not had any surprises during the cleaning. We will not use any other company other than Acclaim, they are honest and reliable.

I recently had heating, cooling and furnace cleaning done. There were a couple of parts that required replacing. The technician showed me the parts and why he recommended they be replaced so I would have a good understanding in making my decision to replace or not. One of the parts I decided to replace had to be ordered so a second appointment was made. The technician was professional and on time which was appreciated

We awoke on Saturday morning to very cold shower water. Our pilot light on our water tank had gone out. Concerned that there was an issue, we called Acclaimed because we had used them for our furnace and A/C. They promptly returned the call and Keven was great! He walked us through how to relight the pilot light over the phone (novices here!) and gave us a lot of helpful information. This was a livesaver and we were so very grateful! Thanks Keven!

We asked Acclaimed! To come and check our furnace blower, which was making more noise than usual. The first technician checked everything, and said it was all good, but gave us a price for replacement that would be valid for awhile (forget how long). Later, we took them up on the deal, and we arranged for a time for the job. The company showed up on time, replaced the motor, checked everything out, and the charge was exactly as was promised previously.
We appreciate not being pressured to replace the motor in the first place, Acclaimed! Honouring the quoted price after the first visit, and the prompt, professional service.
The furnace is working beautifully. We will be using this company in the future, and we highly recommend them.

Acclaimed! Installed our new furnace and water heater two years or so ago. But before then we had hired them to repair our old furnace. We have always found them to offer prompt, professional and excellent customer service. We have peace of mind knowing they are there when and if we need them.

Over the past six months I've had Acclaimed to my rental apartment four times to service to the air conditioning unit and furnace, including duct cleaning. Every interaction has been great, from the reception staff who answer the phone to all four technicians that went to the apartment. We got off to a bumpy start with Acclaimed, with some issues with booking appointments and general communication, but they did make a great effort to remedy the problem. In the end, their technicians were able to deal with an asbestos issue on our furnace, as well as perform a duct cleaning, and I'm happy with the outcome.

Professional and effective with the appointment and on-site service. Will use again for future HVAC cleaning.
