Went there today. A gentleman named "Denise" helped me. He was a perfect ambodiment of a true customer service "above and beyond".

I am very impressed with the service of this company. I worked with Denise to extra-provincially register a few corporations and the process was smooth and easy. She also helped me update some of the corporate documents (filings). I HIGHLY recommend this registry office. Being able to do everything via email vs needing to print everything out and go in person is something that really sets this company apart. 5 stars well deserved!

Christy was so helpful when I needed help to get a particular certificate. Most other registries would be like “too bad too sad, that’s the best I can do”. She showed compassion and actually cared that I was in a bind. Grateful to have her help us with her great attitude and a smile. Thank you!

Incredibly slow service the day we visited. They only had one employee working at the counter, and the line up was out the door. One staff member checked what we needed in line to hand out forms to pre fill. For our case we were informed we had to wait to see a staff member at the counter. Upon check in we were told we had to fill out a form, and then step out of the line. This could have been handle much more efficiently had the original staff member gave us the correct form while we were originally waiting in line. Staff were very friendly though

I would like to thank all the employees of this department. But especially Morris - this person helped us feel not just in the service department, but at home. Thanks to Morris, my wife and I got all our questions answered and more. I don't just give this office 5 stars, I give Morris 5 stars. Thank you

Inefficient services delivery. Longer wait time, poor approach. First time experience. Bad one

Accu-search team members have always provided super fast responses to my annual return filings and helpful advice for name searches and other corporate questions. I’ve been working with them for 12 years and highly recommend entrusting your corporate work with them!

Lost my ID so went to accu search to get a replacement. When I walked up, the guy was really rude and gave me rude looks. I felt uncomfortable from the start.

He then asked what I am using for paying and I said debit, my phone was not working for paying (new to iPhone) and said I will just use my debit. I didn’t realize I took out the credit instead and I inserted it and it said approved. He made a big deal out of it and said you should of said credit.

It was an easy mistake, and he then said I was given an extra charge. I didn’t know that and it is unfortunate but the way he acted was not ok.

My fiancé was sitting down and he told me he noticed and overheard how he was acting. We both agreed that it was not ok.

Denise was great. Been dealing with her and Accu Search for many years, everything has always gone smoothly.

The staff here are very professional, and efficient. I received my Health Card just for three days!

Like the review below I have been dealing with Denise Robinson for over 20 years and she has always provided excellent, courteous and timely service. Kudos to her and Accu-Seaarch.

The lady on the phone was nice before I went there to make sure it wasn’t busy.
Took only five minutes to get my license renewed, very satisfied with their service, I highly recommend!

I have used Accu-Search for more than 10 years and have always found their service to be prompt and helpful. Last night, when I was in "rush mode" trying to deal with a client matter right before the close of business, Denise turned a needed search around for me in just a few minutes. I have been here three times, for my Alberta health card, ID card and knowledge test. The agents here are so friendly and passionate, especially Iris and Morris. Coming this registry could save your life.

Came to here twice and each time was served by a guy. His attitude makes me feel like I owe him a million bucks.

This was my first and last time I will use this place. The Gentleman I had was rude from the start cause I came in with a letter from a third party to pay for my License he never talked to me I had to tell him that it was for my Drivers not a ID Card I had to ask for a picture when my License was expired and my understanding is that you have to take a picture each time you renew. The cost was suppose to cover 3 years it says 2years and counting this year cause I had to ask. When he took my picture he didnt tell me that he was taking it I've always been told then when we were done I said Thank you and he didn't even acknowledge me he just started talking to someone else. Now usually i don't write reviews but unfortunately this kind of treatment is becoming the new norm these days.if a person doesn't like there job are doesn't want to deal with typing in alittle extra words then they should move on to something they like. There is someone who is waiting for the opportunity to work in that field who would probably be more friendly. Also no name badge so I didn't get his name.

Terrible.
Went to change a foreign license. The gentleman just looked like oh this would take me so long i dont want to do this.

They have an awesome staff here, from the first day we ask for questions they will give you detailed information, very friendly, Thank you Christy, Irish (if I got your name) and the 2 gentlemen working there. These 4 people take pride on their job. You guys deserves more than 5 stars

Christy Younis got back to my request via e-mail, after I had contacted 4-5 other registries. She had a solution within the first response and it took her under a few minutes to solve my problem and provide me with what was needed - and I was inquiring all the way from Ontario. Exceptional service and I didn't feel like I was met with 100 roadblocks. Thanks again!

Best place to give driving knowledge test and get medical insurance. Friendly and helpful staffs. Just love it.

Their staff are uninformed. After having my license plate stolen, they contradicted the police saying I needed a written report, which was apparently false. They then recommended I go through an unsafe underground tunnel to get to the police station.

The staff also took off their masks while costumers were in the store, this was not necessary.

Amazing Ladies! Very professional group of ladies. I sually deal with Christinia, they get what you need in a sufficent time frame and are willing to help in anyway you can.

Normally one does not have a good time at a Registry. However, we had a really great clerk named Iris who was super bubbly, quick, and professional. They just made everything so much easier and it made our whole day better. Thanks, Iris!

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had when dealing with my driver's license and medical cards.

Was a bad experience I've been going to accusearch for years and was told by "Lisa " that she" doesn't get paid enough to put up with people" you are in a customer service business I was just trying to get my son's alberta health care.how much does one need to get paid to do the job she already agreed to do? No patience for people

Aborigianls can't use status cards here because racist manager says they are not I'd. Last month she updated my DL with same card. And pick up a passport with status cards but not a birth certificate? Pathetic

Went to renew my health card, the lady was super quick and super helpful. Before I could even think she got everything done and I was out.

One of my worst experience in Alberta. I went there for health card and their executive entered wrong details on my application to Alberta health services. She didn't even accepted her mistake.

Their executives are untrained and also not willing to help the customer.
Avoid this registry if you can.

We live this registry. The only exception being road test, they have all other services and have excellent customer service. For a downtown registry, they are pretty quick and efficient!

I had a great experience dealing with Christy, she has been able to provide many services and requests efficiently, quickly and with a big smile on her face.

Great place in downtown to do any legal documentation and make identification cards like driving license, Health card and so on.

Fast, efficient and knowledgeable service agents. I went there for driving license exchange and they completed the whole thing within shortest possible time. Couldn't expect better!

Terrible service, the 2 girls at the counter would not stop shouting, yelling giggling etc while on pc taking the test, made focusing impossible! Wasted my time, money, locked me out for 24 hours before retest due to their incompetence!

There is no marks below than 1 so m giving 1 becoz i went there for my knowledge test and the girl took the payment and take me to the computer and pressed the button and my test got startd.she didn't gave me time to switch off my cell phone and after 2 min my cellpgone starts ringing and she cancelled my test i requested alot to her that i was not cheating u can check in the camera. And she cancelled my test very rudely her managers was a lady and her too behaviour was ridiculous i will never ever go to that place again.

I always get great customer service whenever I go there. Nice to be greeted by people with a smile. Been to many registry offices in Edmonton and this one is by far the best. If you live or work downtown this is the place to go for all your registry needs.

It's a place to fill out forms.although they're competitive & professional; they lack Customer Service Skills totally.

I literally almost go to this registry for all of my license and legal docs, even I don’t live close by. The staff just so nice, and surprisingly I never waited for a long line. Even sometimes I see and wait in a long line, but the staff are so productive and efficient. Keep up the great work!

I work at Commerce Place, so i head over to accu search during my break. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The service is quick and the place is tidy. I would rather go to accu search then my neighborhood registry.

The staff are amazing. Dealing with our government insurance vehicles they know how to do things properly. Highly recommend them.

Great, friendly service! We were welcomed as we stood in line. The agent absolutely bent over backwards to give us the help we needed. The best place to go if you want professional and experienced service!

Great and friendly staff. There're staff at front desks and staff who go checking with people in the line if they have all the paperwork needed and process whatever they can. I find that very efficient!

The ladies were really helpful and willing to answer all my questions. This is the type of customer service we need. There are other registries closer to me but I would definitely go back here.

I was extremely disappointed with the service that I received here and would strongly recommend going to any other registry. When there was an issue with my registration, the manager was extremely rude, condescending, and kept talking over me. I suspect that this attitude was a reaction to my age. If you are under the age of 30, I strongly recommend that you go anywhere else because you will not be treated with respect here.
