Ok so brought my car for detailing …. IT LOOKED BRAND NEW when I picked it up customer service was absolutely impeccable and the car was inside outta the rain! Would 100% recommend this service! Thank you for considering my time as well!

Experience with accu -tech has been amazing. They have down quite a bit of work on car and I have been more than satisfied. Customer service is the best I have encountered in GP care in regards to mechanic service garages. Friendly people who go above and beyond.

There are not enough stars in the galaxy to express my gratitude to Jackson and Ashley at accutech, nevermind in a review limited to five stars. My 73 year old mother from fort Nelson broke down in gp, after not only 1 or two, but 4 separate shops had attempted to “fix” her 2014 pro master with a cooling system/overheating issue. I phoned accutech, after many other auto centres, after 9 am, begged for a quick diagnosis, and told them the history of the issue and all attempted fixes, including a 3 hour, misdiagnosis from the dealership…. Which happened twice!
Ashley said she wouldn’t promise but she’d try to have someone look at it, to bring it to them,
And they’d try to tell me what was wrong. Soon it was up in the air and Jackson knew in 3 minutes what the actual problem was and had it fixed by 130pm. After fixing it, he went the extra mile to confirm and test his fix, he was careful not to build future problems in and used OEM or compatible products Something 4 shops failed to do. Costing my retired mother over 3500 dollars before finding accutech. As a journeymen technician myself from another part of the country, I am telling you, you can trust these guys. They share my personal view that there’s more than enough honest work to go around and none of us need to cheapen our trade by gouging people for things they don’t need. Their book time, working time and parts pricing are blegitimate and accurate and most of all…fair. However nobody can put a price on fixing it right, the first time. Accutech schooled all of them. This is where you take your car. You won’t pay more for being new or naive.

Excellent personal service at a fair price! I was displaced from my home due to a wildfire and the fine people at Accu-Tech worked hard to get my rig roadworthy again in the short amount of time I had before having to return home. They were informative and determined every step of the way. Could not ask for a better experience, especially when short on time. All work has held up beautifully after the 1100 odd kilometres back to my hometown, over long drags and shockingly rough terrain. 5/5 would let them work on my truck again.

Took my nissan here a year plus ago severe metal on metal sound rear brakes and rotors needed replacing. Got those done. Around $1500. Tech calls when cars in shop to say that fronts are in same condition and that it would also be around $1500 to do those too. Funny thing is I visually checked front brakes before I went down and knew they had only 25 000 km on them. So I knew they were good! I told them not to do the front brakes. Over a year later fronts they said needed replacing still work great. They were just checked aswell 2 weeks ago 40% life left. Moral of the story don't bring your car to a shop that lies trying to make another $1500 you know you don't need too spend. I wonder how much people have fell for that trick.

Accu-Tech did an awesome job on my car when i needed in difficult time. I could not imagine without the fantastic service crew. They take good care of my vehicle. Most definitely highly recommended to anyone. I would love to deal with them in the foreseeable future. Thank you Grant and to the amazing crew for a good accommodation.

Excellent Automotive and Auto Body repair facility in Grande Prairie, AB, CA. Accu-Tech is my "go to garage" in Grande Prairie. They do great work, price is reasonable, and they are totally Trustworthy!

Absolute garbage. They made my wife pay $83 to get her van keys after not being able to do anything to help us. Avoid this place like the plague, there is a reason they are the only ones in town not booked up. Very shady.

Keeping an old vehicle on the road is daunting. I have been able to trust Accutech with budget friendly repairs, reliable technicians and friendly staff. Highly Recommend!

We have been taking two of our vehicles here and couldn’t be happier. Service is amazing. They get you in fast and always call with details before doing the work. The price is always reasonable and Grant the owner finds the best option for you… not him. Also had our vehicle delivered to us when we were in a bind. Plus there is tons of room to park!

The honest, integrity, and knowledge of Ashley at the front counter makes for an amazing experience. The whole team from Grant down made me feel very comfortable in a world I know little about. They have a loyal customer for life.

They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my truck, did an inspection, replaced a couple parts and Broke the Cv axle in the process and refused to replace it for free.
Still couldn’t figure it out

I just wanted to say thank you once again for getting my truck in and fixed so quickly 2 days before I went on vacation. You were my first and only call that day. You really saved my a**. I appreciate the service and communication so very much. Will recommend Accu-Tech to everyone I know.

After an unexpected loss of power steering during our trip, Accu Tech was able to get us in on very short notice on a Saturday morning and had the problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly. There was another issue discovered during the repair but they were able to fix that at the same time and had us back on the road in time to make our appointments and head home. The cost was very reasonable and service was excellent. Thank you!

Insurance inspection. In shop within 2 days. Overnight for parts and ready for pick up by noon. Ashley and Jeff very easy to deal with at front counter.
