Dan and his amazing team got me back on the road and saved me thousands of dollars after another shop caused damage with their poor attention to detail and lack of care with my vehicle. We had a transmission rebuild spring 2022 on our 1988 GMC camper van and it is running great over a year later! We broke down just west of Calgary and the folks at Accurate were very accommodating with our tow/drop off situation. They answered all of our questions and had great customer service.

The gang at Accurate Transmission were more than helpful to me by helping me with a tough decision on rebuilding my transmission on a 23 year old vehicle. As a result my van runs great and on a trip to the west coast I averaged 23.26 miles/gal. Normally I averaged 16 tops. By the way gas prices in Vancouver $2.10 a liter!

Dan and his team have been amazing and I can highly recommend them to anyone. They are very professional, knowledgeable and fair. My Dodge Grand Caravan had transmission issues and the team at Accurate rebuilt it for me at a reasonable price! It's been running very smoothly since. I am by personal experince skeptical about transmission shops but was presently supprised by the professionalism and courtesy shown by this shop. Keep up the great customer service and care Dan, it was much appreciated.

Brought my car in to repair the manual transmission and asked them to check on a few other things. They came back with a list of additional, pertinent things as well as things they checked that were fine indicating that they were acceptably thorough with checking it out.
They ended up recommending a transmission swap over repair which seemed logical and the parts/labour cost seemed within a reasonable price. Booked it for the next week, got my car a few days later and so far it's been solid since (1m). Overall they were friendly and communicative about the whole thing so from a service perspective they were great.

My one main gripe was that they were going to charge $450 for a drive belt change - $355 for labour and $95 for the belt.
Knowing my car and having done this myself, I told them I would just do it.
I got the belt from Auto Value for $75 and did it in about an hour of time with the most difficult part being finding my wrenches. Certainly not worth the $355 they were overcharging for.
I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was miskeyed but I also doubt it would have been corrected had it gone through

My car stopped on the road at night. Towed to these guys at night. I met them in the morning. Did not even look at the car. Said they can't fix the car for 2 weeks and requested to remove the car from their parking space. So they wanted me to tow the car again for some other place. Super rude. Stay out of them.
P. S. The other mechanic shop repaired the car and handed over to me in less than 4 hours.

Great mechanic. Everyone I've dealt with here is awesome. Friendly, well informed, and very honest. They only charge you for what needs to be done, and always with a job well done.

I would recommend Accurate Transmission and auto to anyone. They are honest and great technicians. They always do great work on all my vehicles.

These guys were recommended to me and I couldn't be more blown away with the level of expertise these gentlemen have. Im a young guy trying to learn mechanics by tearing my car apart. Anytime I have questions or a problem, Dan has been there to save the day He has been so patient with me and my silly questions and I couldn't thank him enough. I've had this shop work on my audi a few times now and I won't take my car anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars I would these guys have earned it.

We have been getting work done here for 25 years. The place is well run and does great work.
