ACE Casino Airport

Went for the buffet and we were very disappointed. The food was ok but it wasn't a typical buffet. They have very limited food. It's served for you and you only get one plate of food. It should not be called a buffet. There was maybe 5 foods and no second plate. We will not go back for the buffet.

The bar staff were unbelievably rude to us we were here to celebrate a birthday and they refused to serve us any drinks. There was one girl on the bar who was super great and nice, but her coworkers were awful. This great server literally told our whole party to complain to the manager about the other bartender. We never got any names but the girl with brunette hair was a terrible server, had terrible customer service, and just genuinely should not work in this industry. The fact her own coworkers told us to complain to the manager about her has to say something. We will never return here because of this said brown haired girl. The manager offered to serve us a drink after we complained but we couldn’t even stay here any longer because we already wasted our whole night. The blonde girl was absolutely amazing and was so respectful to our entire party. She was the only positive thing about our experience

Clean Casino, I mean it is new after all.
Casino breakfast is the way to go at 6.88, that was 5.88 not too long ago.
Still pretty decent. Lots of machines to choose from

We went for a corporate function. We had roast beef and it was tough as nails. Most of the food was cold (buffet style) the room reserved for social functions is right beside the staff entrance to staff room. It was non stop flow of employees. Won't book a social function there again.

Ample parking. Great specials. We went on a Friday afternoon and the Steak Sandwich was the special. My friend ordered that and asked the steak to be cooked medium rare. Unfortunately, it was medium well but he ate it anyway since he was hungry, it still was tasty despite.
I had the ginger beef with a side of rice. Tasty but once I got down the sauce, spicier than I like, so be careful if you don't care for spicy foods.
We like to sit in the dining room to the far left since we order from the waitress and she brings us all our drinks, cutlery and food. Otherwise, the middle "bar" dining area has limited staff and table service is not consistent since it's the bartender mostly doing table service and bartending.
The far right restaurant is self serve from ordering food at the cashier which she/he gives you a little coaster like alarm which vibrates when your order is ready. I'm always a bit confused with which line is for ordering vs. Picking up food, this could be streamlined for sure.
Staff is friendly in each dining location.

Nice atmosphere, great food and the drink prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!

Really enjoy this. The other casinos in Calgary are better.
The food comes out with a high school cafeteria style. Figured it was going to be an awesome casino.
But you can't judge your book by its cover.

I almost got tricked by this sneaky, shameless false advertisement of their THE BUFFET restaurant which is just the name and not really serving buffet!
Why? Why scam your customers like they’re idiots and your preys? You can only trick us once and then you’ll get all the angry disappointed customers! Whoever came up with this shady idea to market this scam should be fired. You’re ruining your casino image. Shame on you.

First time here and it was a surprise. They were having their first anniversary party. This casino is well laid out, it has lots of variety and has a free coffee and pop bar. I didn't walk away a winner but I definitely enjoyed the experience and would recommend and go back as it is so close to the deerfoot and airport.

Would leave a no star review if I could. Went for their DIm Sum “buffet”. Not a buffet at all. That is just the name of the restaurant. I got the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had the misfortune of seeing on a plate. Definitely DO NOT recommend. Breakfast on the other hand looked decent, as did some of the other meals. I’ll stick with Grey Eagle if I want a good buffet.

Excellent food at extremely affordable pricing. Friendly, helpful staff, will be back again and again.

The staff is amazing. We were greeted by Shawn who is a slot attendant. He is outgoing and friendly! He goes out of his way to ensure all customers are having a good time and making sure all the chairs are pushed in properly. Food court is clean and the food is pretty cheap and affordable!

The ambiance is nice. The food is ok and the price is not bad. I like how they serve late.
