This new guy who does the foothills is insanely slow, horrible service bad attitude and can’t close doors. I mean it’s really not hard….

To say the service was great is an understatement. I would highly recommend this courier service to anyone. They went above and beyond to help get my package delivered. ️️️️️

Bad service. Terrible customer service. It has been over a week and we have not received the paperwork for our shipment. Every time we call the branch they forward our call to a line that never picks up.

Horrible Driver. Rude and ignorant, will not tolerate my staff being talked to or treated in such a way.tried calling my local branch to discuss this issue, will be calling back to speak with the manager again before resulting to head office.

Slooowwwww. And the tracking software does not work at all. Still waiting on my same day package 1 week later. Cant call to complain as the person answering cant speak english at all. What a joke. Avoid this place.

Ace Courier damaged my truck and now they are ghosting me after I paid to fix the truck they told me there was a cheque on the way and that was a month and a half ago, just horrible service and I look forward to reporting them to the RCMP Monday to get my money back

We used ACE for the first time and were very impressed with their service. We were on a time line and all 17 deliveries made it on time. We will definitely use their services in the future and also recommend them to others

I called dispatch to get 2 orders shipped out, and they mentioned they were overloaded so the large skid would be delayed 1 business day, the driver that picked up the first order said he would try to make it back same day to pick up the second skid. He did end up coming back before the end of the day, and spent a good amount of time moving stuff around to make the skid fit. He went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure we were helped out. Thanks so much Renny! You deserve a big raise!

This is one of the best shipment companies we use, and I love dealing with the people. Dispatch is very clear on pickup schedules and I always get a heads up if anything changes on my orders. (Thanks Sierra!)

SLLOOOOOOW. 3 Shipments that were meant to be overnight. 1st one took 4 days for them to find it. 2nd 3 days. 3rd was ssupposed to be here today and only one person that can look into it and he has gone already. Called at 2pm and 330 pm. Its 2023 how is it there is only one person who knows what is on what truck? Maybe they are still using horse and carriage to do deliveries?

ATBEST has been shipping for 20 years and ACE is used regularly for the areas they service. Excellent service & competitive rates. 5 star for sure!

Shipped a skid between BC and AB. Was on time, price was amazing, and the driver was very good at unloading. I'll be calling A. C. E.for my next skid shipment.

Terrible experience - not once, but twice. If it was up to us we wouldn't use their services at all, unfortunately our customer has an account with them and needed shipment asap. Both shipments got damaged - trashed is actually more accurate (1 shipment to BC, 1 to Edmonton). It is nearly impossible to get in touch with them to track your orders that get late and also to solve any issues afterwards when it comes to damage.

Do not recommend at all!
