Have some patience, they were super busy when I called. But rest assured they were also on top of there business. New who I was based on my name. Fast delivery from Calgary to Edmonton. 1 day

If it wasn't for the kind and helpful dispatch and boss man who helped me out with the engine i got shipped i would rate it a 1. Paid to have a engine shipped to a house in stony, gave specific instructions that theres 2 roads entering the property. The entrance is a slight uphill of 10 ft then the road does full circle around and exits out other side. The driver only seen the exit road, assumed it was too steep to deliver it and refused my delivery. The driver didnt even attempt to drive up it, forgot the culo's at home i guess. Had to borrow truck and pick up engine myself, all because a delivery driver was too scared to pull through, listen to instruction and just do his job.

Lucky to even get 1 star.horrible organization and rude dispatch.wouldn’t even recommend to my worst enemy.

Just wanted to say thank you to the dispatcher that helped me get a shipping label fixed. It was my fault and they went above amd beyond to help. Saved my neck. Thanks again so much.

Ace was just the messenger, it was the shipper that didn't provide the best instructions

Whenever I call for a pickup at our business, we are treated like it is such a bother that we are giving them business. Today was the worst. The attitude of the person on the phone was so rude, and before I could even get a confirmation number of the pickup she hung up on me. I had to call back, only to get more attitude from the person. I think it will be the last time we use this service. The customer service is so poor, they made it clear they don't want people's business.

Those guys call and ask for help in delivering stuff, they request for things like: can you help us unload?
do you have a cart we can use?
Is there someone who can meet us to take the shipment?

Never seen a shipping company with no tools or enough man power to deliver a shipment.

Drivers and staff are very friendly.
Value and reliability are excellent.
I don't know what we would do without them.

Absolute garbage customer service and no delivery was made of my 3 out of 5 envelopes. One was "lost" and two of them ended up taking more that two weeks to get to the destination - which was not far. Save yourself the time and headache and use another service.

They've aced the courier service for us as a company everyone. Needs a better flowing, place as for signs and direction of how to utilize the property but other than that. Great place and great people.

I really wish i could rate zeroo stars because i would.got something shipped from calgary to edmonton never thought a part would get lost in the process.asked the staff what the status was and none of them had a clue as to what to say or do so just kept telling me wait till the next day or next few days.last time dealing with this courier services thats for sure.definitely do NOT recommend anybody use there services

Lost part of my order then when they found it they demanded that I come pick it up or would be shipped back. Very bad customer service.

GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Multiple people promised to "call me back" while trying to track down a package. Lady in the office was rude, had to come collect package from their warehouse because they were too incompetent to get the package where it was supposed to go. Do not recommend.

My first dealing with Ace Courier was having them deliver to me a fragile piece of auto glass, and a couple less fragile items in a second large box to St Albert from Lethbridge Auto Parts.
The two boxes were sent Friday at 16: 15 and arrived about noon today Monday-very efficient!
I received a pre-delivery call from their dispatch dept and the two pkgs were soon delivered.
The packages looked like they were just placed in the truck after wrapping (pre-trip!).
The delivery person was friendly and professional.
The rate was a little less than I expected.
What else is there?
Who beats on this company? I will use them again in an instant!

Garbage customer service!
Got a quote for 4 small tires and rims RD to Edmonton quoted me $36.
Lo and Behold get the bill and it's darn near $100.
Of course they gave me every excuse in the book but whats done is done.
Never will use them again and i will sway the company i work for to do the same! Lesson learned. 1 Star is too much.

The cheapest courier service I know and providing the shipment same as the other couriers deadline. I recommend for sure. As a corporate company we are using this days ACE almost every week, and we are satisfied with their service

They overly charged for small shipment from BC, I was shocked I paid $700 for one bumper cover Toyota Camry,

This is a terrible courier service. Several times we have arranged a pickup with them, only to have the company two days later claim it was never called in, or the driver shows up and says he can't take it.
They are very unreliable which is a really bad reputation to have in this buisness.
Do not use this courier company, they are very unreliable and are liars.
