Order on phone 100 ft of cable paid for it wait till day it supposto to arrive and nothing look back in email no recite look on cc bill their it is 2 grand later they canceld my order didn’t tell me until I call them about it asking where my shot is I trying to run a company and make money don’t use awkland and granger waited a week plus for shipping and get nothing not even a call for. Canceld order my company is ducked waiting with 2 welders waitng on a cables that wasn’t even shipped

The staff at the West end edm location or just tremendous. They were very nice and helpful and I greatly appreciate it. Be expedited service that I got from them.

I placed an order online and got a confirmation. The confirmation said to pick up the order the next day. They charged my CC for the order. Drove to the store and they told me they cancelled my order and someone should have called me. No one called. Called customer service and they apologized but wouldn't do anything to make it right. I was told the product I ordered was given to a more important customer and they were out of stock. Went back on the website and it still showed stock. Terrible communication and a disconnected website that is in no way linked to their actual inventory or actual people monitoring it in a timely manor.

Unfortunately this store is not open for public. I tried to order but someone told me that they are only open for businesses not for public.
