Just purchased a 1958 Gibson LG-0 from your store. Took a chance buying without touching or playing but no regrets. I talked to Brent and Rod who I thought gave me honest info with no pressure. Rod set up the saddle / action better than described on listing. Lots of photos to show the “flaws”. In past purchased a Morgan guitar from Rod and still love that one too. Rod also did a neck reset and other repairs on my son’s unplayable 70s Martin. Highly recommend Acoustic Music. Definitely not just another L&M

Made a purchase on Reverb, the guitar was priced fairly and after some back and forth, we agreed on the deal and it was shipped out. The guitar arrived very well packed, in great condition as promised. Very happy with the purchase experience

Purchased an item from this shop on Reverb. Item was not what I needed (my own fault) and tried to initiate a return as per the policy listed on their Reverb page. No one ever responded to my message so now I am stuck with it. Be wary of purchasing from this shop especially if you are ordering online.

First time customer! Just had the fret ends shaved, leveled and the action lowered on my Breedlove 12 string, all done within the time frame quoted and at a very reasonable price. I won't hesitate to bring my other acoustics here for future maintenance. Of course I had to check out the store while I was there. Great selection of acoustics. I highly recommend this store. Thanks to the luthier tech and the staff.

I brought my guitar for a full set up and have no complaints. Even tho Long & McQuade are cheaper, I highly recommend supporting local shops like this one. They’re clearly very experienced and care about their customers. Great Canadian made guitar selection too!
