Was unloading at this place.even though I had appointment they made me wait until another driver pulled out.that was 30-35 mins.after that they took one hour and twenty minutes to unload a load that only took half an hour to load.after they finished they didn’t bother to let me know about that.after 10 minutes feeling that nothing is moving inside my trailer I called to ask why is taking so long to unload.one male person (maybe not the unloader himself) answered that he doesn’t have time to chase drivers.notice that they don’t have red and green lights when backing up to the docks so we depend on them to let us know right away when they are finished.even now when we have to carry that stupid ELD they still have no respect for us drivers.they still treat us like slaves and worthy of no respect.shame on them for this attitude. THEY NEED SENSITIVITY TRAINING.
