The clinic is easy to get to in the Chinook Centre and is a clean and calm space. There are several professional modalities in the clinic (chiropractic, massage, naturopathic etc) that makes it a great one stop shop for your healing needs. I work with Dr Jackie Fairbourn DC there and she is AMAZING! Highly recommend working with her as she extensively trained in many techniques.

Great experience, Sammantha was amazing, very personal, was considerate and professional. Understood what I needed I left feeling great. Four hours later my back still feels good. Not the case alot of the time with other massage places.

I have been seeing Dr. Cummings for over 30 years. Initially Chiropractic attention for high level sports injuries, and his early adoption of acupuncture, as part of his practice 20+ years ago, has indefinitely delayed knee replacement. His honest approach to "Back to Health" solutions has seen me bring all of my 4 very active kids - now all 20+ years of age- see him for advice and treatments. Always progressive with current medical knowledge and solutions. I walked out of the clinic today, after an acupuncture session, without pain from a Bakers Cyst and Knee inflammation. He identified - again - what I needed.

Amazing service! The clinic is always super clean and the atmosphere is always pleasant. The professional staff always is available for any of my questions and they go above and beyond to make me feel well.
I have been visiting them since 2018, I don't leave in the area anymore but I will still make a trip to get a good massage with Steve or Sam and of course see the BEST chiropractor in the planet Dr Stuart.

Dr. Stewart is not my regular chiropractor. I was visiting in a Calgary and was in need of treatment. My sister made the appointment for me. I am very happy with the treatment he provided. I was very much relieved of some pain and discomfort. He is a very personable and professional. One more visit before I board a plane and return home.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Harrison's for 22 years at Active Back to Health. I trust her immensely as she is the most caring doctor and her knowledge of the body and mind is incredible. She has treated me through so many stages in my life including pregnancy, and has been my son's Chiropractor over the years too as he's now a busy teenager! She is the BEST listener and always leaves me feeling so much better then when I came- physically and mentally! She brings so much to each appointment with not only Chiropractic adjustments but also uses other techniques on me depending on my symptoms like Strain Counter Strain, McKenzie Extensions, Cranialsacral Therapy, EFT, proper stretches to do at home and so much more!

This place is great, all the staff his wonderful. Dr Graeme is perfect, he's nice, tells you the facts and treats you appropriately. Both receptionist that have been working were so nice, by the 3rd visit they knew me by name and coming in for an appointment has been so hastle free it's been great. I have been going here for over 20 years and have had a few 2 year gaps where I didn't need adjustments and when I return for a concern I'm greeted with a friendly staff and have been treated by 4 - 5 different doctors who all had excellent knowledge and it's great to have all my history records at one office.

I’ve had lower back pain for over a week and Elizabeth Ruggles was so knowledge and gave me great stretches to do post massage. She checked in on me to make sure I was doing okay and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Her perfect pressure and vast amount of knowledge is bringing me back in next week!

My hips have been out for about 3 month's
The chiro I was seeing in Airdrie was only doing my back having no knowledge empathy on the seriousness of my pain was doublecharging me for poor services while practicing chiro out of her house.

Until I called Active Back to health.

Dr Michel placed my hips back in place realined my hole spin know I can move normal eat with out pain and my body function now acting normal again.

I was suffering 7n deep pain you could not imagine crying Dat night only getting 3 hrs a day of sleep.

After seeing active back to health.

I got 7 hours of sleep and now 9 hrs from July 9th to current.

I urge you if your Chiropractor is not doung a professional job helping you rid of your chronic pain please give back to health a call like I did you will have a happy body the same day I promise you.

My husband referred me to Dr. Petersen. I'm so happy for my treatment. The front desk are really nice and professional too. I had massage with Liz who is amazing as well.

I came in for a last minute appointment with really bad back and neck pain from hurting it that day. They were able to get me in that day and after my appointment I was able to walk without it hurting. Muscles needed time to work them self out about from being so tense. But it felt good to be able to move my neck and back and not be in a huge amount of pain!

Steve RMT is amazing and has helped me out of pain on numerous occasions. He knows his stuff and great person. I highly recommend! I am a regular! Front end is also always friendly and welcoming.

Was into to see Dr Stewart yesterday in severe pain, today I am feeling much better, I have seen both Dr Stewart & Dr Peterson for many years, they are both wonderful chiropractors & people!

I've been coming here for a while now and I've never had any complaints with the masseuse I've been seeing. I had to be seen by someone else due to conflicting schedules and I was more than fine with that going in. I had an open mind about it. It was great. The massage this time around was oddly more painful and not at all relaxing like how I expected it to go. I had tense muscles for sure going in that did need to get loosened up and applying pressure I was fine with. It was only after the visit my body was in so much physical pain. I never experienced this before and it was less pressure with this new masseur than my previous masseuse. My body felt more aggravated, moody, my body was in more pain going out than in. I did give it the benefit of the doubt and give it 3 days since I already tense muscles and maybe they were "settling it" but nope I saw my family doctor because I couldn't walk at all, my knees were in complete pain. I even called the front manager and explained this exact situation to her and instead of saying something compassionate to bring clients back she resorted to completely dismissing my pain and bad experience by saying how HER body gets in pain after a massage too. How HER lower back or knees hurts after a massage and that it's all "normal" - I never asked for her experience. My knees are still in so much pain from this and it's such a shame because I loved my old masseuse but I can't go back to a company that dismisses patients care and gives their unwanted 2 cents.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Always there with a smile and great attitude. The doctor that I see is very helpful with my back problems and does everything that he can to alleviate my pain. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is in pain and needs help.

Steve Ernst is an amazing massage therapist. He somehow gets all my difficult knots to relax and feel better without using extreme pressure. He’s very professional, has a lot of knowledge and different techniques to give you the best results.

I had a great treatment from Doctor David Peterson.
I have seen many chiropractors with my lower back problems. Dr. Peterson gave me different treatments than I had elsewhere which have been working incredibly so far.

I see Pauline for massages here. She is excellent at finding all the knots and problem areas I have and fixing me up. She also recommends stretches to help with preventative measures so when I see her again, I'm not so sore. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well, and they will direct bill your benefits provider. Thanks Pauline! And thank you Active Back to Health!

I have been a patient at Active Back to Health for several years. I have seen three chiropractors, Dr. Peterson, Dr. Cumming and Dr. Stewart. They are all exceptional! You cannot go wrong by choosing this office for your chiropractic and laser therapy needs.

I received a gift card for a 60 minute massage and I am SO happy I discovered this place. Having experience working in management in the Chiro/MT industry, I was immediately impressed upon walking in. The front staff we very warm and friendly, it was very clean and organized and had a lovely home-y feel to the office.

Again, working with many MT's before, I would say I have high expectations for Deep Tissue MT treatments, and Jen did AN AMAZING JOB! I definitely want to go back for more treatments and would highly recommend Jen to anyone wanting a good DT treatment. On top of her amazing treatment, her massage table was heated and adjustable via a foot pedal so it made the experience that much better!

Bottom Line, Would I recommend Jen for RMT services: ABSOLUTELY.

I highly recommend Dr Robert Cumming chiropractic services to relieve back pain, joints with scientists nerves that become so debilitating when untreated. I have been using the chiropractic services of Robert Cumming since 2013. Every time, I am amazed by the instant and exceptional benefits of care received. Moreover, the staff at the reception is professional and warm and makes every effort so that we can receive the services. I am so thankful for their kindness. Dr. Cumming also gave me acupuncture services to relax my muscles and lessen my stress that were most profitable to me.
