Been seeing Dr. Sheppard for chiro since 2011 and started seeing Amy for acupuncture in summer of 2021. Has made a huge difference in my quality of life and will be a patient there for the rest of my life.

I have been going to a chiropractor most of my life; and from my experience, Dr. Sheppard has always given me the most gentle adjustments out of any other. Her colleagues are amazing at what they do; as Dr Russell and Dr Phillips are great chiropractors as well. Amy is skilled with acupuncture needle muscle relation techniques. Christina has astonishing strength in her arms and hands that make for most excellent state of relaxed muscles from her massages. Even the reception is great at their job, with calls to verify appointments, and calling me by name as I walk in the door. I love this place. They all get 5 stars from me.

I have been seeing Dr Russell for years (15 years at least) and he is Awesome. I always leave feeling better. Recently I've had back/sciatic issues and he recommended acupuncture with Amy Wan. I just went today and I feel so much better. Way beyond what I could have hoped for. Anyone looking for a chiropractor or an acupuncturist should check them out. You'll be happy you did.

Highly recommend Dr. Sheppard! She uses the adjustor as often as possible, rather than "cracking" you, which I much prefer. Her use of Grason to break up scar tissue has made a huge difference and helped me heal my slipped ribs.

I've been seeing Dr Russell for a few years now. He keeps me aligned!
Loved his service and loved the women who works in the office especially Ann, whom I seem to always see during my appointments. Definitely recommend Dr Russell.

Both chiropractors are amazing there, very personable and work with you. They are also practicable and dont use a drop table (which is completely useless) to adjust you.

I have been attending Active Chiropractic for the past 10 years. Everyone is amazing. The reception staff are great and helpful. Christina is excellent for massage. Dr. Russel is who I see the most, and he is a very knowledgeable and skilled chiropractor. I play competitive soccer, and he helps keep me "in the game. " I highly recommend Active Chiropractic!

Devon is a super great chiro, he is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Christina is also a great massage therapist, she's really nice and does a great job!

Their holistic and knowledgeable approach using chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage helped me get back on my feet in a very quick time frame. Their warm and accommodating front staff made me feel comfortable and their professionalism is top notch! Definitely recommend them to everyone!

Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Very flexible on scheduling. My injury was looked at by several doctors to which none had an answer to. Dr Sheppard was able to relieve my year long back pain in less time than any specialist that I've been to. This was the only place that ever got me any relief from my back pain after seeing doctors, physio, rheumatologists, and other specialists.

Everyone at Active Chiropractic is so professional and caring. I have had the best experience here and would recommend the office to every one. Dr. Phillips is amazing and has helped me through so many injuries and I am thankful for all that he has done!

I have been seeing Dr. Shepherd for almost 16 years. She has become a friend. Not only is she a great Chiropractor, but also an amazing human. She has treated me through multiple injuries and collisions and I am so grateful.

Amazing care! All the staff are nice and accommodating. I have been seeing Dr Phillips on the recommendation of my spouse because of some lower back pain and have had a great experience. My first visit, Dr Phillips went over my medical history and did an assessment. He was very professional, explained what he was doing and answered all my newbie questions. Unexpected benefit- the number and frequency of migraines that I get has decreased dramatically since I started attending appointments here, which is life changing. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!

The front line staff are super-accommodating and very efficient.
The Doctors are thorough and very knowledgeable.
No pressure to make additional appointments and treatments were effective enough that return wasn't necessary.
Ask about their Massage and Acupuncture services. A massage before an adjustment is the way to go.
Discuss Acupuncture to see if it might help you deal with any personal issues. There are some amazing results documented but remember that you need to want to feel better and believe that you can.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Russell for probably 20 years now. He has supported me through varying injuries and a super speedy recovery in all of them. He has an incredible wealth of skill sets and techniques that he brings to the table and uses his vast knowledge to really help figure out how you can get the quickest recovery. It is also fantastic for overall health maintenance! The whole team at the clinic is fantastic! The colleagues are simply amazing, super friendly, always willing to support you, and very efficient, friendly and compassionate! I definitely recommend these folks if you’re looking for not just chiropractic support but full body recovery as they have massage, acupuncture as well as all of the other techniques, tools and even laser therapy!

I can't thank Dr. Phillips enough! I had tried everything to treat my ongoing tension headache - with little success. I was in constant pain when I arrived at the Active Chiropractic office. Dr. Phillips really listened to me. He completed a thorough medical history and took the time to explain to me what he thought could be the source of the problem. After only a few visits (adjustments and acupuncture) - I am pain free and able to live my life again! From now on, he will be my first stop when these headaches appear. Thank you, Dr. Phillips!
