I was given Ken’s name on the coldest day of winter when we dove into the minuses really fast My furnace had gone out I had discovered it on my lunch break but was pretty positive that I could get it running again. I did everything I knew how to do. I checked the vent outside to make sure there was no snow. Turned off the power to the house hoping to reset the furnace but that didn’t work. I even changed the batteries to the thermostat. Nothing was working. My son sent me the name Ken. The heating guy and a phone number. I called and the voicemail said a text would get to him quicker. So I sent him a text. Well he immediately called me back. I was quite surprised. I had told him in my text what had happened. He told me he was in phoenix but that he was going to help me and he did!
He was amazing! He told me step by step what to do and then told me he needed to listen to my furnace. Well it came on! I was completely shocked, excited and amazed! He had me check in the window for the heart beat red light.
My house was sitting at 8 degrees inside. It was sooo cold. He checked back with me a few hours later to see if I was warming up. He told me he was proud of me. When it was him who had told me what to do. He was heaven sent that I do know.
I am so grateful for his quick response even though he was on a holiday and out of the Country he called I’m thankful for his complete guidance in helping me
I would very highly recommend him! He certainly is a man who cares and a man of integrity

Ken responded to my mother’s furnace repair in record time. A different company advised they unfortunately couldn’t get the part needed to get the unit operational for four days, and Ken was able to obtain the part and complete the repair within hours of our call! My mom was so nervous as the weather forecast predicted minus 20 degree temperatures overnight and throughout the next few days. Thank you so much, Ken.
