I am not pleased with my product because the store workers kept pressuring my family to but these items.then when we opened the items these was barely any product in the bottle and the product is not even in the. The store owners told us the products will last 1 year do they think that little bottle will last us a year. This is a horrible scam. They are trying to get money by pressure you and then they are barely giving anything. Please if you are reading this don't but from this shop they are scammer’s.

Sales tactic is so aggressive. The guy selling will also flirt with you so you’re more inclined to buy the product and will try saying it’s a deal of a lifetime which made me very uncomfortable. Even the way they wait outside the door while tryna give samples out is their way of trying to lure you in to buy their products. AVOID AT ALL COST

Omg, I can't believe how unprofessional this people are! 350 facial wS for sale for 80 and I got it, but it was not even close to the cheapest facial! I can't believe I got scammed! Never go!

Very aggressive sales tactic in order to sell mediocre skincare for absurd amount. Don't get pressured to buy items because of the 'good deal' you are supposedly getting. The sales personal are very aggressive and pushy. The eye cream they put on me went went instantly flaky and dry as soon as I left the store. The truffle exfoliator I bought smells heavily of alcohol and was extremely overpriced. I cannot stress enough how overpriced their products are for what you actually receive, so please do not fall for their deceptive sale tactics like I did and just go to any drug store to get the same or better products for 50x cheaper.

Very poor customer service after the puchase.they dont keep appointments.getting facials what a JOKE.putting cream on my face and then leaving the room for 20mins.walking out with dried products on my face.embarrassing And ITS GARBAGE.telling me devices and products were brand new, but full of HAIR! GROSS. SELLING USED products saying they are NEW. Literally taped the seal with scotch tape.and the device had short black hairs! I DID get a REFUND.don't let them PUSH YOU around!
Telling you I'll give you a SPECIAL DEAL.just for you.or don't tell anybody. It's Truly a JOKE.

They OWE ME FACIALS. I'll never get. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!

LESSON LEARNED FOR ME.

Mother and wife were sucked in by pressure sale tactics. The good deal price was $300, followed by a one time deal of $150. They refused and made it out of there without buying anything. The product that was sampled left rashes under their eyes. Still visible after 3 days.

Not very good costomer service after you bought their product. Avoid picking free package from their sale guy. They are calling people to try their product for free.

Great products. And they would actually let you try the products at the store! The lady was really knowledgeable, you can see they are professionals.

I got the best service at this place. Steven really help me understanding how the whole things worked. It’s really easy to understand and work with. Steven explain step by step and give the best advice you can get. I was always scared to try different face products but these products does really worked. It tighten my skin make my skin really smooth, and the wrinkles does goes away at a certain periods of time. I love the products. Over all a big huge thank you to Steven who help me get over the fear of trying different facial cream. Thank you Steven you are the best.

I had some time before picking up my girl and decided to take a chance when the lady handed me a sample pack. She complemented my skin and that's what brought me in. She used this eye serum and
wow! The a lady named Barb
took time for me about my other concerns. I didn't catch the first lady's name but both are wonderful and caring and the product's work!

After I politely told the lady I wasn’t interested in the sample she started asking me about my skincare and pressured me into the store. For the next fifteen minutes she told me how it was ‘such a shame’ that I had a few pimples and that I ‘could be beautiful’ if I didn’t have any acne. After being so rude she tried to sell me $200 of skincare telling me it was a good price and I politely told her that wasn’t in my budget and she continued to push telling me it was such a good deal and that I needed this product to be pretty. Absolutely disgusting

Me and my husband ian had a great time in store with amanda yesterday, bought a facial serum.had to take it back to the store to swap it out today as it was defective, no problems with exchange.had a great time trying a different product with James and i love the product testing and the one on one sales approach.some people dont like that.i dont mind being made to feel like im their only customer.get a lil spoiled lol.thank u for a great time and we will be back after our trip to germany!

Twice the employees of this store have openly harassed me because I didn't want to try their products. I will never shop there or try their garbage.

Brandon, is a nice man, what he did for me was greatfull.
He is a good skin care advicer and I recommand on this place.
