I came in to look for a dress for a wedding and was ready to walk out disappointed (common occurrence for me at most shops), but the ladies there were so helpful and picked out great silhouettes and colors for my body (I missed her name, but the girl with blond/light brown hair and glasses was phenomenal). It was an awesome experience and walked out feeling so pretty in my own skin. Thank you! Definitely will be back!

Such a cute little shop with lots of selection of clothes especially formal dresses! I ended up getting a dress from them which I really loved the moment I saw it online. Upon entering, we were told that we can approach them if we are looking for any other size. I had a dress in my mind already (planned on purchasing it online but wanted to try it on in person) so I asked for my size but one of their staff dismissed me right away and they don’t carry it in my size. I asked her if I could just purchase it online instead since it’s available there but she told me they don’t have it anyway and then I was ready to leave. What I really loved is another girl stepped up and accommodated us! She told us that she’ll look in the basement and came out with my dress size. The girl at the counter was such a sweetheart too! If that second lady didn’t approach us, we would’ve just left because of the cold treatment. Thankful that the second lady was there and I got the dress that I was eyeing on ever since. Too bad I didn’t catch her name!

Had an unfortunately poor experience. Most dresses in a large and up are hidden in the back so if you don’t ask for support you might not know if your missing out on a dress (which now everyone coming in wants staff help, sometimes you just want to browse) Also the fits of the dresses are just not great if you’re more plus size or a larger chest. I felt the experience was a bit overwhelming as though the staff were trying to help they were just making me feel uncomfortable and overly helpful (asking how I liked styles that clearly were not fitting me - suggesting sizes that would not fit, etc) It’s not where I would recommend.

Shopped here for a graduation dress. They had a really great selection of dresses, and the staff were super helpful and attentive.

Good selection, and SPLENDID customer service. First time dress shopping since I was nine, they were so welcoming friendly, and helpful. Got my grad dress here and I’m very pleased!

I ordered a dress online over the weekend and sent a request asking if it could be shipped out as soon as possible as I need it for an upcoming wedding.
I received it today and it is beautiful!
Will definitely be ordering again!

Love this shop! I bought a jacket and then wanted to exchange for a longer version and the woman that helped me was so amazing. She brought me several options, sizes and colors to try. I even bought another sweater while there. I would highly recommend and will go back!

It was my first and my last visit.

Given it was busy when I entered, I understand not getting a greeting. Then the person behind me did. Great way to start the experience.

I walked around for awhile, tried on coats, and stood there thinking about them. They avoid me. The hustle they had for everyone else was astounding. After a while it died down - as they said, the lunch rush as passed. This was their moment to gossip, quite loudly. It wasn’t a welcoming environment.

Maybe I’m not their regular type of clientele. I am a person of colour and plus size. It’s hard to tell given the experience. Although, was there for almost half an hour. Quite disappointing.

This store is one of the gems of the city without a doubt. Beautiful feminine apparel, from dresses and jewelry or blowses and sweaters that you can't find anywhere else, and the level of customer service is unparalled in my opion. I've bought many things here througout the years and keep coming back. They definitley did something for me today that meant alot to me, which speaks volume for the level of service you can expect. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a quality experience!

First time customer, will be returning. The ladies helped me find the perfect dress for an event, and ended up taking another as well. They also helped me with dry cleaning. Excellent customer service and great selection of beautiful dresses.

Went in today for some dresses. The lady did not even greet us or ask if I wanted a change room. I had to put myself in one and liked 2 dresses. I needed a different size she didn’t even offer. Easily could have dropped 300 bucks but the service was garbage.

What an amazing boutique! I've had an excellent experience both in the shop and communicating with the owner over email. They went above and beyond to help me with ongoing bridesmaid dress challenges (nothing to do with the store), and I am soooo appreciative that they made a difficult situation so much easier for me and my girls! I found a really cute dress thanks to the friendly staff here:) She searched the store front and downstairs for XL dresses and checked in on me in the dressing room and giving me more options. Finding a dress you love in a bigger size is usually hard but she made it easy. I'm glad I looked here to find a dress for a wedding guest.

Super cute store with lots of beautiful dresses, sweaters, and jewelry. Lots of great quality pieces to choose from with a range of prices for different budgets. I absolutely love the sweaters I got here and can't wait to try out my new necklace and dress!

Adorn Boutique played a key role with my recent wedding at Azuridge Estate Hotel by providing the opportunity for a beautiful, light and delicate lilac Matron of Honor dress for my sister, and gorgeous royal blue chic cocktail dress for my female MC! Kari and Morgan were lovely to meet and try on dresses with - such a fun and memorable experience and a boutique I love returning to time and time again! If I could give this boutique no stars I would. My mom purchased me a holiday dress on clearance that was the last in their inventory of that style of dress. It was an XS. She also purchased a fur coat and I just went to try the dress on realizing we left it in the store and never brought it home. We had called the boutique right away to let them know we left the dress behind. The manager was extremely rude over the phone saying she found the XS in the dress in the back and would re-sell it to us. My mom and I went into the store today hopeful to resolve this issue with the manager and store owner in person, the store manager was more abusive in person than over the phone with a store full of customers. Refusing to do anything to accommodate the situation. The sku # on the tag of the dress they have back in their inventory matches our receipt. The only thing the store owner and manager were willing to do was re-sell us my same dress we already purchased at the same price. As we were leaving the manager that was screaming and humiliating her said “we don’t give away our dresses” my mom said she will have to fill out a police report for theft. This is a horrible thing this store has done. Obviously we should have read the reviews prior to supporting their business and not left our paid merchandise sitting on the counter that was our mistake. However, you would think an owner would do what they can to resolve the situation. It’s such a shame we love to support local. My mom at one point offered to repay for the dress if it could be marked down to 50% and the manager refused to accommodate to anything repeating multiple times “You haven’t told me what you want me to do” and “the dress can be tracked” when we asked her to track it she said “ it has never left our shop” precisely our point we have proof of purchase via the receipt that we purchased that exact dress. What a nightmare. This is the worst experience we have ever had and made me want to cry.

The staff was extremely unfriendly and we were avoided and ignored. When I asked to try on a sweater the shop lady complained to me that they would have to go down stairs, and when she returned she got me the wrong size and didn't want go back downstairs to get the right size.

Love everything in the store, but absolutely hate the service. I have never had such poor service as I have entering this boutique. Sadly will spend my money elsewhere, too bad because I love supporting small businesses

Adorn Boutique has always given me the best customer service experience! After purchasing bridesmaid dresses last year and having the wedding postponed due to COVID, they were extremely accommodating in helping us navigate sizes for the new date this year. I highly recommend not only for their fantastic customer service, but the beautiful styles and selections they have in stock.

I absolutely LOVE this little shop! I have been able to find the most exquisite dresses and cutest accessories while shopping here! The associates are so attentive and really helpful. My favourite, I adore Adorn! This place is a must visit!

pup was welcome to come in with us. It was quite busy when we were shopping, but that did not take away from the attention the staff gave to us in the change room. Will definitely be back.

What a beautiful store with gorgeous clothing and accessories! I was in with my daughter looking for a grad dress, and they had a fantastic selection, and the staff was very accommodating in finding dresses and sizes and gave excellent advice. What a great and encouraging environment! I will definitely be back soon!

Such a beautifully curated store full of lovely items! Sub par customer service, unfriendly staff. Seems from the reviews this a constant issue that continues to unaddressed. Won't be back.

This store has some really beautiful pieces. I’ve come here many times over the years, but the staff is still very exclusive of people who are not skinny, beautiful and white. Asking me if I need help is great when I first walk in the store, but while I’m trying on pieces, I expect you to help me find the right sizes, ask me how I’m doing and offer suggestions. I shouldn’t have to tell you that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here previously to get proper service. Don’t apologize, just do better.

Found a wonderful dress for for my girlfriend in a plus size for her birthday that fits perfectly. Especially nice service with the woman who works there that helped me find and pick out the dress

The ladies of Adorn are ontop of all of the latest trends and have a fantastic selection. They came highly recommended to me, and I definitely understand why!

I have always had great experiences here and the staff are fantastic! However, I had an exceptionally enjoyable experience this time with Madelyn. She was so helpful in finding styles in other colours and sizes and giving recommendations. I wasn't sure about an item, so I didn't end up purchasing it. However, I called the next day, and she remembered me, put the piece aside for pickup, and made it a very enjoyable shopping experience! Thank you, Adorn.

The prettiest store! They always have a great selection of quality, classic, but still on trend pieces. Amazing selection of dresses if you're looking for an event too. Staff are super helpful as well. <3

I have been coming to Adorn on and off over the years, but have recently had a moment of rediscovery of this shop. I absolutely love the variety of Canadian designers they carry and the selection is impressive. Another similar accessories store in town can't even compare to selection and quality control found in this shop. My only criticism is that the physical space of the shop is small (but this is expected for being in lovely Inglewood) and the atmosphere of the store can feel slightly intimidating for us normal un-trendy folk. Regardless, I have always received professional and generally friendly customer service here.

By far my most favorite boutique in Calgary to find beautiful outfits you don't see everywhere else! It's rare I don't find something I love each time I visit! Perfect for weddings, Christmas parties and everything in between!

I had an average experience at Adorn. The shop is on the smaller side so when you are not greeted or acknowledged in a shop that is so small, it can make for a bit of an uncomfortable experience to say the least. I think that Adorn definitely has their own niche but some more variety would liven things up a bit. I found the clothing selection a tad boring with little to no stand-out pieces. I guess you could say I felt like I was looking at the same dress in a slightly different cut over and over throughout the shop. The decor is cute and everything is laid out in an organized manner. I would not go out of my way to shop here again.

Cute, unique clothing, but definitely lacking in welcoming staff. Adorn was recommended to me by a friend, but I won’t be returning because it felt like I was intruding. Two girls were working and neither one greeted me when I walked in- they simply looked up from what they were doing and then looked at each other. One girl started me a room after I’d done two loops of the store and my hands were full of product. She didn’t ask what I was looking for, or offer suggestions. She also didn’t bother to come by to check in on me once I was in the room. Want to hurt your sales? Make your customers feel judged and uncomfortable. Such a shame, because the clothes really are adorable.
