Friendly staff and good service. I had a remote starter installed and it did have to have them go through the door on my 2006 Lexus. The challenge now was that the panels were not properly reattached and there is vibration of the cords at the upper liner that drives me crazy with that sound. I had to stuff something in the upper liner near the windshield to lower it. Also where the receiver is the covering is constantly falling down or off. This is more likely a design flaw in the Compustar product. Not saying I would not go back but they had to rush to finish things up and I think that is where things may have not got down as well as they have done in the past. I did get a longer range remote in Red Deer for less in the same brand also but I would not say I would not shop here. To be fair I also did not bother to contact them to fix the issues as I just do not have time due to their hours and mine not jiving.

Haven't been there yet but this summer I'll be getting car audio installed and jarred was amazing help

I will be coming back here again for sure. I was in and out in 30 minutes for reprogramming my starter! Very nice staff. Highly recommend.

Had a remote car starter/alarm installed in my Tundra. Also had 3M film on the front. Went well, but in the winter started having passenger side locking issues. Ray helped me by directing me to the Toyota dealer they usually install starters for (Toyota on the Trail I believe). Ray and the Toyota dealer were able to work together and their existing relationship made things go smoother. Issue was resolved when Toyota changed the board that controls locking. Fast forward and I was parking in front of my daughters school today. Someone slowly grinded into the front drivers quarter panel with the mirror of their car. Fortunetely, it was about an inch past where the 3M film started. So, right now it looks more like I got some paint transfer from the other cars mirror (which I'll likely be able to get out when it's a little warmer). Rather than what I think might have been a nasty scratch. Also, the other car didn't stop. So, there being minimal damage saved me the stress of going to the police department (with their license number), contacting the insurance company, tracking down the witness and the repair. Glad the service is still paying dividends.

Simply Amazing. I have an older Compustar remote which had an issue with starting my vehicle. I came in with no appointment and the person at the counter (sorry didn't catch your name) came out and fixed the issue right away. Didn't charge me a cent for the service but I can return a favor by leaving a review. Thanks so very much.

Absolutely great team of people. Ray was so helpful and kind. I got a remote starter installed on a 2013 Hyundai manual transmission vehicle. It was fast, easy and they gave me hands on instructions after installation. Super pleased with the whole experience and I highly recommend.

In the beginning there was some issues that I had. Ray addressed the issues did what he needed to do and it came back ten times better. The paint protection on the roof is highly recommended as getting rock chips up there and having them rust is a big no no for me. Can't wait to get tint services done here as well. Ray was super helpful in deciding which command start to go with for our needs and when they made a mistake and gave us the longer range fobs they didnt try to upsell us and let us keep the better fobs! Will 100% be going back here if/when we need a new system installed

I want to give a shout out to this business. What a professional and experienced team. I called in and spoke with Ray, even over the phone he was courteous and so helpful. I brought my vehicle in for the remote starter and turns out the batteries exploded, I'm not a smart lass in mechanical, I had replaced the batteries the day prior and trying to get the starter working I messed around with the buttons. Either way, no judgement, he changed the batteries at no charge and took the time away from service he was busy with to make sure he could at least assist. I will be back, thank you so much Ray!

Awesome experience with this company. Ray was professional, attentive and helpful with all my questions regarding car starters. He booked me in first thing in the morning as I would be waiting at the shop for my car. I was able to hang around is their awesome home theatre, with a recliner love seat, and projector screen to watch Netflix and work on my laptop for the 2 hours that installation took. I have dealt with the guys at Adrenalin audio for many years. You will not find a company that cares more about their customers or that is as honest as them. I have used both the car side and the residential side. When I was building my house they talked me out of spending money that I was willing to spend because they felt I could get better value in other areas and boy were they right. Anytime any of my friends or family need anything to do with audio I send them to Adrenalin. I wouldn’t hesitate in using any of their services.

Was looking for a good starter for my truck. Gave me a good deal during this Covid pandemic. Had some issues when it wasn’t working properly. Brought it back and a few hours later problem was solved. Be looking a dash camera as well from them. Really friendly explains their products well and what will work good for you and your vehicle.

Recently had my windows tinted here. Their prices were fair and on par with others in the area. They got me in right away and it only took 3 hours. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience!

Our Company started using Adrenalin for our expel (clear protection / 3M) about 2 month ago and we are very happy with the service they provide and the quality of work. My cousin bought a White SRT Jeep from me and he is very Happy with the product and how it looks. I think this is the first business I've seen that has an unblemished 5 star review - and it's totally deserved. I had a remote car starter installed here and the process went off quite smoothly. Now, a lot of places can install car starters, but not everyone can install them well, and I wanted to choose a shop that had actual experience with vehicle electronics. Of all the places I emailed, only Adrenalin got back to me promptly, with pre-emptive quotes for a range of products. I would have chosen them based on this responsiveness alone, but as an added bonus their prices were by far the most competitive.

They were able to book me in for an appointment promptly. When I arrived they walked me through the different car starters in person. The service was done on-time, and they again walked me through the product when I picked it up. I highly doubt that I will encounter any issues in the future, but after chatting with Ray I'm sure that Adrenalin will honour their warranty.

I would not hesitate to go back to them in the future.

Wow! This place is fantastic. Took my 07 MazdaSpeed 6 here for sub and amp installation. Even though it took them longer than expected they stuck to the original quote and had it all done same day. One of the best customer service's ive ever had and there work is top notch! Good job Ray and his team. Definitely recommend!
