Been dealing with them since Sept of last year done 3 sleep study with them on going battle to get paper work sent to insurance and mis communication throughout whole ordeal, and ive requested my own personal sleep study data, which they are holding Ransom for 150.00 late fee because I brang in the machine late which I can't afford because I am on income support also why I was late I have no transportation and bus money all my money goes to Rent and bills because, reason I am not working because I have severe sleep apnea, diabetes, gout, medical conditions

The people working here really care about the patients. They go out of their way to accommodate people with mobility issues and much more I'm sure.

The staff here are warm, friendly, and efficient! From the greeting and reception by Sonia, to the Holter setup appointment with Samantha, it was a pleasant experience overall and I would definitely recommend this site for anyone who is looking for a similar procedure!

I had the pleasure of meeting the Sam for my sleep machine. She was well manner explained everything for me. She was awesome and the receptionist was polite I think her name was Sonia they bought made me feel comfortable.

I was inadvertently very early for my appointment. This was my first visit there. I walked in and found the staff to be very friendly and attentive.
As early as I was theygot me in to do my intake quickly. So far I can honestly say that I have no regrets. Its easy to find, lots of parking, and wheelchair accessible.

Sonia was unreallllllll nice! Bri was suppppppper nice sam was so funny! I love these guys! As well I highly recommend this place to come here for any of your needs. THANKS LADIES!

It's been communicated to me that I suffer from sleep apnea. This is a unique affliction because I don't notice it at all. I wake-up rested and ready to take on the day but anyone that sleeps in the same building informs me that I snore like a bear. This respiratory issue has caused many sleepless nights.for other people. Thank goodness for the wonderful folks at the Advanced Respiratory Care (ARC). With their help I've transferred the discomfort of my sleep from other people back to myself by wearing a mask that's attached to an Orwellian machine that records and transmits data about me while I sleep. Thanks again to the staff at ARC, I hear fewer complaints from people about my apnea now.

I am really happy with ARCN. The staff is very professional and I always felt I was in good hands! Danielle at the reception is incredibly helpful, she's always smiling and makes the appointments fun. Ariel guided me through my sleep apnea treatment. She was very knowledgeable. Very sweet ladies in a professional environment.

I really want to thank Danielle for not only listening to my concern, but to actually going the extra mile to resolve the issue. Due to Covid19, I fell through the cracks and Danielle acknowledged this, acted upon it, and made everything right again. Both my hubby and I have been well looked after here and would highly recommend being a client here. Hats off to you, Danielle.

They did a good job of getting me the right CPAP machine and mask. I had to go back to get my machine and mask checked. Good service. I would recommend this place.

This place is fantastic! Very friendly with great customer service. Danielle’s bubbly personality is such a treat when you first come in. I also dealt with Ariel buying a new CPAP. She was very knowledgeable and really great to deal with. I’d highly recommend coming here if you’re needing anything for your sleep therapy.

The staff at North Edmonton are absolutely amazing! 110% recommend to all. Always very caring and helpful with my 100 questions, very patient and i never felt rushed at any of my appointments. Like someone commented earlier, if i had three hands they get three thumbs up from me!

Always very timely and kind! They made this experience which I had in my head to be unpleasant an easy transition for myself and were always willing to answer the many questions I had!

Danielle the Receptionist was very professional and friendly on the phone, and the same when I arrived at my appointment. I did not have to wait very long before seeing Mary the Technician. Mary was very efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful in fullfilling my CPAP needs. My experiences here are positive and I would recommend this business to anyone who have CPAP needs.

I have found them to be very responsive, and efficient. Ursula certainly knows what she is doing (as does Jocelyne). Sleep Apnea and CPAP machines have had a large impact on my life. I feel like the care that I get here means the difference between a life I want, and I life I wouldn't want. If I had three hands, I would give three thumbs up!
