Advanpro - Heating, Cooling, Furnace & Duct Cleaning

The furnace technician Rodney came today and fix my furnace in a short time. He also kindly going through the issues with me that I have clear picture of what’s going on. Very prompt and professional. Highly recommended!

We booked Advanpro for furnace and duct cleaning. They were punctual, did a great job and took the time to answer all of our questions.

We had Advanpro come out to do duct cleaning. Our experience from the first call to book the appointment to the completion of the work was seamless. The office staff was very knowledgeable in answering my questions and the guys that came to do the work were very professional and respectful of my home. I would highly recommend Advanpro for all your furnace and A/C needs.

No before and after photo to prove if the dryer vent was fully cleaned, even though it was written on the receipt. I'm not sure if the staff just put the suction in the vent and took it out. The staff didn't wear any PPE to climb up the 4th floor with ladder and it made me worried and nervous (do they have any insurance?). Not satisfied at all and not a great experience. I regret that I paid for the service and would not choose this company again.

My whole house humidifier crapped out on me and I was looking for a better unit. I had great and timely communication from Advanpro and she booked me in very fast. The tech was on time, even early and was very nice and helpful. The price was very reasonable and I would go back to Advanpro for any further HVAC services in the future.

I can't say enough about Matt and the folks at Advanpro. Waking up early in the morning and hopping out of bed to realize that it's way colder than you expected, particularly as cold as it is in Calgary this week, wasn't a great feeling.

I called the emergency line at 5am waking up the poor guy on call. He asked some questions, was pretty sure that he wouldn't have the part my furnace needed, and said he'd have the office call me when they opened. By 7: 30am they rang me, had Matt out an hour and a half later and we were back in business by 10.

Not only did Matt fix my issue with the pressure switch, but he also ran a quick diagnostic and told me that the flame sensor was about ready to be replaced. One fixed pressure switch and one replaced flame sensor later and I'm feeling much better about the rest of the winter.

When I call Advanpro the receptionist was polite and very help. My furnace was not working she found an appointment the same day. Barry the technician was amazing. He was punctual and very efficient. He know what he was doing and was very informative as to what the problem was. He came back the next day with the correct part installed and cleaned up the area. It looked as if he was never here. I had a great experience working with technicians James & Tim C, who arrived early and were incredibly cheerful and kind. I have an extremely difficult-to-access furnace system, which they went above and beyond to problem-solve without hesitation or complaint. I was having a really bad personal day prior to their arrival, and they totally turned it around. James also found a potentially dangerous safety hazard in my furnace, which quite likely saved me from a future house fire. Also props to Reece, who followed up the next day to tune up the furnace.
