Purchased Ford 150 from this dealership. Was very impressed with their service initially. Until the point when we got the vehicle the next day check engine sign came on the panel. Dropped the truck at the dealership and picked it up two days after, same day the light came on again. Went to the dealership to talk to the manager but now he was too busy to talk to me, went home after waiting over an hour. Now over a month after but they are still not providing any schedule when this issue will be resolved. Wounded how they have only positive reviews!

Susan is very awesome in providing us the financing that we need and did all the paperwork ready including registration. Picked up an accessory for my hubs truck for Father’s Day and the two gentlemen at the parts desk were super helpful. Had it put aside, another brought it out to my vehicle and gave a stuffed animal to my daughter. Will be purchasing more from this specific location based on my experience.

Great experience from start to finish. My wife and I were treated well and they had no issues accommodating the requests that were made. We purchased 2 vehicles, one electric. The walk-through and explanations of features and the vehicles capability was thorough but still didn't take too long. From signing paperwork to driving away was maybe 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking for a new Ford!

Went to advantage ford looking to get a truck and within 5 minutes of being was already being helped. I told them my price range and was shown trucks that were actually in my price range. They let me test drive the type of truck I was getting the F-150 and actually had to pick up the truck from another dealership but did so right away let me test drive that. Worked out a great deal that was better then I could have imagined and when it came to financing it was fast and easy, made sure I got what I wanted. Alot of thanks to Theresa and Carter. And the rest of the advantage ford team was a great experience.

When changing my winter tires, the machine glitched. The rim was damaged. Advantage Ford immediately phoned to let me know what had happened and that they were replacing the rim with a new one. (They didn't even mention cost, and I didn't pay 1¢ for it.) Then we discovered the tire pressure gauge hadn't been connected. They corrected that, too. All at my convenience and without cost. The icing on the cake was the friendliness of all the staff. Thank you!
