This mechanic shop is out right fraudulent. Was forced made to pay 3300 dollars for expensive repairs that never needed to be done! When I wanted to get my vehicle to have second opinion they wouldn’t give it back as I had ordered the service and they were waiting for parts. All that was needed was a simple fuse to be replaced!

Go somewhere else!

Good fast service and a good price, just an oil change in the wife's car today but didn't wait long at all

I scheduled an oil change and inspection. Excellent experience (as always). I was well taken care of by Denis, Rick and Austin. I drive across town, past many garages and dealerships to have my Jeep serviced at Advantage Ford because I trust them. What a relief!

Called in numerous times to get quotes on various things. The rep. Told me they would get back to me by the end of the day. Never did.

I had to complain that the staff had the incorrect model of vehicle on the paper work and when I complained they said they couldn’t do anything about it. This raised a concern for me that they were then going to order incorrect parts too. When I went in next they seemed to have corrected the paperwork.

Go here if you’d like to have to babysit staff.

No coffee available in service area, Village Honda keep cups behind counter, have coffee available, if you ask them for a cup. Will not provide shuttle service to downtown area. Village Honda will drive clear across Calgary. The music playing is too heavy rock, it should be more easy listening variety.

A great experience overall. Justin Swinton and Tony Bedard were an absolute pleasure to deal with. All repairs were done properly and on time.
