I had my accident last Sept 2022. I did my Physio and Chiro in Lifemark Castleridge. All the staffs from reception, Physio Assistants, Physio with Priyanka (almost a year before she went for leave), Chiro with Dr. Simran (mostly her because she's very good and I am more comfortable during treatment) and Dr. Preet (rarely but very good too) helped me a lot to recover from my accident. Come visit them and see to yourself.

I have been seeing Dr Rafeeq Ansari since 2016, went initially for an extreme pain on my right foot (stress fracture) related to work injury, which none of them were able to help me except Dr Rafeeq after suffering for over 8 months. Today he is my family physio who also helps with my wife’s TMJ, recommended him to some of my friends and family, every one is happy with the results. Well experienced personal with exceptional service right from reception to Dr. Rafeeq and his assistants, without any doubt one of the most compassionate, well capable and consummate professional in the physio industry. I have had the good fortune to consult with him, his empathetic care and listening skills is clearly reflected. His thorough diagnosis and timely follow up is truly exceptional and most comforting.

Dr. Jaswal Preet is an excellent chiropractor and acupuncturist. He addressed all of my concerns in regards to stiffness, pain and weakness in many areas of my body such as my whole back and neck due to a MVA. He was always kind, understanding and professional when working with me. I highly recommend him and wish him the best of luck for all of his future endeavours!

My treatments are being handled by Dr. Moustafa and Mani. They are great at handling pain management, especially Mani focusing on all the muscles. I would highly recommend them for your treatment and hats-off to Mani for putting me on route for recovery.

I highly recommend Dr. Sudhir and Lifemark staff at this location. After treatment here, I am almost pain free and my posture has improved considerably and now he has taught me how to take care of my condition. Dr. Sudhir was very proactive in explaining the possible causes for my pain, showing me muscles involved and providing necessary referrals. He was very patient in correcting the exercise numerous times until I got it right and was effective.

Staff have been wonderful-they are professional and knowledgeable about meeting my needs following an accident. They take the time to make sure that I am comfortable with my exercises, doing them correctly, and am on the road to recovery.

Mani is the excellent guy to help me to recover my injuries and Mr mustafa is the very good physio therapist to advise me to how I recover soon

April 2022 I was in a car accident and was referred to Lifemark Physio. I was lucky enough to be under the care of Physiotherapist Sudhir Shenoy and his team.

Sudhir, Senait and Rashmir were fantastic and I can't sing their praises high enough. They listened to what
I had to say. Sudhir's treatment program was tailor-made to my needs and Senait and Rashmir made sure I understood how to do the exercises needed for
a full recovery.

The ladies at the reception counter always had a smile and made me feel welcome.

I started my treatment here with physiotherapy after a car accident earlier this year. The team here is excellent, very attentive and considerate. They are really accommodating, and understanding. They kept me updated on every part of my treatment.

A few months in and I started seeing the chiropractor in part with my treatment. Dr. Preet is a great doctor, makes me feel welcome and comfortable for every appointment he explains the plan clearly so I know what’s going on.

Overall a great experience and highly recommend Lifemark clinic.

Sudhir is by far the most knowledgeable and experienced physiotherapist I've seen over the past 10 years for various issues. He has good bedside manner but most of all, with him, you get results. Clinic is efficiently run.

I first saw Dr. Shenoy 15 years ago for TMJ treatment. I have recently started seeing him again for multiple issues including ones I didn’t even know were related to my jaw problems! After a quick but thorough assessment he was able to pinpoint the problems, create a treatment plan and educate me on how to best manage my condition. He took the time to make sure I understood the issues and the importance of managing them and preventing them from escalating. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anybody who is in need of a physiotherapist.

Sudhir Shenoy is very knowledgeable and BEST physiotherapist I have ever met. Sudhir has 15+ years experience at castleridge location. His experience and knowledge shows in his treatment plan. I was referred to Sudhir more than 10 years back by my doctor for TMJ treatment. Sudhir treated my TMJ effectively and taught me how to manage it.

Because of my past great experience with Sudhir, I went back to him again for my arms muscles treatment now. Sudhir has done an exceptional job with his acupuncture treatment on my arms which has helped me to live my normal life again. I am really grateful to Sudhir for treating me. I Highly recommend Dr. Sudhir Shenoy in life Mark. As a patient can only understand what relief is after a month of severe pain and no solution. I was suffering from severe TMJ syndrome, however I was diagnosed with Migraine and was given medication which resulted in no cure. When after taking second opinion and being diagnosed for TMJ, I was referred by our family friend to Dr. Sudhir in Lifemark. Believe me in 1 session my headache which was taking a toll on my health was nearly gone. I have been to several physio centers but Dr. Sudhir's in depth knowledge, counselling, techniques are commendable. Such great experience at Lifemark Physiotherapy - Dr. Sudhir was amazing. He was so great to work with and he was able to get my shoulders, neck and arm back to normal. I never knew my shoulders were sitting so high. His knowledge and knowing what would work best for me was so great and appreciated. I love that he talks to you about everything and anything to keep you at ease when doing acupuncture knowing some muscles will be sore at the first poke but rest assure it's worth it. I also want to give out a shout out to the ladies who helped him and were learning as we went. They were also amazing and love the attitude.

I was in a car accident 2 years ago that left me with a reaggravated herniated disc (L4 & L5), tight shoulders and neck muscles. This place is the preferred clinic of the insurance company. Since then, I have been receiving physiotherapy treatments from Rafeeq Ansari and the occasional chiro adjustments from Dr. Sunjot. Rafeeq is a fantastic physio, very knowledgeable, gentle with the dry needle, patient (I show up late almost all the time!), flexible, and accommodating. He designed a program which helped strengthen my core and my back. Extended my access to the program which is a bonus. The clinic is always kept clean, the staff are well-trained and very professional, covid-19 compliant, and accommodating (they can take me in at 7: 45 pm).

Dr Mustafa and Dilpreet Kaur are very professional and kind. They are very accommodated and go extra mile to ensure your satisfaction and relief from pain. Very polite and humble. Listens you and try there best to overcome all odds. I definitely recommend them for excellent service.

This place is awesome. I was under care of Sudhir Shenoy. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He resolved my chronic lower back pain issue and gave me some good tips for home care. I came across Advantage Health after having so many bad experiences at other places. I did go to multiple brand name places before started going to Advantage Health; I used to be treated like a number and not like a patient. I got sick of it and I had to look for a better place, that's when I came across Mustapha and his team. Mustapha and his team went above and beyond what I used to get at other places, they are very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. They make sure you get some relief before you leave their clinic. I have multiple injuries which they resulted in chronic pain, this team helped me minimize my pain to lower levels.

I started treatment at PT Health in 2019, after suffering various injuries due to an MVA. The staff at PT Health, is extremely experienced and professional. My symptoms have improved significantly over the course of my treatment. I am so thankful that I was referred to PT health for treatment. I have been under the care of Moustafa, Dilpreet and Purvi. They are very knowledgable and I owe my recovery to their expertise. I recommend PT Health for anyone suffering from injuries due to a vehicular collision.

This place is actually really good, my only issue is the massage therapy, which is not bad, but I always leave their feeling so dirty, the rooms need to look and be cleaner.

I have been to this place both for massage and physiotherapy most recently they all have been very good to me.
My last visits have been for physiotherapy and I was very glad to have a wonderful lady work with me, she encourages me about my condition and has given me hope in regards to the pain and degeneration I've been having, on my back; they also have been very gentle and non invasive with the treatment so I really appreciate that.

Don't let the place fool you this place is excellent Moustafa is a very knowledgeable person and great at getting you back on your feet in my case foot had a broken ankle and could barely walk when I came in after 3 sessions of following what I was being taught to me I was able to play with my son again after 4 I was walking with barely any limp and now I'm back the way I was before the accident I was planning on coming back for another session but following the instructions and lots of walking and running I didn't feel I needed to if happen to hurt myself again I will be back no question asked and be happy to deal with everybody here.thanks to all the PT HEALTH STAFF!
