Kimberly Dice has been a miracle worker for my arthritic hips. If you’re looking for someone who can work on your hip flexor muscles without wanting to pass out - Kimberly is the one for you! After losing a significant amount of weight and working out consistently for two years I still found myself in a lot of pain daily. Working with Kimberley and the exercise programs she created has taken the daily pain away. Kimberly’s dedication to helping me has improved my outlook on living with arthritis at a fairly young age. If you’re looking for a hands on physio therapist I highly recommend Kimberly.

I’ve been seeing Sylyanne there for some time now and while we still have to work on some things, as my injury/issue is a long term thing, she has helped me reach milestones much faster than I thought I could.
