My ignition was locked when I went to start my truck this morning. I tried and tried with no success. My neighbour told me to try a locksmith. I didn’t know they dealt with that stuff but he told me they do. I checked out stores and checked the reviews so I decided on Aegis. I was happy I called them. Jackson is the one who helped me and got the job done! Thank you so much!

Surprisingly honest service. Took apart my smart lock in front of me to show me why it couldn't be keyed the way I hoped. Didn't charge me a thing even after I offered. Definitely will be back as it feels like they're not just trying to get the money in your wallet. They seemed to put quality over quantity when it comes to customer service.

During the holidays in December, 2022, I needed a key cut, and many places were closing early. I called them and told them my situation. They decided to stay for me, allowing me transportation time to get to them. But not only that, the shop manager was even more kind to offer me a ride all the way back to my residence. I was grateful for such kindness. Regrettably this is a late feedback review. I felt bad for not properly thanking them again for the high courtesy they gave me that evening. The name of the person who stayed and gave me the ride back escapes my memory. He had a bit of grey hair and goes on alot of trips to the US. We were talking about Mexico flight problem for Canadians trying to get back or something. That's pretty much what I remember. If you need keys cut, please get it done by them. They are very good at what they do and courteous.

Picked up the phone promptly, were super nice and friendly, sent out a very polite and understanding serviceperson after calling first to make sure I was home, and solved my problem in like. I would say less than ten minutes. Absolutely sterling service.

I needed two keys reprogrammed for my Honda Pilot. They quoted me $90 including new blanks and cutting new keys.

However, I didn't need new keys so they were able to reprogram my old keys in less than 20 minutes and charged me only $65.

In comparison, the Honda dealership had quoted $180, which would have been twice the price of the $90 originally quoted by Aegis and almost three times the $65 I was actually charged by Aegis!

Fast and honest service by Aegis!

Called in the morning to get our house re-keyed and with questions about re-programming a car fob. I got answers to all my questions and a locksmith was dispatched, arriving later that morning. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I absolutely recommend them!

Bad customer service. Had a commercial locks changed and it didn't work properly. Called them out again and was charged another time to do the job correctly.

I tried three other places in Edmonton to get a car key copied before I found Aegis. Next time, I'll know straight where to go to save time and money. Learn from my experience, choose Aegis Locksmiths.
