Jobs comes fast, just got booted from a job because it slowed down and my recruiter already had jobs lined up for me. My recruiter was also very nice and very accommodating. She also responds fast to text messages, calls and even emails, understandably not on the weekends hahaha. Great people, great experience.

Taylor found me work within a day, and is easy to talk to about work.it was quick and easy process to go through, I get paid weekly. Overall no complaints about Aerotek.

I was given a placement for the opportunity to go permanent however on the second week the recruiter texted me (on my weekend off) saying they over hired, and were letting people go. I was shocked considering the managers of the company met with me (beginning of second week) to let me know that after I’m done learning the ins and outs of their dynamics for that position, I would be training people. The company I was sent to was a fruits and vegetables warehouse that had zero coordination. Everything was a mess, from miscommunication… to people gossiping about other employee’s, to truck drivers trying to pull out of the doors while workers were still in the trailers. I observed, brought my concerns to a manager with no resolutions, yet met with excuses as to why a truck driver was trying to pull out of the door. Aerotek and the placement they have put me in were very unprofessional. The recruiter rarely got back to me, and texted me whenever she pleased, In a very unprofessional manner. I don’t recommend Aerotek to anyone. If you are a newcomer they will put you in the fruits and vegetables place and allow you to get walked all over. Save the hassle for yourself. They are a waste of time and energy. I wanted to get my pay stubs for the two weeks I worked since the payment wasn’t adding up, however they removed me from the system. I haven’t talked to the recruiter since she said she would call me back in ten minutes. It’s been almost three weeks.

David Grange has been excellent to me. He really goes to bat for me and my unique circumstances to find me the best possible fit. He calls me periodically to see how I'm doing at work and how do I like it, and if not, if he can help place me somewhere else. Now at my current position is coming to an end, David is working very hard to find me something and also help open my eyes to new ideas and positions out of my scope. I truly feel he has my best interests at heart.

Lies lies lies. Let go after one day with no explanation. Was supposed to work a newly started night shift the following week and get ler go first day of day shift. After I keep asking what's going on dana finally tells me oh there's no night shift anymore. Total lies because they had offered the day shift originally so why wasn't I offered to stay on days? What a joke

Went threw 4 interviews within a month and they told me to stop applying for jobs and asentually set me up to thinking I got the job what a waste of time and waste of good efforts do not recommend

I have asked my point of contact 4 times for her superiors contact information and she refuses to acknowledge this. She ignored my questions about Covid safety and was incredibly rude during a conversation about my plans for my future. She was also incredibly rude to another worker who had to take time off for her sick children. I am incredibly unimpressed with her service and want a new point of contact.

Was worked through them around 4-5 months ago for 4 days as i got sick after and took some days off.they did not understand my sickness as i had doctor notice too.and they fired me coz did not show up.i work 4 days 10 hr shift did not get pay yet.i call them so many times they said we will pay you soon but nothing hapen yet and now they are not picking my call

They only called me to say they Can't help me with finding a job and she was very rude about it.

A good placement agency to start your career. Gives you the needed support and boost for a stable careers and staff is really helpful and guides the person well. Good company relationships and a broad spectrum of career choices. I am fully satisfied. Cheers.

I met a Calgary representative, Carlee Harrison a few months ago.
In that time I have been more than impressed by the service Aerotek and Carlee offer job seekers.
They are very proactive in their approach and I feel they take the time to communicate better than other agencies.
Carlee has proactively presented opportunities to me (not just in reaction to me applying for posting), she has ensured I am provided with a detailed job description, has booked interview pep phone calls and always takes the time to debrief after an interview.

After reading the bad popularity of this placement agency came to the conclusion this is totally true. I had a phone call two months ago for the position in their website the fellow contacted me through LinkedIn now he has been blocked. He posted he had few position at the end was none my coworker and I were so upset about this and I decided to search his profile. He has been working here for only five months and before he works in construction building houses. Another position came up unfortunately same guy he never follows up or give you any hope. Most of teh recruiter here are youngsters with no experience in HR and worked in hospitality or retail. Used to be a good placement agency now bad reputation for a bunch of clowns that they do not know how to manage an applicant and follow up with the position. I wish Aerotek would drop these recruiters like a hot potato. Be away from them unfortunately they have a potential client Embridge partnership with Spectra. He said he will keep my resume once another position comes and I sent again but no answer as I expected [AS].

When they asked me how long i will work, i said truth that i will move to other province next year april, and then they said they want someone who works for lifetime, like really. Its gonna be better if i wnt gonna tell them truth and gonna quit job making excuse, they should work lifetime, now i m going to open own business. They thought its funny as they refused a job offer by saying they want someone for 5 years or lifetime. Thats how now they gonna be at same level doing same job lifetime. Soon i gonna hire them in my company
