Aerotek found a full time job for me when the only job I could find for myself was part-time, and when jobs Aerotek found for me did not work out, they found a job that did work for me.

They respectful and kind people I personally help me Nimo the best guy he is friendly and kind he treats be with respect and equal.

My experience with Aerotek have been a good one. The fact that they take each and every of their workers as top priority is very much commendable.
All my questions via phone call and texts gets answered.
Meheret Gezehegn and Irene are those I deal with, and they are very wonderful people to deal with. They are good communicators and are very professional in their dealings as well.

I have been searching for work for over 3 weeks. I received a call from pavneet on Tues 18 of oct.she questioned me about my resume, qualifications, interested position, shifts and even the distance that I would like to travel to get to work.
We had a zoom meeting on Wednesday and by Friday I had an interview with my now employer. Started working on Tuesday 25. Pavneet was able to get me employed and set up in one week and with just one interview. She is fantastic, Friendly, knowledgeable and she genuinely cares.

Probably the worst agency I've ever dealt with Definitely would not recommend this agency. Dreadfully slow and tedious onboarding process, you get like 6 different emails and then have to deal with technical difficulties on their end. Luckily ended up getting another job before wasting anymore time with these guys

I recently tried to find work through Aerotek and I was in contact with a recruiter. I took time out of my day to talk with the recruiter about my resume and qualifications. We concluded the conversation and I was told I would be contacted about a job. So I would say that was about 3 weeks ago and I've tried to contact the company about any updates and nothing. It seems to be there is some accountability issues?

I've had a great first impression with Aerotek because of Carlee Harrison. She has taken the time to coach me for my interview and reaches out right away when I have a problem, would highly recommend.

After applying for a role through Aerotek I was reached out to by one of their recruiters, Owen Bessette, and having missed one another's calls for the day I was sent an email by Owen informing me the posting had been filled but that I had "Great experience" and wanted to have a conversation about my current situation to see if they could get me lined up for some other upcoming positions.

Owen suggested I email him my availability and we would connect. Two emails, a phone call and 4 days later and no word.

I now know why I've never heard of this recruitment company until recently. I'd stay away from using Aerotek, as in a world where it's already a challenge to get a job, given the pandemic, Aerotek does not make it any easier, nor do they care about accountability.

Based on reviews I felt these guys would be the one temp agency that could find me full time-permanent work. My goal when I worked with Aerotek was to obtain that full time-permanent employment. I am a 26 year old hard working Canadian. I’ve been working in the warehouse industry since I was 16; I have over 10 years of experience. Even then these guys had difficulties finding me full time permanent employment. The staff are great and friendly; but I add that your expectations won’t always be meant. The first company they got me with was a tire warehouse that only took me in 2 days a week. I was barely able to feed myself at the time. Giving them a second chance the second job they got me I was only hired to cover the original warehouse workers holidays. Again; this isn’t permanent full time. Knowing full well that was my goal these guys have played me around. If you’re a blue collar; don’t bother with these guys.

I had an interview with Meheret and I never felt I was being judged as a person. She helped me find a job and worked beyond expected. She helped me all throughout the interview & hiring process, called me for practice interview and so on. She encouraged me a lot. I have never encountered a recruiter that cares. She didn't know that she changed my life. Thank you so much Meheret & kudos to Aerotek company for giving people chances.

I had the pleasure to speak with Sandeep for my pre - screen interview. From day one he was open, upfront and easy to talk to. He clearly explained all the steps and procedures involved in the process in a comfortable and relaxed way while still being able to keep everything very professional.

As many of you know Alberta's economy is struggling at the moment and the job hunt can be extremely difficult and frustrating. As a recent graduate from MacEwan University I was looking for a job in my chosen field and after over 80 applications I got the call.

I remember it well when Nada called me one evening explaining that they may have a position for me with a company. I cannot express into words how exciting this news was of a potential prospect, so the very next day I went to Aerotek to meet with Nada.

This was one of if not the best interviews I had ever had; Nada was an absolute pleasure to talk with and made me feel extremely comfortable and excited for the Job. Throughout the entire process Nada and Francisco were very accommodating and helpful. Now that I got the position I know they are always a phone call away and will go above any beyond to help.

If anyone has the chance to work with Aerotek I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are extremely professional and will go above and beyond to make the job hunt as stress free as possible.

I came to Aerotek in hopes of a warehouse position to bridge the time between school semesters and keep my resume without gaps.

Meheret was my recruiter and I am fortunate that is the way things worked out. Within about a week I was working full time at a great warehouse close to home full of awesome people! I also have a bunch of new friends now as well.

Meheret always answered or returned my calls and emails quickly, and made sure to help me out every time. Her positive attitude and genuine desire to help out her clients is refreshing and beyond the typical call of duty.

My time is now over with Aerotek, but I still have the relationships I built at the warehouse, with her, and Aerotek. I also have an awesome car now thanks to the money I was able to make and save!

I've worked for different staffing agencies in the past and I can honestly say Aerotek is the best by leaps and bounds. Especially with great people such as Meheret in your corner!

Nada was an absolute pleasure to work with, she interviewed me the next day I called, very easy to talk too and enjoyed speaking with her. Used aerotek to find work during the last year and i was very happy that i had Giselle Groves because she found me the perfect job and she took the time to call me prepare me for what the client is expecting during an interview and she made sure i was ready. I remember she coached me for 34minutes. I was wearing a hat when i met her at aerotek. She even told me i shoudnt wear hats during an interview and gave good advice. It was a tough client but i got the job. Thats someone who goes above and beyond at work. When i tried with Randstad and they sent me for an interview at a possible job they didnt do any of that and i didnt make it.
Not only that when my supervisor changed my hours so that i couldnt make it to aerotek to pick my cheque. Giselle took the time to bring it to work on my break so i didnt have to take time off work. She helped out until i set up direct deposit. Ive dealt with many temp places and noone has ever done that. She is someone who a does everything to make sure employees are taken care of. She actually checks emails and phone msgs frequently and always gets back to me and my coworkers. Whenever an aerotek coworker asks me for help or needs something i always refer them to Giselle Groves. Its as if she shes the owner of Aerotek. Thats the vibe i get off her. Because usually the person going above and beyond at a company is the owner to make sure his business is the best. Thats what she does.if anyone needs a job ask for Giselle because you will be very happy and have a high chance of getting work. Thank you Giselle Groves.

I've found full-time employment through Aerotek and after 3 months in, i've been able to use full benefits. My recruiter Connor always stayed in contact throughout the search and even after. I have previously heared negative comments about employment agency but People also told me Aerotek is an exception. I recommend to everyone looking for work, my buddy found Camp site job after a bit of wait. Be patient it will be worth it so relax and leave it in the hands of your recruiter!

I worked for this company and it was a complete disaster. They seemed alright at first but even filling out paperwork to begin the process was miscommunication from the recruiter regarding banking info so I had to go back twice. Next the company they set me up with for a 3 month contract treated me like I was garbage. I was eager to do my best and they didn't treat me like I was a team member. During my interview with Aerotek and the contractor neither of them informed me of required tickets and they each blamed each other. And that stupid question where do you see yourself in 5 years during interview process for both places.hey here's some advice guys.ask relevant questions like do you have this ticket cuz you need it to work here. I recommend not working for these guys.no stars

Never got paid on time when it was an office error. Complained about the paying situation and never got a call back and when I did I had to wait because there mistakes. Applied to many jobs I was qualified for but told I was over qualified by Giselle.
I was ready to work when Giselle called and had no problem going to work for her to the job she chose.
They say there the number 1 temp agency in Edmonton but I've seen others that are proffesional and straight up.
