Affinity Dental - Mayfield Common

Had my first tooth pulled today. Was a bit apprehensive as this was first one for me. Dr Crowell was awesome as usual. Went very smoothly and my anticipation was far worse that actual procedure. Dr C is the best!

Friendly and willing to give a person advice. Affinity fixed a broken tooth where the filling from another dentist fell out in less than three years. The saved me $1000s of dollars with their advice on an upper back denture.

One thing I have always hated was to get my teeth cleaned. It was very painful but this time it was amazing. The hygienist was great. So little pain. I'm actually going to be able to go and see her with no worries. If you are looking for great dentists and hygienist, go here.

As someone who has a phobia of dentists, I would strongly recommend Affinity Dental. Their front desk staff are awesome and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in, Dr. Southwood is very professional with excellent bedside manners. A huge shoutout to the dental hygienist Kim who was patient, kind and gentle. A huge thank you to all the staff for being so wonderful and accommodating with me and working with my weird phobia.

I've been having sedation dentistry done here for a couple of years. Dr. Crowell and staff are professional, friendly, accommodating and their work is excellent. They truly seek the best care for their clients. I drive 2 1/2 hours to come back to them for dental work.

The staff at Affinity Dental - Mayfield Common are amazing. After negative dental experiences in the past, I have anxiety about visits. Dr. Crowell has always gone out of his way to make me feel comfortable and the staff present a relaxed atmosphere which adds to my confidence about choosing Affinity for my dental health.

I have been going to see Doctor Randy Croll since I was about five or six years old and I can honestly say you won’t find a better dentist! The receptionists are super sweet and always take the time to chat when they’re not busy. Very professional.

If your worried about going to the dentist don't. A very professional and safe operation. They take the time to find out what your dental issues and deal with them. Very impressed with how they handled covid and making sure that everyone is safe. If we were doing more of this across society covid would be beat.

Booked an appointment because I was having an ache in a back molar they looked at that tooth assessed the problem & fixed it. Then provided some alternatives should it continue to bother me. I appreciated they didn’t asked to do any additional work but addressed the problem I came to see them for today. I’ve already recommended them to my coworkers. Very friendly staff, very professional I will return for regular dental work.

I have always been treated with the utmost respect and care at Affinity Dental. My recent experience with a crown procedure went perfectly. Dr. Southwood and the staff are always friendly and helpful, making sure to explain each procedure and taking time to listen and answer any questions you have. Front staff and very friendly and accommodating. Safety protocols put in place make you feel very comfortable that they are taking protocols very seriously to protect staff and patients during the pandemic.

Dr Randy is the kindest and gentlest of dentists! He and his staff - from the reception staff to the hygeniests - are always so concerned to make sure that I'm as comfortable as possible during any visit, whether it's a routine cleaning or fillings. I am a challenging patient because of various issues, but Dr Randy and his hygenists take great pride and satisfaction in taking whatever extra steps are necessary to make sure that all goes well, that I'm comfortable during procedures, and will always go the extra mile to ensure that my time in the dentist chair is as pleasant as possible.

Since I began going to Affinity Dental several years ago, I have enjoyed the most pleasant, comfortable service ever from a Dentist's office. Dr. Crowell is outstanding, as are all of his staff. The reception is very efficient & friendly, and Dental Hygenist Kim is absolutely delightful, teaching me several things about Dental care that I didn't know. BRAVO to you all!
