Used to offer top-notch services, it has however become too slow for my liking. Transactions take too long to process, stuck in review for hours.

I previously gave Africhange a good rating but I have taken it down today due to their dishonesty and poor customer service. A transactions I made thru their platform was unsuccessful Funds have been sent back to them since April 25 and i provided all the relevant information they requested to return the fund to my account, was initially promised 24 hrs, then 48 hrs to address it now no timeline is given. It’s now 2 weeks past and no updates.

You guys are scam I transfer money to Nigeria wallet that was created for me through your africhange app, over 2 weeks now my wallet wasn't funded, after all the complain every day, the only answer I got was we re actively working on it, over 2 weeks, they refuse to reverse my money neither fund my africhange wallet, almost 1.9 million naira. I need you guys to refund my money before I got you guys reported, no phone number to reach out to customer service representative.only email, guys beware of africhange they are scam

I am a student based in Canada and I was sent 300k on Saturday 29th of April for my groceries by my parents since I have not started working here. Tomorrow will make it 1 week since that money was sent and yet my wallet have not been funded nor the money reversed back. When I contacted Africhange support I was told that their wema bank had issues later on they sent a message that it have been resolved yet till now my wallet have not been funded nor the money reversed and for past 3 days now they refused to reply my mails …. Please what is going on, are you guys scam or something? I need my money urgently for my groceries …. I don’t have anyone nor family member here in Canada to borrow money from

Please please don’t use this APP they are very unresponsive and your money will hang for days or weeks without any response all the 4 and 5 star reviews are FAKE.

I have never experienced any transfer delays with Africhange. They are always prompt and constantly updating users. Good job, keep it up.

Support is very slow or non-existent! Very poor service! Please stay away from them! My money has been hanging and no one has reached out to me. The phone numbers in the app don’t work…how does someone reach out to them? Very sad.

Poor customer service. It’s impossible to get a hold of them, they don’t answer call or respond to messages.

For the 2nd time, I experienced about 30 hours delay in sending money to Nigeria! I am disappointed!

I found it challenging to use the app the first time! I had to go through FAQ’s severally. The exciting news is that, when I eventually got a hang of the app. The transaction was completed within a minute! Super fast!

I deposited $550C into my account since early morning today, Canada time and up till now the money hasn’t been transferred to my beneficiary Joseph Adetola Adesina and no word is received

The speed at which the transaction is processed is commendable. Keep it up! My only issue, for now, is that the receiver (beneficiary) does not get to know who the sender is except through emails. It is not everyone that has an email. I think you should include the sender's info in the deposit info to the receiver in all channels of notification.
