Air Force Heating

Got three quotes from three companies, including the city’s most renown and one affiliated with my wife’s employer. Not only was Air Force’s quote the lowest, it was also the only one that did not attempt to sell or use products that were unnecessary for our home. Everything during the quotation process was explained to me so that I could have an informed opinion about not only AirForce’s options, but also the competition’s quotes.

The installation was of impeccable quality by three gents who efficiently, accurately and very cleanly executed the job. Once again time and care was taken to explain the install, and to provide me with the best practices associated to my system. The crew also did things like clean up my builder’s installation issues with the former furnace and humidifier. The engineering of their work was also sublime.

Buying a replacement furnace isn’t as fun a spend as a trip to Disneyland, but if you have to do it, AirForce is where it’s at.

The technician arrived promptly and was knowledgeable, providing thorough insights into the issues. The service was efficient, and the staff demonstrated professionalism throughout. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of their work and would consider using their services again

I booked a site visit in late September to get a quote to install a garage heater, but no one showed up for the appointment. I also sent a text saying to let us know when they arrive on the day of the appointment, but no one ever followed up.

Ivan and his team performed the central AC installation for my house. Installers showed up on time on schedule and finished in a timely manner. Even cleaned up all garbage and trimmings before they left. Service fees were reasonable and installation was very professional. Very pleased with their work and would recommend to anyone who are looking to get home AC installed.

This year I finally made the decision to have air conditioning installed in my home, and my first call was to Ivan - owner of Air Force Heating and Air Conditioning.

Within a day or two Ivan was out to provide a detailed quote, discuss various product options and walk me through the installation process.

Ivan was able to work around my busy schedule and arranged an install date within 7 days of the quote.

They arrived on time and promptly began working. The job was completed ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with the final result - extremely professional and tidy installation!

Once complete, the crew thoroughly cleaned and properly disposed of all debris from the job itself. Ivan then personally went through the setup and usage of my Nest thermostat along with proper care and maintenance of the AC unit.

They ensured that when they left I had an understanding of the do's and don't of my unit. They provided an in depth explanation of the work they did (clean taping, putty work, etc.), and provided me with best practices on maintenance.

I had Ivan and his crew to install two AC units in my duplex. He is honest with the quoting, and ready to answer all your questions as well as suggesting options for your budget. They are also hard working, diligent, and flexible if you would like to make changes during the work. Besides, their price cannot be beaten. I would recommend them!

They should change their advertising to state that they don’t do all A/C. Their ad says it’s all they do: A/C and Hvac. When I phoned to book an install and purchase appointment for a mini split AC based on seeing some on photos that they have posted. EDIT: the photos are not mini splits. They were very abrupt, not friendly sounding like most places I called that offered advice where to call. They said they do not sell/install mini split air conditioners, which are very popular now, especially for people in townhomes and condominiums. So save yourself a phone call & don’t assume anything from the photos they have posted. This seems like a small company run out of their home. UPDATE after getting email with owner response to my review: : owners seem very hostile and it is not misinformation to state they do not sell mini split air conditioners, they don’t! They DO NOT sell ALL hvac which is important to know when looking for a place. I’d personally find a place that is not so abrasive on the phone and responding to the review. (This is my opinion after phoning a few and finally booking a company)

Ivan and his team were simply AMAZING! From the hassle free quote to the following week installation. I even made a mistake and told them to put the unit in the wrong spot, when I called Ivan back he was so polite and understanding and was back at my house with his team bright and early on Monday morning to fix my mistake and move the AC unit. The professionalism, customer service and quality of work is outstanding! If you are looking for any HVAC work these are your guys. I would highly recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors.
