We’ve always taken our pets here, love all the people, great care.
Everyone is so amazing, I truly feel like they love my pets too. They always make sure to follow up with our family when my dogs or cats have had surgery or an illness. Claire has helped us to get Felix on track with his weight loss, -4.5 pounds:)!

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have a reactive dog and they were very good at putting him (and myself) at ease.

Had our car booked in for our first appointment and needing to bring the dog in too. They were able to move things around to fit in both of our pets at the same time. You can really feel how much they care and love coming here every time.

I am very happy with the care & attention Dr Stacey and the staff gave Lily.
In addition enabling us to come in even if we didn’t have an appointment.
They were patient, understanding and very caring.

Love doctor Jeremy Mount. We have a GSD who is not a fan of the vet and we are able to get his needs met here without much fuss. Clinic allows us to do his injections which alleviates his anxiety and keeps us a client. Was recommended by multiple large breed owners in Airdrie. Highly recommend. We are pleased with his care and attentiveness to our dogs allergies and providing alternatives from least to most invasive/expensive.

Was very pleased with the nurturing of our Pup. Very caring group of professionals and they treat you like part of the Family. When we had to put our dear Izzy to sleep they were extra special and went above and beyond. They even sent you a package with a clip of hair, Card with paw prints in it. I would recommend these people who need someone who treats your pet like it was their own.

My cat became diabetic several years ago. Dr. Jeremy did his best to help me keep him alive for the extra years. He really cared about his quality of life. It finally came time to put him down. I couldn’t ask for more compassionate people to help me with the task. Between Dr. Jeremy and Chelsea they were so compassionate. I am just glad they were there. They have a very well staffed professional clinic. Well worth the money.

Always can count on everyone to do their best! The veterans are great, knowledgeable and not trying to push more unnecessary tests on the owner. Totally worth the drive from Calgary.

Friendly staff. My 3 month old had a great time getting her vaccinations. They treated her well & she got a welcome gift. Great vet. Great customer service.

They are so caring and patient. Our pup Henry is very anxious and they do everything possible to keep him comfortable. They are knowledgeable and not at all pushy. All the staff are fabulous from the moment you walk in the door.

The staff and doctors at Airdrie Animal Health Center are the most compassionate and caring animal care I have ever met. I have spent 25yrs looking for good vets in Calgary that truly care about your companions and treat them so well. I will not go anywhere else.

We had to unfortunately put our pet down and this office made our experience an easier one. All of the staff were warm and friendly and they did a great job explaining the entire process. The veterinarian who helped us, Brenna, had exceptional bedside manner.

In this time of uncertainty, I feel my Vets and assistants have the right Idea! I had to take my cat in. I stayed in my car- they came out and got her. Wearing gloves. When they finished working on her they brought her out, I paid with my credit card over the phone and away I went! Very smart business practicing as far as I am concerned. Well done!

It was very easy going to book an appointment, they responded immediately and made me feel more then welcome. The vet there looked at my little companion with care and was able to provide suggestions and answers and new how to guide me on the right path. That made me feel confident for the well being of my little friend.

We have been taking our cats to AAHC for years and are always impressed with the care, compassion and knowledge they provide. Dr. Jeremy Mount and team have been so great with our cats and explain things in a way that we fully understand and can make the best decision for our pets. We highly recommend AAHC.

I have been going to this clinic for over 15 years started when they were on main St. I have always recommended it to anyone new to Airdrie with pets but unfortunately since the pandemic the service and availability to get in to get your pets seen has gone down dramatically. I don't know if it is due to staffing, lack of vets or the growth in Airdrie but they havent been able to accommodate the urgent needs for my pets. They advertise exotics but good luck getting in if you need an urgent visit. My guinea pig lost his eye due to waiting to be seen. I was told they couldn't take me for my appointment today because I was running late (under 10 min) after taking time off work and driving a half hour one way to attend the appointment. My dog suffers from allergies and needed her prescription renewed and has developed a sore on her ear which is concerning not sure how long they book you for your appointment but it must have been under 10 minutes so dont be late. I'm just really disappointed in this clinic's reliability and flexibility to take care of my pets. I have made the choice to stop going here. If you need a vet to do standard annual check ups this may be an ok place for you but if you want a reliable vet to be there for your pets when they are actually sick or hurt go somewhere with better hours and larger availability.

Super friendly, very professional and patient. I drove an hour to come here with our bunnies for checkups, I know they are well taken care of and kind to my fluff butts.

The care and detail me and my family (including two dogs and a cat) received at Airdrie Animal Health Centre during a very difficult situation was second to none.

They went far out of their way to provide excellent service. We are very grateful and I would highly recommend them to any one.

Thank you Dr. Sakatch for helping us care for Poptart as she battled cancer, and for being there for her and us as we made the decision to say goodbye. We appreciate your seemingly infinite kindness.

Wonderful people! My first experience with the Airdrie Animal Health Centre was a bit of an emergency. They were kind, fantastic and really took my pet's needs into account. Highly recommend.

I had my first visit with my bunny Bubba and Dr. Brenna.she is AMAZING! They care she showed Bubba was fantastic. So nice to not pay a ridiculous amount of money for a vet check for a rabbit! Excellent care for a reasonable price! Thanks Dr. Brenna and the fantastic staff at the front.we will be back!

Dr. Jeremy Mount & staff are very personable, professional & caring. Our dogs have all loved going there. They have been great answering our questions & concerns.

We had our very first check up with our first family puppy last week & we are soo happy we chose this place. The clinic is super clean, the staff was very friendly and the little attention to detail was very much appreciated. Our visit with the vet was beyond words. We definitely walked out of there fully informed & all of our questions & concerns were more than answered. The vet was super knowledgeable & soo great with our new puppy. We would definitely recommend this place. An awesome place for your pet!

With Covid restrictions in place and not being able to speak face to face with the Vet at a visit they have done amazingly well in alleviating clients fears. Having just moved back to Airdrie and Dr McKinney having left, I did not know any of the new Vets. When I had to take my cat in for a potentially serious issue, the Vet I spoke with on the phone was able to cover all my concerns just as if we had been in the same room.
All the Staff were helpful, patient and kind. This made a nerve racking visit much easier on myself and Charlie both.

Miscommunication, not transparent with information regarding pet. Had a discussion about a certain medication for my pet. On Wednesday it was "absolutely mandatory" then on Thursday it was "optional". Where is the knowledge in that?

I cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic. We recently brought a baby husky lab into our family and she has received her first two vaccinations here. Dr. Jeremy made me feel like I had the most amazing dog in the world and it really made me smile and I knew she was in good hands. Even though we cannot go in with Tilly, the phone calls from the Dr.make it feel like we are right in the room with her. I aways have tons of questions and Dr. Jeremy always sounds happy to answer with so much informative detail. I have left there extremely happy with the service. He has make Tiktoks with Tilly and shared her multiple times on their Facebook page which makes me feel like she is special and so loved there! The receptionists are also extremely friendly and get so excited when we show up there and shower my baby with love. They are great to del with and make going to the vet a happy time! Thank you guys!

Over the last year our senior dog has been through A LOT. The staff at AAHC and the exceptional care that our dog receives has made everything so much easier. We especially appreciate how Dr. Ware is so kind and patient and will take the extra time to explain all of our options to us so that we can make informed decisions. After trying out multiple vets in Airdrie and Calgary over the years, we are grateful to have found this clinic. I especially appreciate their Fear-Free approach! Thank you AAHC Team! ️

We bring all 3 of our fur family here and cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Dr. Ware is simply the best! She is kind, patient, thorough, and professional. The front end staff have always been amazing, friendly, helpful, and responsive to any questions we have had. I wouldn’t trust our animals with any other clinic! They have our lifelong business! We cannot thank the staff for everything they do for all their patients!

I have taken my dogs there for many years and always had the best experience. Even in these Covid Rules times they are fast to respond take extra care to ensure both the animals and humans don’t come in close contact with each other. I go to the business and call then they come out and take Boston in without any fuss. The doctor calks and us totally thoroughly explaining what us happening. They explain the costs and choices before going ahead. I highly recommend them!

This is a fantastic clinic. Very covid aware and the vets are understanding and didn't shame me for my chubby pug cross that my toddler sneaks snacks to. He's on weight management food and they call to follow up after his appointments.

We had to put our cat to rest. He has been with me for 20 years. Not only where there prices the best which at the time I needed but they were beyond amazing. So nice and gave us lots of time alone to say good by which I didn't even know I needed. Offered to pay before hand which doesn't sound the best but at the time I couldn't have dealt with it. About 3 weeks after we got a condolence card with a foot print and some of his fur. Its been over a month and I still think about how they eased such a hard time. Thank you.

This is not a place you want to have to take your pet but yearly checkups and pets in pain need someone to help. They helped us figure out what was wrong with out lab and he is due for surgery this week to have him walk better due to some knee damagem very friendly. Personable and outgoing 100%. One of the friendliest vets we have ever been to.

Jeremy is by far the most amazing vet, we have ever used. He always informs us on all options, possibilities and limits. The rest of the staff are fantastic as well.

This doctor will take your money, and then send you to Calgary Vet Emergency stating that they cannot help at their location. A simple $100 prescription will cost you $1500-2000. The ethics at this clinic surround money, not the care of the animal.

Took my dog there for first time. The vet did a wonderful on his appointment. The doctor took the time to answer all our questions and listened to all our concerns. A great place at a fair price. They seem to really care.

My dog passed away at home unexpectedly last week and left me not knowing what to do on top of being an emotional disaster. A friend of mine called around a few places to see what my options were and I decided to have her cremated and get back her ashes. After a few phones calls I chose this place because they stated that they didn't send out animals to be cremated by a third party but instead did it themselves. This was important to me because I just don't trust a third party company doing the cremation with God knows how many other pets. The staff here are beyond friendly and I think did the best job they could considering the circumstances and the fact that losing a pet is never easy for anyone. It did take about a week to get her back and they left the ashes outside in a pickup container which is to be expected during Covid times. So all in all, in terms of the staff and going through the experience they were great and I would highly recommend.
My issue after going through this is the absolutely astounding cost to have a pet cremated. When they told me the price my jaw actually dropped. And this isn't something im putting on the staff at the clinic as they don't control the prices, and all vets we called were about the same price give or take 10 bucks (we contacted 3). I am beyond disgusted, angry and disappointed that Veterinarians are charging people insane amounts during one of their most difficult times in life as a pet owner. I was expecting about a hundred bucks but instead had to pay $350 dollars. I was then asked if I wanted a ceramic paw print done before she was cremated and the cost of that was $110 on top of the $350! $110 dollars for something that cost a few bucks for the ceramic. I couldn't believe it. She then told me that the cremation included a paw print done with ink however I never received this with the ashes so I was pretty sad about that. If you factor in these costs on top of someone having to have their dog euthanized your easily getting over $500. It's unreasonable and taking advantage of people knowing our options are very limited so shame on Veterinarians and I really wish prices would be looked at or regulated in someway by the government or someone who has our best interest at heart not just Vets.

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell all of the staff love animals and treat yours as their own.

Cost of services has never been an issue and they're always willing to discuss options without compromising on your pets health.
