I went there for regular cleaning and I was little bit nervous but my hygiene doctor’s friendly nature made me feel better. She did her work tremendously! Great profit knowledge!

These guys are fantastic, I highly recommend them. They make you feel comfortable and break everything down so you fully understand everything.

Absolutely recommend this dental office. I have a overwhelming fear of the dentist and it's even harder with no one able to come with me. But the first time I came in December 2020, all of the staff saw my anxiety and did thier best to make me feel calm. The dentist himself? Very friendly, explained everything to me, and took care of me like no other dentist has before. I was a wreck coming in, and had a smile going out. Honestly? I would recommend this office if you are worried or scared of the dentist. I mean, I'm not cured, I'm sitting in the office right now waiting to go in again for my last filling and I'm still very anxious, but I can feel some relief knowing they will take care of me. Thank you so much for helping me not be scared of the dentist. A+

Five BIG stars! Went in for emergency tooth extraction late friday afternoon. I was in bad pain with tooth abscess. Dr. Prakarsh Dwivedi and his assistant Amanda did great job at making me feel at ease and extracting that tooth. Very minimal pain after procedure. Mandi, business administration lady, is super nice and did exceptional job at coordinating the whole process, including financials. Really, really appreciate your help in vulnerable for me time. -George

All the staff and dentist were very friendly. They were honest and upfront with the work I needed done. He didn't try to get me dental work that wasn't essential. Dr PD said anything I wanted after the necessary is all up to me.

Dr. Dwivedi is Great friendly, knowledgeable and proffessional, making you feel like a person and not just another patient. I also like how he treats you with kindness and makes you feel less nervous about procedures. I was in MAJOR pain and they got me right in and solved my tooth problem.
Got done my cleaning, root canal n wisdom tooth extraction. I would highly recommend him. I have never felt more relaxed and comfortable in a dentist office. I give him a 5 in all catagories. A very nice person.

Dr. Dwividi is what you’d call a guy who is very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing! I had a really great experience as I went in with full on pain.whole left side was throbbing and the front end said their schedule was full but she said let me get you in.they accommodated me and now I feel I won’t go anywhere else. Left with next to no pain and within 3 days life was back to normal. Friendly. Professional and affordable.

Never been to a dentist for a very long time, I was really nervous to go in but they explained everything step by step and made me feel very comfortable, had a severe tooth ache and on a friend's advise tried airdrie choice dental, very learned and experienced doctor and her assistant, they removed the sharpness on my tooth and it felt good immediately, my next visit i will be there, my fear is now gone and I give all the compliments to the doctor and her staff, short of words but very friendly office. I didnt had to pay anything as they billed to my insurance, thank you everyone.

Over The past 20 years I have been to numerous dental offices and I have never been more happier, I was in need right away and they help me instantly. They care about the well being of there clients and that is rare in a dental office. Thank you for seriously making a customer happy. I have had 2 wisdom tooth extractions done by Dr. Sonika and Su Dao so far and I must say I am astonished by the professionalism, skill, and efficiency of them both. Not only is the care team attentive to their patients needs working with them to develop a treatment plan that works for them, but they do so with a smile and compassion! I highly recommend Dr. Sonika and Su Dao and would go so far as to say they are the finest dental care professionals in the city of Airdrie.

Recently had a cleaning completed and had some old fillings replaced. Both the hygienist and the dentist did amazing work. Blown away by the result of the fillings. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

I usually dont write any reviews, boy i was in such great pain and landed in this dental office, impeccably clean and impeccable doctors with a very high professionalism, the first thing they did was to give me almost immediate relief from pain. Right from the front desk to the back everyone was so supportive, the doc i dont have words for him such a good listener and well experienced, 5 stars are less 10 from side, will come back for sure, thanks airdrie choice

Booked an appointment with what I thought was my previous dental office, Airdrie Dental Choice. During my appointment I found out that the practice had changed hands and used almost the exact same name. I find this underhanded. I think this practice should have been responsible and disclosed the change to anyone booking appointments thinking they would be seeing the same people as before.
The new dentist was very rough, stabbing my gums with the sharp instrument quite hard twice. (My mouth hurt for a week. That has never happened to me with any other dentist.) He talked down to his assistant while she was in the room and bad mouthed her to me when she wasn't.
I'm never going back.

Update- I most certainly was not made aware the business change when I called and made my appointment. Also calling my review fake because you didn't like the fact that it was negative is a poor practice but is consistent with the lack of professionalism your Dentist exhibited.

First, I booked an appointment with what I thought was my previous dental office - Dental Choice who I had good experiences with. I later discovered it was a new clinic that bought out the previous clinic, but decided to use a very similar name. Pretty misleading if you ask me.

I went ahead with the work anyways, and it's been a mess dealing with payment and benefits. I had a cleaning done which was fine through benefits (split between mine, and my wifes). But had to come back for a filling. They charged my benefits but have yet to put through the amount beyond what my benefits would cover though my wife's, but keep asking me for it. I've verified with her benefits that it would be covered, if the office would submit it.

I also decided to get some cosmetic work done, and the office put through a predetermination to figure out how much I would pay out of pocket. Would be around $250. So I had the work done (the office was very disorganized when doing the work, and had trouble finding the tools/supplies they would need for the work). After all was said and done they put through the claims through both benefit providers, but different than how it was specified through the predetermination. This resulted in me being asked to pay an extra $100 on top of what the predetermination specified.

I went through the trouble of calling the benefits provider again, and it came down to them submitting a $500 lab fee on one tooth, as opposed to $250 per tooth as the predetermination was originally sent. This maxed out the amount they would cover. However they would amend it to be per-tooth and pay the dental office directly. I informed the office of this and stopped by to pay the other $250.

I get yet another call asking for more money for the cosmetic work, when I can see through my benefits providers online that the office has been paid.

Very disorganized office. I will not be back and will find someone else in town.

I was hesitant about the new ownership of this dentist office, but my daughter and I had appointments yesterday and my fears are put to rest. The front staff - Julia is very pleasant and on top of all the insurance and appointment side of the business. Dallas is a great hygienist, very gentle and pleasant. Finally, Dr. PD is also easy to talk to and lays out exactly what is happening with your teeth. What is priority and what is elective. Doesn't try to push anything on you. The place is clean, they have coffee, a TV and they know how to deal with children. I am so grateful we can keep our Dentist Office with confidence. Thanks Airdrie Choice Dental!

Great place, clean and they do an excellent job. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The one criticism is I have had some long wait times in the past.

We have been going to the office for 3 years. The previous owners did an ok job, but there was a different dentist every time I took my kids in. I am so happy with the new owners! My daughter is scared of going to the dentist. But Evelyn was fantastic with her, telling her exactly what she was going to do before she did it. And Dr. Sonika Dwivedi put my daughter at ease as well. She explained what she was going to do and made sure she understood. After the appointment I asked my daughter how she felt about the new people at the office. She said that she liked them and was happy that they explained what was going to happen before it happened. So, good job, Airdrie Choice Dental! And the front staff were so friendly!
