Made an appointment and specifically told them that I needed two new headlights and they needed them in-stock.

Of course after my truck is taken in they call me to say I need new headlights and they don't have them and will need them from a warehouse in a different city.

Why did I bother.

I had a great experience with Arpit. He helped me through the whole process of buying a new vehicle and made it very easy. Highly recommend!

Alisha is an amazing sales person - best I’ve worked with in buying a vehicle! She listened to what I wanted/needed in a vehicle and contacted me when she thought they had a vehicle in stock. She understood my budget and helped negotiate for me. She was patient while I took a few vehicles for a test drive to make a solid decision. It was stress free, only took a few hours, then I came back a couple days later to sign and drive away with my brand new Jeep - which I absolutely LOVE! I did not feel anxious or stressed through the entire process. Adam the finance guy was fantastic as well! Honestly this purchase was so easy and stress free! I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Airdrie Dodge, and even though I loved my salesguy Kahleel, the entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

The Jeep I purchased from them had mechanical issues that were not disclosed initially, and have still not been disclosed completely. They sold me a vehicle before performing an MFA or checking Carfax and before I'd even come in with my down payment. Before the ink was even dry on my contract my trade in was paid out and my new vehicle financed.

Airdrie Dodge promised me three years of free oil changes during lengthy discussions about the sale of this Jeep after having to send it away for drivetrain repairs before I could take possession, but it turned out to be an empty offer it seems. Staff involved in those discussions have left the company, and the promise was forgotten apparently and like everything else I have asked for in writing, like the service history of what they had "repaired" on my Jeep, it didn't happen.

From the day I test drove the thing it needed an alignment as well, which was supposed to be performed before possession, but this was overlooked, and I had to deal with constant veering to the right. When I approached them for a solution after recommendations from my local mechanic did an assessment, I was met with indifference and excuses, false promises, then more silence and being ignored. The staff is so polite too.

The final straw came when my 4x4 system failed during the first snowfall and the first time I ever tried to use it. I couldn't even drive on flat icy or snowy surfaces, rendering the vehicle practically useless and very unsafe, especially since indicators inside all state 4x4 is engaged, I was unaware it wasn't working until it was too late and I needed 3 people to push me back onto the road. Despite reaching out through various channels, I was met with silence and unfulfilled promises. Again.

I would strongly advise against considering Airdrie Dodge for any of your automotive needs. The lack of transparency, unmet promises, and poor communication have made this experience one I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

It's essential to choose a dealership that values its customers and their satisfaction. Airdrie Dodge clearly does not. Luckily I have found one that has provided me more support in the last 3 days than I have received in the last 6 months. They will be getting my business from now on. (not like Airdrie Dodge wants it anyway it seems).

First time visiting this dealership and they overcharged me. Thank god I review my invoice at home and realized about this situation.

I've given Airdrie Chrysler numerous opportunities to correct a huge error they made in the trade in value of my truck, but I've received no response. I didn't want to resort to leaving a negative review as I believe companies should have the chance to make right any problems/errors that have arisen during the course of a business deal, but I've been way too patient. After TWO MONTHS of calling and leaving messages for the GSM and getting no response, it's clear to me that Airdrie Chrysler does not care about their customers. I'm not going to list all the specifics here, but they should be embarrassed at how they handled this transaction.

One of two things will likely happen now.either they'll gather their sales team to discuss this saying, "oh well, you can't please everyone. " Or they'll continue to do absolutely nothing, and turn a blind eye to a problem that will only do more and more damage to their brand going forward. Not to mention the headaches this will cause to future customers.

It's too bad that there is such a lack of integrity at this location.and I can guarantee that nobody will call me back on this to discuss what went wrong. I've been completely professional and calm during my interactions with people at this dealership, (some of which were very friendly and easy to deal with), but if you're considering a new or used vehicle, I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere!

Everyone at Airdrie Dodge are excellent to deal with. Customer care is second to none and the new Dodge 1500 Limited that I bought is also awesome. Thank you everyone

We bought a used 2021 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock with the assistance of Jim Prizeman. Jim took nearly the whole day with us while we looked at new and used vehicles. He helped work numbers for us to help get us in our ideal budget. Jim was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to buy our vehicle from Jim. So far we are loving the truck.

Jackie Wood, Service Advisor was excellent. I chose to wait and was offered beverages. While waiting other staff greeted me and asked if I needed anything. The service was completed on time and the overall experience was excellent.

Customer service was awesome. I’m gonna give 5 stars because of that! But…. Was kind of disappointed with the tire install. I’m very picky with keeping my truck clean. I detailed waxed my truck polished my rims up to go get my new rubber put on. When I picked up
My truck the grease they use to mount the rubber was all over my all black rims. Thankfully I put a rag in my truck other wise this would have been all over. Again customer service amazing. Install, just wiping the grease off would have made me 110% happy
