Purchased a used vehicle and within 2 months it required 4K in repairs, the issue was very likely present when the car was purchased. Despite calls and emails to Airdrie Honda, I received no quote as promised for the repairs and no response from management. If you plan to purchase a used car get a third party inspection.

Airdrie Honda is awesome, the service, the customer service is excellent. Everybody from sales to service is great!

This is the best dealership I have been to. Most of the dealership either rip you off now a days
they know what they are doing and they will try their best to fit your needs. Especially now a days, its so hard to buy used or new cars the reason they maintain their higher rating score, is because of their customer service skills. I would recommand everyone to look for Victor, he is very professional.

The parts sales people here are the worst. I own two Honda cars and often buy parts from other Honda dealers.
Last time I came here and asked about it, the parts salesman didn't even look at me and told me that the part number didn't exist and that he couldn't look it up, and he said that you should go anywhere else and order it online youself. He ended the conversation on his own.
I have asked to check the part number with HONDA Canada, then they said please go to a nearby HONDA dealer to order it.
The parts sales person here was very rude and didn't care about after-sales service.

Extremely disappointed. We agreed on a deal for a used car including fixing a paint issue by adding a trunk plate on top of scratches. Unfortunately i didnt ask to put that in writting as i was assuming they would respect the agreement. That was my first mistake. Now they are ghosting my calls and messages. For few months, i had to ask updates every week, they never contacted me once. Every time i was told that the piece should arrive the week after. Its clear now that they never ordered anything and were expecting i would let it go. Its not a big deal as we are speaking about few hundred bucks but just the principle in unacceptable. I have never been scammed in my life and i wouldnt have expected that it would happen at a Honda dealership, specially in a small town like Airdrie. Be aware of those people and dont trust them, unless everything is put in writting.hope my case will avoid some other good people to be scammed as i was. I filed a customer complaint and contacted Honda Canada as i have proofs of our agreement by text message, which is better than nothing.

Bought a CRV. It was super painless and fast. Shout out to Terry for going above and beyond for us, and making us feel like he genuinely cared Everyone we interacted with were friendly and competent. Will def go back for the next vehicle. 10/10 recommend.

Classic dealer scam to get customers through the door. When called they had a bunch instock/coming but within one hour, once we sat down, everything was sold out except for one which had stupid accessories attached to it. Waste of time.

I purchased a used Honda car yesterday, and I need to do the inspection as soon as possible because of the agreement with the seller. I booked the service yesterday, and I can drop off my car this morning without any problem.

As a non-car person (don't know anything about cars), they answered all my concerns and wrote the recommendation for me to follow up on.

If you are living within Calgary, just drive your car to Airdrie. If I ever need assistance, I will definitely come back to "Airdrie Honda" again!

P. S, their coffee machine is just broken. Hopefully, I'll be able to drink their coffee the next time.

Need to ensure you get a written quote ahead of work, this dealership will not honour what was agreed and will price gouge on work that wasn’t agreed! Buyer beware.
Never have I seen this with Honda but perhaps I’ve become too trusting in dealing with Okotoks Honda where their word is solid and charge fairly for work performed.

I was really happy with the Airdrie Hona Service station, Sean helped me with my 2007 civic service, he is a great guy.

Overcharged and didn't honor there free oil changes. So much more but don't have time to type all.

I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Since the ownership change Airdrie Honda has been terrible. Multiple times I've taken my vehicle in for service and they lie about the price saying it's under the loyalty program then when I drop it off there's a bunch of hidden charges. They'll tell you your car is fine even though the check engine light is on and when you try getting a hold of them no one will answer the phone. I highly do not recommend, do yourself and your wallet a favor and go elsewhere.

The battery in our Ridgeline died on Saturday on our way to the mountains. We limped into Honda Airdrie and were taken care of immediately! Got a new battery, no charge to install it and on our way in no time! Also got some great advice from the Service department. Thanks for the great service!

I decided to try our local Honda dealer for some service work due to the convenience. I was impressed with the excellent level of service I received. From the initial appointment booking to pick up, the service was fantastic. The thing I appreciated the most was the level of communication. I was kept informed throughout the service process. I would highly recommend Alim my service advisor and his team for any of your service needs.

I had a best experience with Airdrie Honda, I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee while back and best customer service, the sales manager do look after their customer well. Highly recommended.

Not a good experience, Shop elsewhere these guys try to maximize profit while leaving customer left alone giving options to rip you off lol. Go place where prices are more affordable where they put the customer first.

Prices are better here than in some neighboring city. Found what I needed without a hassle.

After having much miss communication with the service department at Airdrie Honda Jason quickly heard my concern, stepped in and made me feel like a valued customer. Jason has shown excellence within our communications and made great efforts in changing my negative experience and frustrations into a positive one. So glad I was able to get my car in for a routine tire swap and oil change.

We took our 2020 Honda Civic in for “service” on Monday. It took from 10: 30-5. We picked up our vehicle and they told us it was strange how much wear there was on the front tires at 50,000km but they did a full rotation … the tires were NOT rotated. Have they ever been rotated? Maybe that’s why they have a “strange amount of wear” needless to say we have 0 trust in the service team at this dealership so we will be taking our vehicle elsewhere…

Also I guess that’s why they told us they didn’t need us to come back in for a torque check Jason?

Daniela was a wonderful person to work with! We wanted a new vehicle but needed it right away. Daniela found us a vehicle that was exactly what we wanted that someone had ordered but decided not to get. So it worked out perfect for us. And she even suggested a great way for us to finance the vehicle that we would not have thought of and also worked great for us. It was a pleasure to deal with Daniela.

Had been searching for a newer vehicle since before Xmas! Visited Honda and Toyota dealerships wanting a preowned Rav 4 or CRV!
Ayman from Honda dealership was the first salesman to call me when a trade in came in!
Very personable and professional! Answered every question I had honestly and did his very best to make this deal happen! Making a sale possible and satisfying the customer! We are very happy with the CRV we purchased! And have already recommended Ayman to friends of ours! We have used Airdrie Honda in past for maintenance on our Honda Civic and oil changes and always been a good experience!

Jan 4 edit: Jim the service manager contacted me the next day after I had come in for my oil change on the 27th and was very apologetic for the delays for my appointment, he offered me to come back for a complementary inspection on my vehicle to rectify the situation. I was able to drop off my car the afternoon on Dec 30th and as they were closing early on the 31st and was able to have a rental car over the weekend while my car was in their possession.
A few weeks ago my heater fan had started to squeak really bad and annoyingly inside the cabin that I did not tell them about, but after I go my car back they must have fixed it for me which I am very appreciative of.
Jim also offered me to come back in a month to recheck the leak to see the severity of it by then since they had cleaned the drip pan and skid plate under the car.

Dec 27 edit: I just got my clutch replaced by my certified family mechanic 2 months ago for half the price I was quoted for by Honda. After getting my car back for an oil change today I was then told I have a very bad leak and it would cost me $8000 to repair. They never gave me the quote or the inspection paperwork you always get after every service except for the receipt as I paid before getting my car back. Margaret said she would email it to me and she was unable to due to the size of the file. So when I called her and asked her when I'd receive it she then said she spoke to the tech who worked on my car that it only needs about $3000 or work. I was aware I had a slow leak but was told by my other mechanic it was nothing to worry about. I was pretty upset after hearing this.

Dec 27: I'm never coming back here again. I had an appointment for 1: 30 and then I'm told it will take 2 hours for my oil change because there are 10 cars ahead of me. I am not happy as I am now stranded here since I live in Calgary.

Daniella from Airdrie Honda provided excellent customer service. She made the entire process of purchasing vehicle fairly easy. Her Manager Brandon helps me throughout the process of purchasing the Honda pilot and makes me very proud to be a Honda customer. By far the best service I've ever had going to a dealership. Had my 2018 civic in for service and was blown away by the level of professionalism and integrity from the staff. Having my car washed was definitely a plus. The staff seem very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Can only give 5 Stars but deserve 10. GREAT JOB AIRDRIE HONDA!

I booked a test drive and when I showed up the vehicle had used cups in the cup holders there was brown phlegm on the rear view mirrors, now I'm worried that I might get sick because of it. When we went to discuss financing the report was old and rhe tires on the report were near bald, they tried to lie to me about it as well stating that I was wrong when it was written in front of us both. I made an offer 7% lower than what they were asking and they immediately got mad and started to insult my man hood claiming that they have the best prices. I then proceeded to show them multiple vehicles in the same category category less kms for even less than what I offered (should have walked at that point) and they continued to try to pressure me into buying it saying that if I was a serious buyer that 7% shouldn't matter as well as the others could have collisions causing them to be cheaper than this one meanwhile the vehicle they were trying to sell me had collisions on its record. Don't come here if you value your time and safety I am so disguisted with the phlegm and empty cups in the vehicle and the attitude, I should have walked when I seen that they didn't even sanitize the vehicles compartment. Like really it's pandemic and they didn't even bother to check the vehicle.

My first experience buying a newer car at Airdrie Honda was the best I could have hoped for. Ayman is a wonderful salesman, who helped greatly in the whole process. All of my concerns were addressed and I felt very well informed. I never felt pressured at any point. They went above and beyond, even adding additional items such as hub caps and heat block at no additional cost to me.

I believed that this is one of the best car buying experience I had ever had. Dave Scott my sales consultant offered me for 2021 Honda CRV the great options I needed. He was informative with questions I asked. The finance services manager Wayne Luong offered me with all the best deal I can ever get. My sales consultant walked me through with everything without feeling pressured in getting a good deal.

He was amazing in providing me with all the information I need to make a informed decision. I am truly satisfied with my purchase and would not look back in heartbeat. I have had a couple (minor) issues with my new (to me) vehicle, and while it can be frustrating having to bring it in, I have had outstanding customer service the entire time. I understand that things happen, so of course I don't fault the dealership; I really cannot complain one bit about the service. They have been phenomenal the whole way through and have been incredibly helpful to rectify the situation, as well as following up to ensure everything is going well. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a new (or used) vehicle.

I had scheduled a test drive for a CRV via online and Chino messaged me right back to confirm the time. He also let me know that Connie would be the one assisting me. Connie was so friendly and thorough during the quick process and a week later i was driving my new car! Connie went over everything with me on the day of pick up as did the gentleman in finance. I'm very impressed with their customer service (having been in the business of serving others for over 15yrs) and would highly recommend them on that. An area where they could improve upon as there is always room for improvement is their communication and follow through. Seems to be lacking a bit where they say they'll call you but haven't followed through. Other then that, 5 stars!

Hit and miss with Airdrie Honda. Honestly, I had better service with my old Fit. Brought my 2020 Accord in today, for two recalls, service A, paid 70$ for 2 rock chips to be filled in, and even paid 40$ to have the wheels rotated (which I can easily do myself). The result is in the photos. The car was cleaner when I brought it in. Sure, I washed it myself, and I dont think I have high expectations, but if youre gonna climb around in my car, you would think to at least have it wiped down. Not asking for a full detail. One of the recalls was a gas tank replacement, where they obviously took out the rear seats and stomped all around the back. You would think after all the covid stuff, a wipe down would be warranted?
The cabin was filled with gasoline smell, which is understandable, but if they actually took time to clean the car, it would smell less.
Rockchips: in the photos, you can see the lack of effort to even clean the glass when they were done. Not even a wipe down. Left two halos of whatever chemicals they left behind. Inner door trip was left with oil marks, and smudges on the paint left behind by the techs.sigh.
Furthermore, Wheel well carpet was not tucked in properly, which I easily corrected myself.
I wont complain about the little gas they put in, because nothing is free.

3 Stars because I had to go back in to speak with a parts manager who came out to look at the car and offered me a detail package on file. Ill have to call in to confirm.

Sales have been great to me, and service historically, but today, for sure seems rushed, and undervalued as a customer.

I always go back to this dealership because they have quality people and do good work. Even if you do not own a Honda I would recommend you see them for your service needs.

Airdrie Honda charged me a restocking fee for parts we never even picked up! We had ordered them and then found out the car was unfixable. I can understand a restocking fee for parts you have taken home but not one for parts that were never picked up! This ended up being about $90! Unfortunate but this ultimately makes my decision for a new vehicle easier as I would never shop here.

I had some minor issues with a used car that I had purchased from Airdrie Honda. They stood behind the car and found solutions. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satified. Service was excellent and I would highly recommend!

I love Airdrie Honda. We bought our first Honda CR-V 2019 from here and got the best deal comparative to all the locations in calgary, even in Okoktoks.sales guy chinonso Charles went above and beyond to make us happy and even manager helped us in Everyway possible to make it a best deal. And today when I was here for the first service at service department guy named ziad went above and beyond to help me. I can’t imagine I got best customer service ever in my life.i love this place and would recommend it to everyone.

I've been coming to Airdrie Honda for almost 6 years for my Civic. I've been always been happy with the service I have recieved from both Service Advisors Shamiza and Dean. I've felt they are honest and put the customer first. I like that they explain any issues that arise and give timelines as when they need to be fixed. I would recommend this dealership every time.

This place constantly goes above and beyond for me! The service manager Ziad is a hard working, amazing man! Shamiza is the first person you see when you drop off your car and she is welcoming, she makes sure stuff happens and is super supportive!

Airdrie Honda service department is bar-none, the best! Shamiza and Ziad are always amazing to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful-ALWAYS with great customer experience in mind. There are 2 or 3 significantly closer Honda dealerships to us in Calgary and we will drive the extra ~50km not to deal with the others and their poor customer service (and we have tried).
Honda Sales dept is also pretty good-no complaints really; it's sales people right? But we go to Airdrie Honda 100% because of their quality service department. If you have a Honda (or a pre-owned from them) Airdrie Honda Service is where it is at.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Airdrie Honda and I always get amazing service. The Service Department is great to deal with, especially Shamiza! She always goes above and beyond and I know exactly what is being done every step of the way!

Ayman AlSayegh was a salesman who served me very well. He was so patient to listen to what I said and answered my questions. The day I went to finish the deal was his day off and had family business to do but he was still willing to come back to serve me. Thank you very much Ayman. However I found the dealer just want to finish the transaction and take my money. Their feelings to me are so cold and had no intention to build a relationship with the customers. Maybe there is one thing I should appreciate them was after a long bargain to the GM they finally were willing to offer me one free oil change. (I am not an Airdrie resident. It took me 4 hours to go there)

Purchased a new car from this location 3 months ago. I'm happy with my new car, way better thay I thought.

Although I am quite disappointed with Chino (sales agent that was money driven. Pressure was on with this guy. Did not gave me any incentives that I like the most for the car even forgot about it), I'm very well satisfied with their service agent. His name was Mike I think. Other dealership will just take your money and even add more service that you don't even need but not them. Mike even gave me tips and advice. Kudos!

I will purchase my next vehicle again with them in the future and will still recommend them with my friends and family.

My car isn't a Honda, but I got a flat tire due to a pothole in Airdrie. I called the closest shop which happened to be Airdrie Honda and Shamiza, the customer service rep, was able to get me in within the same afternoon. She provided excellent service and assured me the turnaround time would be very quick. I would highly recommend this dealership to everybody!
