Waited 5 hours in pain.was briefly seen, shot with pain killers and was told they needed my bed and sent me home.and ended up in Disbury hospital next day and looked after excellent.

My Husband & myself feel fortunate to have Dr Khan as our Family Physician, for a # of years. He's organized, keeps clear notes, listens to our requests, & refers us to specialists on important scheduled dates. Best of all, he has a great personality & a sense of humor!
In all sincerity, it is often difficult to book an appointment with him the day we call in. It seems that the staff @ the front desk protect him, even if we explain it is an Emergency. Then they suggest we go to Urgent Care, but I thought the Doctor's office was to avoid Urgent Care.
I do like the online booking; however, one can only book starting 2 days ahead in the future, it seems.

When you're really ill, nobody is going to waste half of their day, only for you to not care at all. Just a garbage facility and a sorry excuse for an absence of a hospital here in Airdrie. I get that all the doctors and nurses have fled. I was a nurse myself and gave it up because nobody cared. But if you're still in the system, then help me! You're in the business of turning people away! And shame on you for that!

They need new reception, like maybe some people who like their job or atleast other people. Every time I have contact with them in these last few months, they have been so rude and talk to me like I am stupid. It's making me really want to find a new doctor, but that is next to impossible. Online booking is a joke, I have never had a phone appointment that has been on time. You give a 3 hr window and they don't call til end of day, doesn't make sense. This office has gone down hill that's for sure. I have been going there for almost my own life, I don't think I will be returning.

Pleasant front end staff members, but extremely bad at keeping appointment times. They're either late for appointments or don't show at all. Just today I had a phone appointment with their dietitian and I called back at 20 after the appointment and I was told they be 5 more minutes. Called at 40 minutes after the appointment and they said they wouldn't be much longer. Called an hour and a half after the appointment was supposed to be which was five minutes to close and they're phone lines had been turned off for the night. Very unprofessional. I felt bad for the front of staff I did talk to because they didn't know what to say.

My doctor is great, getting through to him is another issue.
Online booking not available, called into office, was on hold 45 minutes before I hung up. Called again during office hours, just rang, never got through. Have left messages for Doctor to call, he never got the messages.
The front end needs to be improved.

I was really sad when my old Doctor moved to BC and it meant finding a new Doctor and a new clinic. I found exactly what I loved about my old clinic at Airdrie Medical Clinic! Dr. Lin is an incredible Doctor who listens, is patient and truly cares. The front desk staff is always helpful and has now fit me in two times last minute when I've needed them saving me from the nightmare that walk ins have become. I definitely got lucky finding this clinic and Dr. Lin. You're all very much appreciated!

My doctor is great. The clinic's phone service is a little lacking, however. They don't take calls over noon hour or after 330 pm. Those are the times when many of us are free to call! When you do call, you get into a tediously long phone maze. Those factors don't exactly communicate patient-centered care.

Dr. Mirok at the Airdrie Mental Health clinic is a wonder caring and very compassionate doctor when it comes to his patients and the patients needs in order to control what ever the mental issues may be. All the staff at AHS Airdrie Mental Health and Addictions clinic are all very friendly and understanding,

I would fully recommend Dr. Deepak Mirok, Especially if you think you may be suffering from a mental illness and you want a Doctor that cares about making sure his patients are on the right medications and a plan for recovery. I suffer from ADHD, CPTSD, General Anxiety and Depression which I still suffer from until I was referred to Psychiatrist Dr. Mirok by my mental health counsellor, again… Dr. Mirok, Highly recommend him as your Psychiatrist. About two years ago I had come in for a Pap smear which I requested because of some symptoms I was clearly having. I explained this to Dr. O. Kravchenko.

Dr Kravchenko, made the decision to check for one thing and not complete the pap because she was obviously very busy, rushing every step, as well even the discussion and no eye contact when engaging with me. I requested and she refused.

The doctor told me how busy she was and that I did not need a pap till I was 25+. At this time I was 23.

I now have a progressive pre cancer cells and it could have been found early. I begged her to do the pap because I had a gut feeling and she wouldn’t.

Please do not go to her, do not listen to her and do not give her the time she won’t give back to you. She failed as a doctor. This is her duty to analyze diagnose and treat. This was not done. I am so disappointed in so many ways with this apparent gynaecologist and the clinic. I urge you to stand up for what feels right and be pro active in your own health here in Canada even if that means switching doctors or getting second opinions! Ladies REQUEST your Pap smears.

My husband and I have been going to dr Gills now for 3 yrs i believe.he is such a great doctor and i love his staff. What a great bunch of ladies.

I can't say enough about Dr. Becevinga she is absolutely amazing, also the front end staff are very pleasant and helpful. I can't say enough about this clinic.also Dr. Harsh the pharmacist is magnificent.

The team here is consistently awesome and I am very happy being a patient here. From the front line staff to the medical assistants, nurses and doctors, I am very glad I found this place!

My dr quit, no one else will take on his patients, they recommended another clinic that agreed to take his patients on, but they are full and might get a new dr in March that has a wait list already. Great service

So fortunate to have found our family doctor here. Well worth the 45 minute drive. Staff is super friendly and Dr. Kahn is simply the best, most caring and thorough doctor we've ever had.

New to Airdrie and went in to get a family doctor. Staff were very friendly and accomidating with getting an appointment set up for me and my 3 kids. Clinic was very clean. Glad I found this place!

Been coming here for years. Staff are always great and 9/10 I get in same day to see my doc. Dr E is a very compassionate doc. Definitely recommend this clinic.

I see Dr. Elmezughi here and as a young woman he has really listened to my concerns. They now have online booking which has been really cool to use. If I ever need to get in fast the girls there seem to get me in same day or next day which is fast compared to most places.

Me and my daughter are the patient of Dr. Gill and we travel from Calgary to Airdrie just to see him because I met him at an urgent care clinic and he was great and thorough with all my questions that made me continue with him as my GP.

The front end clinic patient service is dissapointing though to say the least. It's been one too many times now where I've had to contact the office to be then put on hold for 20 minutes or more before I actually speak to someone to make an appointment, ask a question or change something.

Today I had to call in to cancel an appointment I was told by their office I needed for my daughter. Speaking to her specialist office, I was told it wasn't needed so called in to cancel. Again, no surprise a long hold. 15 min of elevator music a lady comes on the phone to get my hopes up that the wait is over just to quickly say "sorry can you please hold" then *click*. Hold again.then 5 minutes more passes and AGAIN.lady comes on the line "sorry can you please hold" *click*

Are you kidding me.not once but twice and now were going on more then 20 minutes just fot me to cancel an appointment that I found out my daughters specialist is already monitoring her for.

Finally the lady comes back online and I explain why I was cancelling the appointment and she tells me that it will be noted on my file as a no show then and my dr will assess the file to see what happens next, but this is my first 'offense' on record for no show so she will note and let my Dr decide.

Are you kidding me? I'm calling well before my appointment to tell you and the reason. Yournl office called me to say she needed an appointment that I then found out she doesnt. You would have known sooner had I not had to wait for almost 30 min for your generous 1 minute conversation with me.

This was just icing on the cake, their were various other incidents that I let slide over the past yr with his clinic, but after today I'll be looking for a new clinic to attend and switching GP.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if this clinic had a high numbers of no show or calls given their poor response time and communication.

The staff are all super friendly and nice, I was with this doctor for over a year and everytime I met him he was nice but it felt very rushed, like he didn't have time for me. The gynecologist is very heavily accented, very hard to understand and pretty rude. I went to get my IUD put in and she got upset with me because the nurses there hadn't given me a pregnancy test to take before hand. The IUD was also not placed properly and caused some very serious health complications. And lastly I had booked an appointment a week out and the day before the appointment I get a call saying Dr. Gill will no longer be coming into the office tomorrow for his appointments and if I want to see him my only option is to book another week out. Completely unacceptable, I'm not in a position to take more time off work for an early appointment because I already had to take weeks off due to the medical complications from the IUD. In short, while the doctor is nice enough neither him nor the gynecologist are that concerned with their patients.

I have been seeing Dr E here for years. He is hands down the best most thorough doctor I have ever met. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

All staff are always very friendly. Im always call on time and I don't feel rush by the doctor she is always willing to explain everything with detail.

I'm very unhappy with the service provided here (or the lack of it). We switched to this clinic in the spring after our amazing family doctor moved away to Okotoks. The extended evening hours were appealing and probably the primary reason we chose this clinic. The new family doctor and the front staff have been kind but it is impossible to get an appointment in the event of semi urgent matters.

There has been two instances my husband has needed to seek immediate medical attention and they have turned him away telling him to go to an emergency room. I feel that the matters in question could have easily been addressed with a quick visit with a family physician but instead we are sent to an ER to burden their system. The waiting room was empty tonight and the clinic was still open for another two hours and he was turned away anyways after the receptionist spoke to the doctor on shift.

I also had to wait almost a month for an evening appointment dealing with mental health. I feel this is unacceptable considering the statement posted that they will get you in asap even with another doctor in their practice. The phone system is awful and it is frustrating trying to get through to even make a simple appointment.

I should note that we are generally a healthy family with no ongoing medical concerns and rarely need to seek medical attention. This is upsetting because in the handful of times we have really needed care in the last few months, we feel this clinic in particular has let us down.

Don't bother to clear the que lines on the phone before lunch. Just abandon people and leave then on hold.

Dr. Becevinga is really good and takes time to discuss your issues and is very thorough. We switched to her after trying other doctors who were in just too much of a hurry all the time and after meeting her and having my 1st appointment I was satisfied with the time she took to look at the whole picture and not just a single symptom. She doesn't just write a script and run out of there!

The front staff are great too and very through in taking BP and height/weight each time. It is not a walk-in and so far appointments have been on time and there are no issues getting appointments - thank you Airdrie Medical!

I agree that the front staff are great. The new person suggested for me through the Colliegate of Physicians & Surgeons, is failing me as a so called doctor. Since enduring brain surgery last year, my surgeon has stated that I'm limited to what I can do. No working, driving, living on my own or even taking a bath! Which means I Am Disabled! This doctor at airdrie medical is unwilling to help me even get benefits or disability. Such a shame she has to be so rude not to sign me off on benefits until I'm healed. Although I have to take into account she most likely has No idea what brain surgery involves or the healing time needed.
Bye bye lin. I shall now find a Real Doctor that's capable of diagnosing me properly!
