We recently had Airdrie Roofing replace the roof on our bilevel home. The roofers were extremely informative and helpful. They were careful to ensure they were respecting our schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. They replaced a skylight and to date we have had no issues with the roof or window! The staff that replaced the Eavestrough were extremely professional and took the time to ensure we understand why they installed drainage where they had. They went out of their way to ensure it worked with our landscaping and still met the roof drainage requirements. Our correspondence with Kari in the office was always positive and they responded quickly.
Would definitely recommend to others!

Kari and her whole team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were hit with an insane hail storm days before my son was born so you can imagine the chaos that was my life when we had to deal with an insurance claim and repair during the newborn phase. Kari was super patient with us and dealt with our insurance company directly. She helped us choose our exterior design (we have since painted the door and need to replace the garage door). Her team was courteous and mindful of us while they were completing the work. We are impressed with the quality and speed of work. Would 100% work with them again and recommend them to any one else!

Airdrie Roofing was a great company to work with in repairing our home after the storm in June 2020. They saw more damaged and logged them than the insurance company did and that a competitor Company as well. Very happy with their work, and the sub contractors they brought in for the additional work that needed to be done. Would call them again for any work required!

2020 was a tough year in the Calgary area from the hailstorm. Kari at Airdrie Roofing took time to go through my insurance report and confirm/adjust what she needed to. I appreciated this time consuming step. Her teams were professional, on time, did a good clean up too. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company to people.

It was such a pleasure to deal with Kari, she was responsive to my emails and answered all my questions. Her crew showed up on time, kept the space clean and got the roof replaced in a timely manner. Airdrie Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof. I had huge hassles from my insurance company but Kari just took over and handled it! Every one who worked on this job was friendly, conscientious and hard working. This was a relatively small job compared to the chaos in Calgary this summer, but they still gave it all the attention it needed. The only problem now is that I won’t need their help again anytime soon.but I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Airdrie Roofing to any one who expects a great job at a great price!

Had a very good experience getting siding and gutters replaced after hail damage. Estimate was completed quickly and the price was very reasonable. On-site team was very professional and had the job completed quickly. Someone came by a few days later to verify the cleanup was thorough (picked up nails on the ground, etc.). Would definitely recommend for any siding and roofing work.

After getting multiple estimates for replacement shingles I decided to go with Airdrie Roofing. Their estimator, Brayden, was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. He also recommended a couple corrections that would ensure my roof would not have problems down the road. This gave me confidence that the job would be done right. I am very happy with the work that was done and would recommend Airdrie Roofing to anyone looking for a Roofer you can trust.

My wife and I had them out to repair our roof a few weeks ago. They were very quick but did a fantastic job and even ended up having to work through a bit of rain. When they were done they did a great job of cleaning up and the new roof looked great.

When we had them out to do the quote they were very polite and even noticed some issues with our chimney. They didn't just expect us to take their word for it (although we would have) they took pictures and explained to us what the problem was. There was also no pressure from them after we got the quote.

If you need to get your roof redone or are just looking for a quote, I highly recommend Airdrie Roofing!

One word. WOW! There is nothing worse than coming home from a long day, to find a large puddle in the middle of your hardwood floors that was caused by a leak in your roof! One call to Airdrie Roofing to explain what we had encountered and they literally handled everything from there! They quickly scheduled a visit to our home, discovered the root cause and provided a quality solution for our leak. Professional, kind and detailed in their work, they delivered over and above any expectation we could ever have. They communicated everything that was happening each step of the way and delivered on time exactly as they said they would. It is awesome to see a company with such incredible customer service! Best phone call I could have ever made!

Did the original new shingles 3 years ago and came out and fixed a small leak at no charge after a 15 months and was back again to add some fans which they did as per schedule and per the quote.

Be wary folks. If you want to be given an inspection report that says an issue is caused by one thing and then be told after they don't fix the issue that it wasn't that issue at all please hire them. If you want to be overcharged with some 'attic fee' of $270 please hire them. If you want to have more issues after they have come then when you started please hire them. If you want a company who doesn't stand by their 1-year warranty please hire them. Very disappointing to pay $650 to have them not fix the issue.

Kari- The point is we hired you to fix our issue. It hasn't been fixed. The problem is no better and actually worse then when before you came over. Just yesterday we had 2 cups of reddish-brown liquid coming in the the bathroom fans. This is what you were hired to fix. This dripping lasted for 12 hours.

Final update: We had a home inspector (who actually took thermal and moisture readings) and a home restoration company come in to do the assessment. The resultant water damage due to Airdrie Roofing and Exteriors not doing a thorough job and unwillingness to service their supposed 1-year warranty will mean another $1200 from our pockets. We will finally get it fixed but not without substantial losses once again due to oversights by this company. Thanks again for making this experience a nightmare. And they are not available as they say they are. After multiple emails none have been answered. It's a nice show they put on here for all prospective customers.

They fit us in before we were scheduled to move in and did an amazing job! There were exactly on schedule and stuck to the quoted price. Excellent customer service!
