This was my first appointment for an assessment. I was greeted the moment I walked in and treated with kindness and respect throughout my entire visit. The examination felt very thorough and everything was explained with great detail. So far I am very happy with the service I received.

I highly recommend the team at Airdrie Springs Dental they are friendly and professional. My daughter has a fear of dental procedures and they make her feel at ease. They are all amazing!

Appointment is always on time. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I feel at ease during my appointment even though I have a fear of dentists.

I just had my first visit with them and they were amazing from start to finish! The hygienist May was awesome! Made me feel super comfortable the whole time and was very informative. Very friendly staff all around!

There are now two visits required for retainers whereas when I was given my first set right after my aligners were removed they were made in house. While I appreciate the improved new technology it's frustrating that I need two visits.

Courteous and meticulous service. Amicable and harmonious atmosphere. I felt like I was among friends.

Both the ortho lady and Dr. Ng were wonderful. They found my problem and fixed it in time for me to get to my next appointment.

It was a quick visit to check the fit of my retainers/night guards. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly.

Romel is by far one of the best dental hygienist I’ve had. He does a great job and and gives good advice to maintain my oral health.

Dawn Rose is a friendly and thorough hygienist, and the team at reception is always great! The dentist is very knowledgeable and willing to listen to concerns, which I appreciate.

My wife and I have gone to numerous dentists over our lifetimes and quite honestly we have to say Airdrie Springs has one of, if not the best team of support staff, hygienists and dentists we both have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I have been a patient with Airdrie Springs Dental for 12 years now. I have always had a hard time finding dental offices that I trust and feel safe with. All of the dentists I have had at Airdrie Springs have been thoughtful, take time to talk to patients and are gentle and thorough. Dr. Ng takes time to discuss the details and options. I have never had a better cleaning experience; Tasha, Karen and Dawn are awesome. The front desk staff have been helpful in booking, working with insurance and I have been able to access emergency care when necessary. Airdrie Springs has also been great for my kids first dental appointments and I recommend to my friends all the time.

The team at Airdrie Springs is super welcoming and were very attentive to my needs. I’ve had cleanings with Vicki and Rommel which have always been thorough and gentle. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone. Keep up the great work!

Went to Airdrie Springs Dental after being referred by a coworker. They saw me for an emergency visit the day before I was leaving on vacation and were able to treat me so I would not have to cancel my trip! I had my first root canal when I returned with Dr. Ng and Monica which was quick and painless, much to my surprise. Everyone I interacted with was kind and took time to explain the process, set up and later troubleshoot my dental coverage with me. My appointment was on Halloween and everyone was dressed up and seemed like a very fun, close-knit team. Would highly recommend and will be returning myself for dental visits going forward. We have been going to this place for all our dental treatment needs and we are very happy with the way our teeth are being taken care of. I specifically prefer manual scaling for teeth cleaning and they always make sure to assign someone to do just that when we set an appointment. The Dentist knows my dental history and makes sure to give recommendation on how to maintain and improve my oral care. Ample parking, clean facilities, highly recommended.

I had to change dental office because i had a really bad experience at my last one. I havent been to the dentist in about a year or so, but my experience here was beyond what I expected. Dr Ng and his team are amazing and always make you feel welcome and at ease, explaining every step. Great, dental service! Staff are happy and friendly, putting the customer/patient's first and seem proud to be dentists, taking their work seriously. They are very open are open about my dental health and suggest various avenues to fix/improve the problem. They sent dental estimates in advance to my benefits to make sure it will be covered for when the appointment arrives. Maileen is extra gentle on my sensitive mouth and is very nice. This is the best dentist office I have been to and their TV screens/channels in each room make the experience a lot more comfortable than other offices I have been to.

I've been going to Airdrie Springs Dental for quite a few years and I normally get my cleanings done by Rommel who is absolutely fabulous! He was away for my last appointment so I had the pleasure of having Maileen and as expected she was wonderful as well. I don't think it matters who you get here as the service is always top notch and they all make sure you're comfortable and taken care of.

We moved to Airdrie about 14 years ago and this is the only dental office that we visit. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to my family and friends.

I had a good experience today at Airdrie Springs Dental. I hadn't been to the dentist for three years and I was kind of hesitant. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and put me at ease right away. Vicki Vendeam was my hygienist and she was so friendly and professional. I thought I would have a lot of pain with the cleaning and scaling since it had been so long since it was done. She was so good to me. She busily cleaned and polished my teeth and gave me my smile back. And as for the pain.there was none. I was pretty impressed and surprised. I highly recommend her and the clinic.

I had 1 cleaning and 4 fillings done at Airdie Springs Dental. Every time i had an appointment, it was the best experience and best service I have had. They make you feel comfortable and tell you in detail what is going on during your appointment. I have had experiences with other clinics who rush the job but not at Airdrie Springs Dental. They communicate very well with each other and are efficient! With no feeling of a rushed job.

I'm a big girl now! For over 20 years I have been terrified of going to the dentist. Dr. Ng and his team have worked with me ever so patiently since 2016 and I'm proud to say as of my last few visits I have overcome my fear. They explain everything as they go, let me take breaks, check on me, make me feel comfortable, and have taken my fears and concerns seriously. My hygienist Maileen was so wonderful and caring I actually left there feeling fabulous; I would highly recommend her! All the staff at the front desk are so efficient, friendly, and fun to talk to. I have been going to Airdrie Speings Dental for over 10 years and they are amazing! The front desk team is great and Rommel is outstanding! I started going to Airdrie Springs Dental a few weeks ago to begin correcting some years of dental neglect on my part as I suffer from serious anxiety for dental procedures and needles. So far I have had 2 root canals completed, with some minor procedures yet to come. The staff have taken the time to understand my issues and make me comfortable with the procedures. Dr. Thorsen and her assistant Monica, have showed me a great deal of care and compassion and have helped me relax thru the procedures so far. While I don’t think I will ever look forward to going to the dentist, I know that when my next appointment comes I can count on the team at Airdrie Springs to care for me.

I just started going to Airdrie Springs Dental in 2021, I have absolutely nothing but good things to say! Dr. THORSEN is SO wonderful at her job and Amazing at putting me at ease as I have had several previous horrible experiences at other dentists'! If you have fear of going to the dentist I would recommend seeing her! All of the dental assistants I've had have been Wonderful as well! Everyone is SO friendly, kind and helpful! From the receptionists, to the dental assistance's to the Dentists! Thank you guys for helping me to start recovering from my fear of going to the dentist! I'm sure it will be completely gone in no time at all!

First time I've been to Airdrie Springs and had an amazing experience. The front desk staff and dentist were extremely friendly and greeted me upon entry. Rommel was my hygienist, and I was very impressed! I've had hygienists clean my teeth before and it would be uncomfortable, but Rommel did an amazing job. No pain or anything! He educated me on the significance of daily flossing and the long term effects it can have on your teeth/gums. Highly recommend booking here! Thanks everyone!

I’ve always hated dentists mostly because of terrible experiences as a child, but it carried on into adulthood. Then I found Airdrie Springs Dental and a different world of dentistry opened to me. I love the feeling after my teeth cleaning so much that I go twice a year even though my insurance only pays for once. The dentists are amazing too - so gentle and understanding and it’s a great experience. If you go to any other dentist, you’re crazy - I tell everyone I know about this place!

Met Vicky (hygienist) for the first time this past week. She is lovely and patient. I am a bit of a wuss with dentistry and she was compassionate and empathetic with me. Also very thorough and even followed up with me the next day to see how I was feeling. Highly recommend

I am very happy with my new Zirconia crown and the work done by Dr Ng and his team. I was worried it wouldn’t match my older crowns in the front, and would be noticeable when I smiled. Dr Ng sent me to the Unice lab to have the tooth colour and shading matched in person. The technician there did a great job, and tweaked the shade one more time when I came back to pick up the finished crown. The new crown looks just like the existing ones. I’m smiling even more because I didn’t have the hassle and expense of replacing all my front crowns just to get them all to match.

Had my first ever appointment there today. The office is comforting and the front end staff are very nice and professional. I had a cleaning with Rommel. I’m normally nervous but he quickly put me at ease. He was so fast! I feel like I blinked and it was over. He’s definitely a very experienced professional loves his job.

As a dental professional myself, I tend to be very picky about where I go for my dental care. I had a cleaning with Rommel today and can confidently say it was the best and most thorough hygiene appointment I’ve ever had (I did mention I’m very picky haha), and I’ll certainly be recommending the office to friends.
