I used these people a number of years ago and I convinced a friend of mine to use them also. They installed a smaller furnace in my friends house and charged them for the bigger furnace.
Well my problems were a night mare and trying to get the owner Ed to return my calls where not happening. The hot water tank would keep cutting out. (Why because they put in a new stack and covered up the hole for the hot water tank to vent)
Finally I had the City inspector get a hold of Ed. I have to get my furnace repaired this morning and the last company I would call is Airstream. I would never use them again. He put me through so much stress.
It is no lie when people rate this company with one star. I am surprised that Ed is still in business. He tried bribing my friend and I with tickets to the Flames game. But we were done with this guy.
In case you want to tell me this work has never been done look at October 2007 I know this was a long time ago but the nightmare still lives on. I will be glad to put there invoice on their review if they doubt me which they will.
Soon as they get your money they are done with you.

Very happy with their service, Ed was fast and helped out with everything we needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable and quick services

Excellent experience. They came to my house and fix my furnace in a couple of hours. A very professional and clean work. I will call you again. Highly recommended.
