Airtech has always provided me with prompt, friendly service. Their technicians are good at communicating what they are looking into, what they plan to do, options available, costs, and they are good at phoning me to make appointments and timelines. No complaints, many compliments!

We had an amazing experience with Airtech. Ryan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without being pushy (Which was a vey nice change from the other companies we got quotes from). Installation was smooth and painless. I would 100% recommend Airtech. You aren't going to beat the prices, warranty, or customer service that they offer.

We recently had Airtech install AC and a Humidifier and new Themostat. Erin and Ken were the installers. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are beyond impressed with the service and quality offered by the staff of Airtech Heating & Air Conditioning. During the coldest nights of the winter, our furnace died. Within 2 hours we were able to have service tech Justin come out in the dead of the night and begin the process of discovering the challenge. The very next day their quotation expert Erin stopped by first thing to provide us with solutions. Within 24 hours, two AMAZING techs, Taylor and Ken, arrived first thing in the morning and had the old furnace out, and new furnace in within hours. This team is truly a remarkable one, where each employee goes above and beyond to assist their customers during some of the most obviously stressful situations.
We recommend this organization to anyone searching for assistance with HVAC.

I was in a huge jam with a rental property in lethbridge.furnace stopped working. Being so far away I needed to find a company I could trust. The front desk staff was quick and helpful. Chuck was the plumber I dealt with and he communicated wonderfully. When a control board goes on a furnace it can get expensive. They are were so much cheaper than other company’s when it came to parts, and a bit more on labour but the cost was well worth the level of premiere service. 10/10 experience with airtech, will not be going anywhere else but Airtech in the future. Very happy customer.thank you guys!

We requested an in-home estimate, which Ryan completed, on time and in-depth. (Several others were invited as well) Upon review of the estimates, we chose Airtech. Upon agreeing to the terms, an appointment was set up for install. Matt and Ken attended exactly on time, were extremely friendly and professional, cleaned up both inside and out, and everything worked perfectly and they wasted NO time playing on their phones or any other needless activities. Our AC stopped working just before the July heatwave. And although they were booked up they still called when they had a cancellation to see if I could get the service I needed before our scheduled appointment. Unfortunately I couldn't, but when my appointment did come, the tech was great! He called ahead and gave me an ETA. He was very courteous and considerate as he needed to come into my home. Gave me some options for dealing with my issue and then proceeded to fix the issue and do a service over my unit. The next day he was able to get me the quote for a new machine that I had asked for (just in case it broke again and needed to be replaced). Thanks so much Airtech!

Dave came to check my ailing AC, and sadly its age is showing and must be replaced. Service was prompt, and I don’t have any complaints. He looked after making arrangements for a new installation, so I can take comfort knowing that everything is being looked after. Kudos!

As a new Lethbridge resident, from the west coast, air conditioning isn't top of the mind. BUT, the house I purchased here recently, the furnace and fireplace needed maintenance.so I read reviews,! Every person I spoke with at airtech was so Professional, so nice. Every technician was friendly and informative, we now have air conditioning Yay, , I appreciate the after hours help! First Class!

Installed a new furnace the day we moved out. Came for an estimate 10 minutes after the phone call and were almost 25% cheaper than a competitor for the same system. Pulled a permit, which the other company was not going to, and got it done quick! They have done some work for us in our business as well in the past. Great company to work with. Would reccomend giving them a call first.

The furnace failed on New Year's Day. The tech, Scott attended in a timely manner. The fault was minor and took time to find, Scott made sure everything was okay before leaving, he called the next day to make sure all was still okay. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Staff is exceptionally friendly and responsive. After we had our humidifier replaced, the tech followed up a week later to ensure everything was working. After we requested a change, the tech was in our home in under 20 minutes making the change. Prompt and excellent service.

Yearly maintenance on the water heater and furnace is always a breeze. The first year in my
house the technician showed me how to properly use and program the thermostat. They are always able to answer any questions I have and give good advice.

I was recommended to use Air Tech and I'm glad I did. The workers were very efficient and hard working. They answered my questions.very knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned up when they left and I now have air conditioning. They did this within the time frame that they gave me.

This was an annual inspection of our furnace and air conditioner. The technician arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. The various checks were performed quickly. He reported his findings and stated that the system was in good shape. Invoicing was done by e-mail and the cost was fair. Airtech has given me great service for several years for the annual check and when problems did occur! Great company!

Very prompt service and a fair price. This job took 4 days which includes eliminating a second floor furnace, creating new ducting from the basement to the top, installing a new furnace and AC. Everything looks really good.

We had a new air conditioner installed in a very awkward place, requiring a few men and a crane. Our experience with Airtech was excellent. They checked in and surveyed the job a day before, then arrived and accomplished it smoothly and efficiently. It was a long day for the men, but they did it all with a smile. Fantastic service! Our tenants called to say that the furnace sounded like a jet engine and then quit. Our regular HVAC guy wasn't available but recommended Airtech. I called Airtech first thing the next morning and they came right away. They were very professional and treated my tenants great. They replaced the blower motor and got everything working. The next morning my tenants called again to say that although everything was working good, the furnace fan wouldn't shut off. Airtech came again and although it turned out to be the tenants not knowing how to properly use the thermostat, they were very understanding and didn't charge us for the second call. We will DEFINITELY use them again and highly recommend them!

I've worked with Jared at Air Tech for a few metal fab projects. He's always been on the ball with everything I've sent over there. Fast turn around time and reasonable rates.

Airtech did an awesome job replacing my old furnace with a high efficiency one. From Ryan being there to answer all my questions and helping with rebates to Mark and Matt being great and courteous during install, the whole process was smooth and easy.

Air Tech has always given us superb customer service. The technicians that come to our home are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Repairs are done right the first time, and they explain everything and answer all our questions. We highly recommend this company.

The company responded by coming out quickly, but the work done, only had our furnace functioning for an hour or two. Our house the following morning was around 10 degrees again. With the high priced invoice that quickly followed I went with a local company for assessing the problem instead. The local guy inspected the entire system and noticed the cold air return was not functioning properly. He fixed that system temporarily to allow the house to warm to 17. He also noticed our humidifier was running, he shut it off to allow more airflow until the furnace got replaced. All of which I would expect from Airtech at the cost of the service that I was charged. (Side note, the local guy didn't charge for the call out and noticed the hot water heater wasn't functioning properly and fixed that at no cost as well).

All in all, the $300 charge for a repair that lasted two hours was not great.
Tech was polite and friendly to chat with.
